Before I moved, this was my usual, "go to" location. They screwed up sooooo many of my orders, it was crazy !! I've had some really crappy employees take care of me at the drive thru. They don't seem to care who they hire here. But today , it was not bad. I ordered chicken noodle soup & it smelled amazing. Service was very fast. I was outta there in no time. Their soup is delicious. Perfect for my sick mommy. =(

This outlet is very clean and hygienic. Quick service. Love the hot chocolate and French vanilla here. You must try the Boston cream donut here. IT IS THE BEST DONUT YOU'LL EVER HAVE.

Maybe this will help my headache

My frequent on the way home spot, drive thru only. It's a tight lot and the annoying traffic flow and many pedestrians don't help. I've never had an issue ordering, but my order is basic. The employees are friendly even when I have a last minute add on. My only gripe is when it's warm there is a guy sitting outside strategically by the drive thru asking for money. The store employees should shoo him along but I'm sure they are just glad he's not inside.

    Now this was tasty.

Another Tim Horton's? Yes, because that's what seems to happen a lot of the time. I ended up stopping at this Tim Horton's location on Saturday night when my girlfriend wasn't hungry enough to eat and I was. I pulled into an empty drive through and ordered the $3.49 steak and cheese hoagie that was advertised (I tried the chicken one last week and it was delicious). On top of the steak and cheese i couldn't resist getting the watermelon drink to go on the side of it. The hoagie itself was a little underwhelming compared to the chicken, mostly because the cheese was still cold and it's kind of important to have melted cheese when having a steak and cheese. The sandwich wasn't terrible otherwise and the meat actually tasted pretty good. The watermelon drink I had on the side reminded me of World Waters watermelon water and that's something I can definitely get behind. All in all, this is just another basic Tim Horton's location that is ready to cure whatever hunger you are having.

My first tim hortons experience in the great city of buffalo! The coffee was pretty good. I was sad because the machine to make hot lattes was down, so i had to resort for an iced latte. All good though, I still loved it! I also got their chocolate dipped waffle, which was pretty good too. Overall glad I got to experience Tim Hortons. I've heard so many people say it was a way better version of Dunkin' Donuts, which I can now attest to. Workers were nice, and the space was clean. Big enough to house me and my friends, which were about 10 of us. I also just learnt that there's a location in NJ as well, which is much closer!!! If i'm around, I'll definitely come here again

Very small interior and really slow window service. The speaker on the drive thru badly needs repairs- you can't understand a word.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

Upon walking in, the store looked like a standard "hole-in-the wall" place and had a simple selection of donuts to choose from. If you want to use a credit card, you have to spend at least $5. Donuts: I got the classic glazed donut, peanut donut, red velvet, and a cream filled donut. The glazed donut was soft and delicious. The peanut donut was more on the crumbly side but still great flavour. The red velvet had a nice cream cheese icing. The cream filled donut had a typical white cream filling. Personally, I liked the glazed donut the best - great texture and wasn't too overly sweet. The pricing here is amazing - $1.50 for great quality donuts! Easy to park on the street. There's no seating inside, so it's more of a takeout place. They also sell lottery tickets alongside donuts. It is certainly worth the visit along the way coming from Toronto.

It also appears that the woman doing fries does not have gloves on, this was not the case at the McDonald's I worked, at as everyone needs to have gloves on at all times. They need to retrain the workers here or just hire faster and better workers. The workers also need to tie their long hair back and put on a hair net. These workers are too slow for McDonald's. This McDonald's is no "fast food" restaurant. It's "slow food" restaurant with the low quality slow food. And they need to go out to the dining area and restrooms to do cleaning sometimes. Tables and floor always dirty, and the restrooms? Poop stains on toilet, piss stains on the floor, absolutely disgusting. Super slow, super low quality, super nasty. I've lived withing walking distance of this place for an entire year, and every single time I go here it's some BS or another. After a long day, I stopped here to purchase a couple of things on my way home. I needed an item from the cooler, but the section had a wet floor sign up/was slightly damp from a recent mopping. (At least they're clean?) I walked past the sign (clearly aware the floor was damp) and proceeded to get my item and go to the register. At this point, the moron cashier wants to make a scene about how a wet floor sign means that whole section of the store was closed off. LMFAO um no? A yellow "caution, wet floor" sign means proceed with caution so you don't bust your behind. On the other hand, a "Do not enter" sign would mean...let's see...do not enter? He proceeded to argue with me, making a huge scene and saying I should have waited on the long line to ask him to get me a soda from the cooler and then wait on line AGAIN to pay for said soda. Did I mention the line was TO THE BACK OF THE STORE? I mean THE BACK OF THE STORE EXCEPT THE WHOLE SECTION THAT WAS "CLOSED" LMFAO. I can't. This continued for a while--I honestly would have apologized for stepping on his wet floor if he had not made such a disgusting scene with a patron whose $ pays his hourly wages. He even called me ignorant, which I could not stop laughing about considering he thinks a wet floor sign suffices to close off all of the coolers in the store. This place should: 1. Close. There are plenty of other places to purchase refreshments within walking distance from this place, so it's not like anyone needs your rude employees who apparently block off whole sections of the store with a "wet floor" sign. 2. If you won't close, at least train your employees to have even a minimal level of customer service. That moron is going to pick a fight with the wrong exhausted, irritated, or mentally unstable person and end up in really bad shape. Especially in this part of Buffalo where you have some really colorful characters. 3. Invest in some "Please do not enter" signs so that patrons know that all of the coolers in the store are closed off (LMFAO). Or host lessons in telepathic communication so patrons can read the peanut-sized brains of imbecile employees who don't want them to go to the coolers. This was my last attempt to give this place a chance. I'll spare myself the headache and go to the corner store, the deli, the pizza place, the wing spot, the cafe, the diner, the jamaican restaurant, the other jamaican restaurant, the asian market, the 9 year old hustler selling me skittles at the gas station (b/c at least he asked nicely) or anywhere else that's literally within eyesight of this place. Done giving these morons my business.

These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right?
