I know alot of people give these guys greif, BUt i want to honestly say that whenever my kids and I come in becaus ethey want Timbits, They are extremely friendly, Even on days when I was getting texts while at the counter from all the extra kids at the high school adding miore stuff to my order for drop off with my kiddo. Decaf is only served lukewarm, I was told by the manager they only brew it once per hour so it doesn't stay hot. The manager said they have no control over this, and if I want fresh decaf coffee I have to call ahead to ask them to make a pot. This morning at the drive thru was told "your order is $3.17. Have your payment ready". The young woman who served me the coffee was very passive aggressive, and also gave me cold ( not even lukewarm) coffee. She mentioned "Sorry we care about keeping the line down". I will assist keeping the line down by purchasing my coffee at Bigby from now on. At least they don't serve cold coffee. read more

I HATE giving my experience a rating because it was unacceptable and disgusting. On Sunday January 26, 2020, I drove through the drive through at the Owosso Tim Hortons location and ordered the easiest drink on the menu- a black iced coffee. But to my surprise, there was a WAD of hair, a literal WAD of hair. I discovered the hair as I drank through the straw. It clogged it up and thank god, I didn't swallow it. If I were you, I'd stay away from this location. Its obviously dirty. Although the manger offered me a free drink after calling, I cannot consume anything there ever again. I tried and tired to contact the corporate headquarters about this situation to raise awareness of the product issues at this establishment, but I never received a call, email, or tweet back. Unacceptable. It doesn't matter what they do to rectify the situation, I will never go back to Tim Hortons. You get what you pay for. read more

I went to the Owosso Tim Hortons for lunch today. Major disappointment. I ordered decaf coffee and waited almost 15 minutes to get it. Meanwhile, the "manager". Was pulling out donuts for customers with no gloves on. Everyone else used them. When I went to leave there were dirty tables and food and debris on the floor. I'll not go there again. Stopped in only because Canadian friends have raved over this place. Grabbed lunch (a crispy chicken sandwich) - which was just okay. The hot chocolate was pretty tasty, and the bavarian cream donut was decent (I've had better, actually). Not too bad. 11/04/2018 I went to Tim Horton's because in Brighton they have amazing coffee and bagels and all your good morning needs. Today here in Owosso, I get handed a coffee specifically an Americano with one espresso shot. So here the plot thickens. There is no sleeve on it. So on contact I burned my fingers and almost spilled hot coffee all over myself. (The coffee is now in the bottom of my vehicle...) But wait... There is more... I decided to call up there given the situation, and they said "we only give sleeves on request" Well I'm requesting that you do it on all hot beverages through the drive-thru before someone gets more severely injured than I did. I bought the coffee for my grandma. Imagine if she would've gotten ahold of it. This Tim Horton's will be out money for a lawsuit because it is the second time it has happened. read more

I was told to pull around front and my sandwich would be right out, 15 mins later I went inside to get my money back and asked if they even started it. They said they thought I already got my food. We've been to this Tim Hortons many times in the past few years and service seems to be getting worse and worse. We went inside to order simple breakfast sandwich, hash browns and coffee combos and it took over 15 min. When we asked why it was taking so long (since other orders were still coming out), we found out that they lost our order. Odd...it wasn't very crowded inside. They saw us order and wait, and no one bothered to check. I doubt that we'll ever return since the service is terrible and no one seems to care. read more

Don't go to this Tim hortons. There rude and slow. The store manager doesn't even know what goes on at night. There ice Capp machine is always broke. They say McDonalds ice cream machine is always broke but there machines are broke more then McDonalds. There open 24 hours and they never answer there headsets . read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. The sign says "24 HR DRIVE THRU", and it was 10:05 when I got there. I waited at the speaker for a minute or two and there was no response, so I drove up to the window. There was an employee sitting at a computer and she looked at me and mouthed "we're closed". Get rid of the sign if you're not 24 hours. Absolute bullshit. read more

