ok I just had a terrible experience at the tim hortons on 36/37. The who took my order was completely rude and off putting. i order a ham and Swiss sandwich... and he put it together terribly... he was just completely rude and uncalled for to act like that. I wish I got his name bc that wasn't right. I get it fast food sucks to work in... but to be completely flat out rude to the customer isn't right. read more

Came right at the Sunday lunch rush. The drive-through moved pretty quickly. As I waited at the window for our order I saw bags set aside, and wondered if our order would be correct. It was not, but the only problem was an extra sandwich- we got all our stuff, and it was right. I ran the sandwich back in and they said thanks, and promptly pitched it. Uh... I would have eaten it if I'd known... Anyway, our food was pretty good. Sweetie got some steak sandwich, which she liked, and a watermelon lemonade slushie which she said was really good. I had a black pepper bacon biscuit sandwich, which was pretty darn good, or I was just hungry: it was just bacon, cheese, and egg on a biscuit. Also a hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar. It definitely had cream, but I didn't taste any sugar- or hazelnut. Still, a good enough coffee. Handy. Odd entrances and exits- be careful. And check your order. read more

So somehow a half dozen donuts ($5.99), two extra donuts ($1.15 a piece), and a 10 pack of Timbits ($2.99) came out to be $17.82 even tho when I was at the ordering screen my total was $15 and some change. How did my total change in the 10 feet from the ordering screen to the drive thru window? How was 8 donuts and a 10 pack of Timbits almost $18? What's worse is I questioned the total at the window and wanted to see the breakdown and the young woman at the window shrugged her shoulders and didn't provide me a receipt. I'm pretty sure I got scammed and will not be going back to pay another $18 on $12 worth of donuts because there isn't a 33% tax on food items in Delaware County, Ohio. read more

I am a loyal Tim Hortons customer and have enjoyed their coffee and food for over 15 years. I enjoyed them so much that I bought Tim Hortons stock a few years ago (before Burger King bought them). I used to go to the Dublin locations all the time, but moved to Delaware about 2 years ago. Let me say the Powell location is awesome! They set the bar. Now to the Delaware location... In the dozens of times I have been there, my order has been incorrect at least 5 times. Things like ordering a sausage breakfast sandwich that came out with no sausage.. Also the usual forget a donut or one of the sandwiches. It happens I understand. But the final straw for me happened last week. I have a business friend come to town often and he stays in Delaware and loves Tom Hortons too, so we hesitantly go to this location out of convenience. When we were there for breakfast, I went to the restroom. As I was in there, a guy was doing his business in the stall (#2 from the smell). Upon flushing the toilet and walking out of the stall, I noticed he was a Tim Hortons employee. I expected him to wash because he knew I saw him, but he walked directly out of the bathroom. I was utterly disgusted because he just got done with a big stinky dump and didn't wash his hands. I went directly to the front counter, and was further disgusted to see him back directly on the food prep line, which tells me he didn't wash his hands in the kitchen. I told the front desk employee and she passed the word to her manager, but I still saw this guy working. Never again will I go to this location. Go to the Powell or 23 location if you want Tim Hortons, but don't go to this poorly run, dirty location. It is a disgrace for the brand. read more

Don't try to go in the morning on the weekends. It is insanely busy and not a fun experience. Usually out of something you want as well.

I go to this Tim Hortons every Sunday morning to bring coffee and donuts to my parents. The service is terrible. This morning they only entered one cafe mocha and I ordered two. I asked them to add another one at the window since they missed it and they said they couldn't add to my order so I could pay for it. They expected me to go back through the long line of the drive through to order it. I don't plan to go back. read more

Made a Yelp account just to add my two cents. If there is one word I could describe this location, it would be; consistency. Because they consistently f*ck everything up. My hot vanilla lattes are never the same, some are sweeter than others, another time you can't even taste any vanilla, other times you're drinking watered down coffee. So their employees are obviously not trained very well. Today I got an everything sausage and egg bagel. They decided they'd give me a nice side of human hair with it for free. Service is always quick, staff is always pleasant. I went in on a busy Saturday morning needing coffee and breakfast stuff for a meeting of 20 people. I had called ahead, only by about 30 minutes...... and when I got to the store my order was nearly ready, staff was very attentive and helpful. We had plenty of cups, sugars, creamers, etc. Great group of kids working here. read more

Always went late at night, mainly for Cold Stone Creamery's ice creams, but we'd always get some orange juice and donuts, too. Typical Tim's, but going late at night ensures that it isn't crowded. read more

