There were only 2 people in front of me and it was really slow. Each only had ordered 1 item. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Noticed there weren't many doughnuts and bagels in stock. Maybe because it was 5pm? Most places still are fully stocked. Floor had trash on it in a few spots. My turn to order, wasn't asked how are you or anything like most do. Ordered my drink. Wasn't asked if I was part of the new rewards program or if I was interested in joining. Luckily I joined already and I had to say can you scan my code on the app to earn my point. You think with the new rewards program they would try and get people to sign up? Most people don't know about it since it just started this week but like I said the staff didn't seem to interested. Was given my drink but it was dripping down the sides and all on the top so had to clean it off before I left. Drink was good, this location is in a gas station so can't give it a 1 for those reasons. Also has a drive thru that is always busy.
