I tried to grab a sandwich before work so I stop by Tim Horton's and this was the sandwich i was given... I wasted my money on now I'm stuck at work with this... I'm livid. Management should be held responsible.. no employee should feel this is ok to serve..

Have not been to this location since it reopened after being closed for a couple years. Walked inside today with my grandson and only two people in front of me ordering. One was an employee who must have been on break and the other was a girl ordering a coffee. Still took 10 minutes just to give my order. All the while the drive thru was dead and the girl taking care of it just stood there leaning against the counter when she could have taken my order. Finally placed an order for 20 Tim bits and two breakfast sandwiches. Took another 15 minutes to get. The person taking my order barely said two words. And the person handing me my order didn't say anything at all. Just stood there with the bag in his hand like I was a mind reader. Got home and the tim bits were all chocolate. No mix just chocolate. And I was never asked what kind I wanted. Both donuts were stuck together so bad that they ended up going in the trash. Sandwiches were fine. Owner or manager needs to send in someone to see the service you get first hand. Horrible. This place will end up closing again. The help is the worst here and no quality at all.

It had me wondering if we were going to be stuck in the drive through for a bit. I was surprised by how efficient everything was as the workers were taking orders well ahead of the line which seemed to keep things moving. The menu has so many options I wasn't sure what to pick. I went with the Cherry Blossom Lemonade. Consisting of cherry and peach flavor in a lemonade. I chose a medium which was quite large and cost me less than 5 dollars. The drink was real tasty! I have been craving another. The ordering process was quick and easy. I think the overall time taken was a little under 10 minutes. Not much ambiance to be found as it's a drive up operation. They did have music playing and signage which initially confused me, as I thought you could get two medium drinks for 7 dollars. (Plus stickers!) the employee explained this is a special they have on the 7th of each month and it can get quite busy as who doesn't want discounts and free stickers?

The menu is online and the employee was great at answering any questions we had. There has been a line of cars at this location every time I have passed it and this time was no different. The expansion was much needed, as I had some crowded previous experiences and found this to be one of the downsides of the location. The expansion has truly helped the shop to reach its full potential. The demand was clearly visible as I stopped in around 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night and found it was quite busy, with patrons coming and going. I ordered a strawberry refresher and found a cozy reading spot. The barista who took my order was so sweet. I really enjoyed her kind personality. As always the dessert case was filled with appetizing treats, though I did not indulge during this visit, I love getting a look at them. They are always pretty. So happy to see Albunn doing well, as it as a great addition to East avenue. The shop has great hours (love being able to get drinks in the evening) and seems to be enjoyed by the community.

I see it being a hit because us beautiful and location is great but no need to repeat visit. We had to order twice because they cashier didn't get our correct order, maybe a language issue or the noice level.

First I am a scone addict, they had 5 different types. I was in heaven. We had one each and coffee. It is so nice to find. A place that can offer honey instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners. The scones were delicious, so much so I bought one of each for home. The two very friendly people working were Julia and Pan. They are so grilled to work in this cute and unique shop and it was very apparent. Loved them! This is my new favorite shop and hope to be there often. Keep up, the good work and I wish you great success and longevity.

I'm ashamed and embarrassed to admit it's my first time there but it definitely will not be my last. I'm posting a ton of pictures just so you all can see what they offer. The scones were incredible as was my Americano which they gave me for free as a nurse. There's a board you can purchase a $4 cup of coffee for a service worker (Medical, police, fire fighter, teacher, etc.) which I thought was a wonderful idea and concept. To be gifted this by a stranger was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise. Julia was working and made us feel so at home. She remarked at how wonderful the owners are to work for and how much she is passionate about working there. Her coworker Pan said it was the greatest job ever. I loved all of the small gifts. Some of which Julia said she made are on the shelves as well as mystery books that are like blind dates for readers. I didn't get to eat off their menu other than the scones, but if the food is as good as the baked goods and coffee, then I can hardly wait to try it. My mother and I are already looking forward to making this a weekly visit. I'm also hoping that I can start replacing my order ahead at Starbucks with an order ahead coffee here! Suggestion: it would be great if there was an app to do that... Just a thought. Julia did say I could call ahead and so I'm thinking about that. I'm a big supporter of small businesses in my community. It would much rather give my money here than to the big chains. I hope this place is around for a very long time. The place was full when we got there and it was still full when we left so it looks like we're not the only ones who discovered this hidden gem. If you haven't been there yet, you need to go try it. You're gonna kick yourself for not coming sooner. Thank you Julia and Pan for the great service and hospitality. You two are as much about making it a great experience as anything else.
