Just purchase turkey/ bacon club sandwich, Took home, to the eat, almost broke a tooth, the bread was so hard, it cracked & crumply. I decided ti return item .The staff wasn't customer focus, didn't seem to care much about the quality of product. The asked if I wanted them to remark the sandwich. I declined & requested refund. I noticed puddle of water on floor, staff relief ok. No one addressed matter. I went to 424 main St. Ordered a bagel a breakfast sandwich, 2 donuts and a coffee. Well I had time to kill. So I stood to the side in no one's way. It is a dine in Tim Hortons and I get they have had problems in the past with customers. It's not the best place. But I'm 110 pound little lady. Just starting to eat my sandwich and I'm told by security I have to leave. I can not eat there. So I come in purchase food and drink but can't consume it in the building. That's bullshit. Let alone the place is filthy. I was going to eat then order a chipotle burrito. Well I've never felt so disrespected and disgusted by a fast food chain in my life. I will never go back. Before I moved, this was my usual, "go to" location. They screwed up sooooo many of my orders, it was crazy !! I've had some really crappy employees take care of me at the drive thru. They don't seem to care who they hire here. But today , it was not bad. I ordered chicken noodle soup & it smelled amazing. Service was very fast. I was outta there in no time. I looked the lady straight in her face and ordered a hot caramel macchiato because that's what I usually get when I go to any Tim Hortons and she gave me an iced coffee so when I went back to tell her that she got my order wrong I was very nice because it was a simple mistake and I hate to be that person being all angry saying they got my order wrong, so I went up and said I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and she said no you ordered an iced coffee then I said well maybe you must've heard me wrong and then another lady who seemed like the manager came up and got very snotty about it so I asked if I could just get a replacement drink which was the same exact drink just hot, same price and everything, and she started getting really rude and she didn't wanna replace my drink and got mad and I'm just in my head like how are you gonna get mad at ME because YOU got my order wrong and I'm just asking for a replacement because again I asked very nicely I wasn't rude, I didn't raise my voice, all I said was "I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and this is an iced one. Can I just get a hot one as a replacement?" Like I didn't even drink it I was just gonna give it back to them cause I didn't want two coffees but they acted like it was such a big problem that they had to replace my coffee so I was just like you know what never mind and I just took my watered down iced coffee I didn't order and left. My frequent on the way home spot, drive thru only. It's a tight lot and the annoying traffic flow and many pedestrians don't help. I've never had an issue ordering, but my order is basic. The employees are friendly even when I have a last minute add on. My only gripe is when it's warm there is a guy sitting outside strategically by the drive thru asking for money. Another Tim Horton's? Yes, because that's what seems to happen a lot of the time. I ended up stopping at this Tim Horton's location on Saturday night when my girlfriend wasn't hungry enough to eat and I was. I pulled into an empty drive through and ordered the $3.49 steak and cheese hoagie that was advertised (I tried the chicken one last week and it was delicious). On top of the steak and cheese i couldn't resist getting the watermelon drink to go on the side of it. The hoagie itself was a little underwhelming compared to the chicken, mostly because the cheese was still cold and it's kind of important to have melted cheese when having a steak and cheese. The sandwich wasn't terrible otherwise and the meat actually tasted pretty good. The watermelon drink I had on the side reminded me of World Waters watermelon water and that's something I can definitely get behind. All in all, this is just another basic Tim Horton's location that is ready to cure whatever hunger you are having. read more

My first tim hortons experience in the great city of buffalo! The coffee was pretty good. I was sad because the machine to make hot lattes was down, so i had to resort for an iced latte. All good though, I still loved it! I also got their chocolate dipped waffle, which was pretty good too. Overall glad I got to experience Tim Hortons. I've heard so many people say it was a way better version of Dunkin' Donuts, which I can now attest to. Workers were nice, and the space was clean. Big enough to house me and my friends, which were about 10 of us. I also just learnt that there's a location in NJ as well, which is much closer!!! The only reason why I go to this location is because it is across the street from school and it's very easy to grab a cup of coffee before school. I love Tim Hortons, but I have to unwillingly drag myself to this location at times and have even switched my go-to coffee place around the area - Dunkin' (not a fan but this Tim's location is so bad, that this Buffalo girl has to go to Dunkin'). Being a dental student, I am constantly trying to save when I can. So whenever I'm going to this Tim Horton's, I usually have a food coupon and then buy a medium coffee so my breakfast is less than $4 with tax. I've been here enough where I know the employees probably know me, but they will still treat any customer like crap. One thing I noticed was that they would have a sign where if you did a survey on their store, you can get a small free ice capp. I'd never had a problem of getting my survey with my receipt at other stores, but this store will purposely throw them out. To me, that is extremely sketchy because they're probably trying to avoid the negative reviews on the survey. Plus this could be their way of not giving people small free ice capps. Everything about this place rubs me the wrong way. I have been avoiding coming to this location for the last month and they definitely have lost my business and I have had to unfortunately move to other places around the area. read more

