Although it's becoming more common for 'em to have wifi; I rarely find one where it works well enough to sit down for a few hours. More often then not, there is only one power outlet that is available to the public. Not here! Abundant power. The coffee is typically standard, lots of people swear by it but I don't really get it. With cream, it's good, but I ultimately judge coffee by how much I can enjoy it black...and I wouldn't drink Tim Horton's coffee black. If someone owns this location, they need to show up and manage it. This place is ridiculously chaotic. I tried for several days to reach this location by phone to place an order for 20 Dozen Donuts for a school event on Sunday, October 25th. I called the number advertised, 716-871-3700, at least 100 times. No one ever answered the phone. I finally went in to the store on Thursday, October 22nd to place the order in person. That process was very painful, as it took almost 30 minutes to explain a simple order. I paid for the order in advance, and asked if I should have an order number or contact person. I was told simply they would "pin up" the order on the manager's board. I tried all day Friday and Saturday to reach the store to confirm the order. Again, no answer, ever, to a phone call. I went back to the store on the evening of Saturday, October 24th to confirm the order. Of course they had no record of it, but one of the employees took a picture of my receipt and said she would make sure the order was ready for pickup on Sunday, October 25th at 9AM. I arrived on Sunday at 9:15AM and exactly 6 dozen donuts (of the 20 dozen I ordered and paid for) were ready. It was very chaotic in the store and I practically had to beg for someone to acknowledge me as I stood at the counter. I then spent 45 minutes trying to get my order. The donuts weren't ready. Those that were ready were not boxed. I had to walk an employee through how to complete my order with the donuts that were on display (and not the flavors/varieties I ordered). This process took so long I was 30 minutes late to our event. This was a ridiculously frustrating experience. To make matters worse, another person from our event went to this store at 10:30AM to buy 2 containers of coffee and 2 containers of hot chocolate. He was at the store for ONE HOUR trying to get this order complete. This store needs to do a few things, and quickly: 1. Figure out how to answer the phone. This is a basic of operating a business. 2. Get managers on site who can manage the operation, install the concept of acknowledging customers at the counter an in line. 3. Figure out a process for customers placing large orders. "Pinning up a scrap of paper" on a board is not a process. And in my case, grossly failed. 4. Advertise who owns the location and how they can be reached. There is zero on the internet that lists who the franchise owner is. Go anywhere else, not here. read more

While the drinks and food usually taste fine, this location has a SERIOUS issue with ensuring orders are correct! The last four of times I've ordered for delivery, there have been issues with product availability. My wife is from a foreign country and strived to learn our culture and languge and currently holds very good job. If your in this country with a job one would think they'd be somewhat grateful and do their job to the best of their ability. Not asking much just be mindful of what your doing and be polite to the customer. The foods always cold , they never take the order correctly missing items, cold food , overly sweet cofffee. Sadly the place is almost automated and they can't get the right. They're always chatting with each other not focusing on their job at hand. I'm kind of hoping for the day where AI take over food service they'll be no licking of food, distracted uninterested workers or the disgusting mishandling that people do to our food prior to eating at these fast food places. So staff of this location your days are number by technological adavnces to replace your pathetic ability to perfom a simple task , sad isn't it that ? There was an unthinkably long line. All the employees seemed to be in training. I was sold, without really knowing it, on a squirt of whipped cream which added $0.50 to the bill. I could have gotten half of a Coke from a vending machine for that $0.50. There's a new card reader here which took myself and three employees to work. Apparently it reads the security chip on the underside of the reader, and then you swipe. It was not, as one employee remarked, because I was trying to use a "flimsy-ass card." (Also for the fact I've been to their Canadian locations probably more than the American ones...and they're undoubtedly better across the border!) Coffee connoisseurs aren't going to find much to their liking here because their coffee selection certainly isn't anything notable. But it is drinkable. I prefer their iced coffee and their iced cappuccinos if the mood strikes. I have other favourites to frequent for coffee though. As far as their baked goods go, in the earlier hours before they're hard enough to chip your teeth, are delicious. I've become addicted to their cherry cheese danishes. Since I live in North Buffalo, this location is close enough to grab a quick breakfast or coffee. I've been here several times and usually go through the drive-thru, but have gone inside a couple of times. The tables, floors and restrooms are clean and the amount of windows lend to an open and well-lit atmosphere. The system of ordering and receiving your purchase can be a bit of a mess, when there are more than a handful of customers. The staff always seems to be running around without much order; perhaps this is because of the always popular drive-thru. Even when busy, the staff remains friendly. The drive-thru is generally busy in the morning and during normal "rush-hour" post work times. Even with a long line, the wait hasn't been unreasonable. The order is usually ready when you arrive at the window. Although many Western New Yorkers proclaim their overwhelming love for Tim Horton's coffee, I am not a fan. I don't lower my rating because of this, but I prefer other coffee shops coffee. So my rating of their product is based more on their bakery items and other drinks. The food has been hit or miss. I've received bagels that were hard as rocks without even being toasted and other items that are generally just stale. But other times can be pretty tasty. Because of the quality inconsistencies, this is not my first choice for breakfast, but do appreciate that it is served until 5pm every day. Good for a quick breakfast sandwich when running errands or before starting a Buffalo adventure. The egg used in the breakfast sandwich is a yellow patty that does not resemble egg at all with a strange aftertaste. A change to a real egg would be a great improvement. read more