This place has good coffee and sandwiches. Donuts are ok! Staff works hard at keeping place running and customers happy! If you stop during busy times expect about a 5 min wait time! But staff is friendly and caring and will do their best to get you taken care of! read more

If I could give a Tim Hortons zero I would. How do you allow workers to stand in the drive-through window with the window open cursing at each other. Rebecca to be exact was dropping F bombs at her co-workers and not even acknowledging that I was sitting right there listening to it all! Been in twice for ice cream....on both occasions the service was absolutely terrible and in one instance my wife and I stood there for over 5 minutes before someone even cam out of the back. At the same time the second person just stood there talking on the phone about nursing homes. The ice cream wasnt great, but with a better service experience I would have it again. I love Tim Horton's coffee! Always fresh and delicious. However the Delaware location has terrible customer service! I understand that the coffee sleeves may add cost to the bottom line but I also understand that the coffee they serve is hot. Not sure why anyone should have to ask for a sleeve for hot coffee. When I am not offered a sleeve and I ask for one I get attitude and rude responses from the workers. I have used their TellTims Avenue for concerns but never heard back. Also now you can't enter a concern unless you put in a receipt number first-this location does not consistently give or ask if you want receipts. Super frustrating-but I admit I continue to go because I am addicted to that damn coffee!! read more

Walked in instead yesterday, What luck nobody ahead of me...except that the mayor walked in after me, was greeted instantly, then served in front of me. I recommend the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel for only $1.85. Cheaper than McDonald's! The eggs have onion bits in them, but that's the only downside. read more

The majority of the employees are always, repeatedly SO RUDE. They don't smile, they use a rude, irritated tone of voice while taking your order. Over and over I go out of convenience, but this morning was defiantly the last time. The last thing I need first thing in the morning is some grumpy employee named Macy who has the rudest tone of voice like she hates you every time you order. If you want butter that leaks everywhere from your bagel...multiple times...such that the drive-thru staff literally hands you the dripping mess...well sure, visit this location. I've heard about Tim Horton's for years and wanted to experience it personally, so after finding myself in Delaware OH last weekend I sought out the Tim Horton's. Big mistake. I ordered a few donuts for hubby and me to try - they were all pretty chewy and spongy in texture. The apple fritter had very little apple in it. Nothing special. I also ordered a pumpkin spice latte which turned out to be the worst I've ever had. The coffee tasted burned and there was no pumpkin spice flavor AT ALL. Hot, burned milk - - that's what was in my cup. Big disappointment. I'd give it zero stars for the coffee and just two for the donuts. read more

Ordered the grilled cheese panini, coffee, and Timbits....came home to open a cold sandwich...one piece of bread was clearly old, and never even toasted/pressed. The cheese was entirely un-melted and slimy. The Timbits were not assorted even a little bit--they were all the same and stale. This Tim Horton's doubles as a Cold Stone Creamery and boy, oh, boy does their customer service suck! I would stop by after hiking in Alum Creek to get a scoop of ice cream and on three occasions I stood there at the counter for several minutes while employees worked the drive thru. No greeting, no assurance they'd take my order soon, no nothing. I once waited for about five minutes before an employee came to take my order- I was the only one in the shop- and I had to repeat my order three times before the employee understood what I was asking for. I guess "one scoop of the cheesecake in a cup" is too hard for the staff to understand. Really disappointing how nonexistent their customer service is. read more

Came in to get some Mac and cheese for lunch. Nobody waiting in line, took about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. There were 2 choices for Mac and cheese, either a small for $3.49 or regular for $4.99. I ordered the regular and I'm told they may not have any at this time. Then after she asked 2 people they confirmed they had some available. She rang up my order and I noticed she was charging me for a small and when I questioned it saying i wanted a regular I was told that wasn't an option although it's clearly on the menu. I ordered a diet Pepsi and she told me to have a seat. I waited by the counter instead and after 5 minutes I see a employee pouring my Mac and cheese from a microwave bag into a bowl and then puts my bowl on a silver plate. I don't understand why your serving microwave food first off and second why you try to mask it with some fancy plate? Now that I'm sitting and eating I notice my Pepsi is regular not diet and my Mac and cheese is scolding hot to the point I can't eat it. I also just overheard another customer go through the same situation ordering Mac and cheese and the employee asks everyone, do we have Mac and cheese? What a horrible experience...won't return. read more

Went to get a sandwich before I went to work. Ordered the turkey bacon club, got to work and realized there was no turkey on the sandwich. And I didn't have time to go back and get a new one. I love the drinks you guys have, but the food is less than favorable. If I'm paying $6 for a sandwich I'm hoping to get everything on it, and receive good customer service.