Main St across from UB South location. If it were a barber shop, it'd be Trim Hortons. I was last here about a year ago, and now I actively avoid this location. I think I've been here about 5 times in total, but there won't be a 6th visit. This is one of the worst locations, the service is just horrendous and usually the order isn't what I want, or if it is, it's cold. Very rude too. There are plenty of good ones (Sheridan & Sweet Home is my fave) but this is at the bottom end of the list. A Canadian legend. Their hot chocolate is not great, their iced cap is good, coffee lovers adore their coffee, and their donuts are bad. Their sandwiches are terrible and overpriced. I'd give them a 2/5 for the food, or a 1/5 for the fact that they put all the locals out of business. This is the worst tim hortons ive ever been to. I understand that long drive through lines work day morning rush is to be expected in WNY. Sometimes I suck it up and wait it out. Every single time they mess up my order. One time coffee was never added and they gave me an entire cup of cream. Often times If you order anything other than coffee and a simple food they will have you pull ahead and it's an even longer wait. There are usually people begging for money/food that will approach your car, one time I even had someone reach into my car because he saw that I had more change in my drink holder. Although they cannot control the begging people, I have never seen anything done about them. Not my favorite location but it gets the job done in the morning. The drive through is pretty okay but they've gotten my order wrong a few times in the last few weeks. A biscuit is not the same as an English muffin and coffee is most definitely not tea. I love coffee but when I'm expecting tea and get something else, I'm displeased to say the least. This location also does not serve hot apple cider which is also detracts from the appeal of this particular location. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and the lobby definitely is home to some interesting folks. If you're trying to get work done or want to be left alone, this is not the place. It gets pretty loud and is a smaller space than other TH locations. If I left earlier for work, I'd go out of my way to a different TH that is further away but...I stay going to this one because I need my morning fix and is on the way. Very nice staff but they don't know what they're doing or they are just too lazy. From the taste of the food I can tell they haven't cleaned their ovens in a long time. I wasn't gonna return it because of my years in fast food but this food was just disgusting and probably not safe for human consumption. This TH is pretty good. Orders are incorrect maybe 1 out of 10 times. I often wonder if that is simply due to either language barrier (all the employees appear to be ESL folks) or chaos (typically 10 or more workers behind the counter, many bumping into each other). After moving to buffalo recently, always see a Tim Hortons on everyblock! Being a starbucks fan still wanted to see what all the fuss was about and Tim hortons did not disappoint. Tim's obviously cares nothing for customers who don't eat pork. The visit started off poorly as I first I stood there listening to the woman in front of me try to figure out why her order of the same items on different days cost different amounts. I get up to the counter and was served by a woman wearing a name tag that said manager. I asked for a ham and swiss made with turkey instead of ham because I don't eat pork. The woman insisted this was impossible and got very angry when I told her I'd gotten it several times before, demanding that I tell her who had done this horrible thing (of giving good customer service I guess). She said my only option was to order the turkey bacon club with no bacon, which costs $1.20 more. When I pointed out the cost difference, she said again that was my only option. I told her that was ridiculous to charge me for something I won't eat and not offer another option, but she was adamant it was "impossible" to switch turkey for ham. I left, and immediately called Tim's customer service. They told me (after several minutes of waiting while the information was confirmed) that the manager SHOULD have made the switch but would have been required to upcharge me for it anyway, so I'd be just as well off ordering the club with no bacon. I even tried contacting Tim's through their Facebook page, with no joy. So much for that good Canadian customer service. If you do go to Tim's at any location, don't expect anything done out of the ordinary and apparently we all need to carefully check what they're charging us. read more