When we pulled up to the drive thru the intercoms kept cutting in and out and we could hardly here what they were saying and because of that they kept asking us what we kept saying we repeated ourselves multiple times before they heard and got our order correct. When we finally got our food the hash browns were not even warm they were so cold and unpleasant to eat. From there the sandwich's we order was suppose to have bacon on them, I hardly had bacon on my sandwich it wasn't until half way through the sandwich did I finally get bacon, the second sandwich was cold once again. It was like they didn't even take their time making our food to even warm it up. The upside was the coffee was good but other than that the experience wasn't all that great. read more

When TH first came to Owosso it was wonderful. Fast, wonderful service, polite, friendly staff. The owner often worked the drive thru and things seemed to run very smoothly. I would order a cafe mocha every morning on my way to work and it tasted wonderful. But now it's just horrible. It seems next to impossible to get a decent mocha now. Most of the time it's like drinking hot water, they don't put the whipped cream in half the time. Whoever runs the drive thru is so rude. Speaks in a monotone and acts like she can't wait for you to get lost. I don't usually order the food, but when I have it's so greasy I can barely eat it. A few weeks ago I took my younger children to get the Coldstone Creamery from TH. We went thru the drive thru as the weather was bad and I don't like to take them out of the car when I don't have to. There were a few cars ahead of us and service was super slow as per usual. The ice cream flavors are not listed on the menu for some reason. When it was finally our turn I asked the drive thru worker if she could tell me the flavors. She coldly (no pun ha ha!) told me that if I didn't know what I wanted I needed to come inside! Um, hello, I was stuck in the drive thru behind 3 other vehicles! So I just asked if she had vanilla at least and she snapped, "Yes!" I ordered 2 vanillas and then asked if they had peanut butter. She made this really loud impatient noise and snapped yes again. When we finally made it to the window she was laughing with her co workers about us, never said thank you or have a nice day or anything. So I am finished with TH's. I have had enough of the rudeness and horrible slow, service. The place hires mostly teenagers or young college kids who act like they could care less about providing good service and seem very put out if they have to wait on you. I really hope the owner steps in and does a complete change over of staff before it's too late. This place could be great again, but until it is I won't be back. read more

Well considering I've worked in a restaurant place before I know it's not hard at all. But the workers acted like it was the end of world for us to have three orders. I ordered the western breakfast paring and paid for the hash brown sticks unfortunately we didn't get a receipt for our order. When our order was ready the girl stated "your big order is up" which was only three meals for the three of us and that was completely rude and unnecessary. Just state what we ordered with out the sass so we know it's ready. Upon opening up our bags I noticed my hash brown sticks weren't in the bag, come to find out they dont sell hash brown sticks at the time we were in there. The girl who took our order should of known this and advised us of that as we were placing our order. Please make sure all of your workers have the knowledge of all the specials and the times of when items are no longer sold. I wouldn't even give u guys one star but I have to to write this review. Just do your flipping job and smile even if your short staffed. If you don't like dealing with customers then find a different job it not that hard. read more

If you like your coffee cold and creamy, Owosso is the place for you. Visited Tim Hortons drive thru in Owosso, Mi. Ordered large coffee with one cream. I was greeted by Haley who handed me a coffee that appeared to be straight milk. I made several attempts to get her attention, waving the cup only to be ignored. Haley clearly saw me, refused to open the window to see what I needed. Instead she screamed "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY DRIVE THRU" . I drove off, called the store, asked for the manager. Explained what happened and Haley apologized and admitted that it was her who screamed at me through the closed window. She continued to apologize and explained that she had a really bad day, she was stressed and she shouldn't have said that to me. It was wrong. Told her I was calling Corporate which I did. She begged me to come back where she would give me a replacement coffee. No thanks! I will never stop in Owosso again. Haley could use some extensive training to improve her customer service skills and she obviously missed a few lessons on manners, respecting elders, and how to have a little class.
