This is the worse McDonlad ever. One they don't understand concept of fast food, two the staff is rude and unattentive. I ordered from the app for pick up at counter. I get here go inside I see my order is up visually and on the screen of serving now. Several workers just walked by NOONE ever came to the counter to ask can I help you. As a former McDonald's worker myself that has done pretty much everything from grill, fry, initiate, and assemble, this place deserves 2 stars at the best. This place is usually pretty dirty, the floors and the tables. The patties are dry and not fresh, the burger was obviously put together very fast even though it's not busy. I have asked for extra sauce and got just a tiny bit. It also appears that the woman doing fries does not have gloves on, this was not the case at the McDonald's I worked, at as everyone needs to have gloves on at all times. They need to retrain the workers here or just hire faster and better workers. The workers also need to tie their long hair back and put on a hair net. These workers are too slow for McDonald's. This McDonald's is no "fast food" restaurant. It's "slow food" restaurant with the low quality slow food. And they need to go out to the dining area and restrooms to do cleaning sometimes. Tables and floor always dirty, and the restrooms? Poop stains on toilet, piss stains on the floor, absolutely disgusting. Super slow, super low quality, super nasty. I was in Buffalo visiting and decided to stop by McDonald's. The air was not on in the restaurant and every part of the restaurant was dirty. There were straw wrappers, napkins, and food wrappers on the floor. I was shocked. Please do better. read more

This McDonald's is always super busy. Long lines & the way they have 2 entrances to the drive thru, makes it very difficult. Someone is always either trying or succeeding in cutting u off, even tho u were next in line. Ppl get downright evil there. Employees aren't usually very nice. Doesn't look like much when u walk past, but I was practically dying of hunger so I popped in and it was awesome I ordered a sandwich and they got it and some French fries and chicken nuggets it's very good and clean when u walk in it's like a modern one instead of a normal it's awesome u should definitely check McDonald's out. read more

Saw a girl working in the back by the food with her long hair completely down and she's swinging it around. That's absolutely disgusting I work in fast food myself and if I didn't have my hair up I would be sent home. No reason u can't have ur hair in a pony tail to stop it from getting into food. These employees need some type of discipline. Along with it they're rude and never nice to their costumers and food always seems old and dry also waited 20 mins in drive thru!! Don't come here. I have had a majority of my orders incorrect/missing items and there is always an unnecessary wait time for your food regardless of wether it's busy or not and employees just seem to not want to be there. read more

For a McDonalds on Main Street, it's really fine. Sure, service is a bit slow, but my order is correct and the drive thru employees are nice. Not sure why so many people complain... it's a 24/7 McDonalds, you're not going there to expect Michelin star food. Just don't keep your windows rolled down and lock your car when you go there. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. We were in here a few days ago and we have never had a worse experience. We were judged and ridiculed by staff about how nice we were dressed and they were assuming we were dressed nice simply because they assumed we got our taxes which was not the case. We felt very uncomfortable they talked about us and about what a nice purse I was carrying and what a nice jacket I had and clothing and where our money came from. They then gave us cold food as they forgot our order because they were to busy talking about that we must have gotton our taxes. We had to go ask for the rest of our order. We then told a manager about how uncomfortable we felt and what was said about what I was wearing oh did you see that purse did you see that jacket somone must have got their taxes which this is the way I always am dressed we had a meeting near there that had been canceled so we went for breakfast. I told the manager what had happened he brushed it off was very matter of fact.... didn't apologize and then told me so you THINK they were talking about you? I said at 9 am no one else is dressed halfway decent in here so yes I do! I will never go there again I would not ever recommend this place of business especially for anyone dressed nice or halfway decent unless you want to explain where your money comes from And why you are dressed nice! After lobby is closed, drive through takes about 1 order every 10 minutes, meaning if you have 2 people in front of you, you will wait 30 minutes (no exaggeration) I drive Uber Eats, if you accept a pickup from this location you will lose money and possibly get bad ratings from the customer. Drive through will literally make you sit forever, obviously no management on staff overnight. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I always use the drive thru whenever ordering food and drinks from this location and it's always been a fine experience. Except one time, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for a friend which is $5-6 and they received two mcchicken cutlets on top of each other. They could have just told us they didn't have the crispy chicken anymore, if she wanted a McChicken she could have ordered so for the $1 it is. Some of the employees here are very kind. I order a bunch of Caramel frappes for my family and they sometimes gave me an extra free. Drive thru is usually very fast even when they're busy. I will NEVER in my life come to this McDonalds again. They have two entrances to the drive-thru which made it difficult for people to get in. Like driving it's easiest to let someone from one lane in. I was almost hit because one person kept inching their way in not letting me in. One individual who was behind me let me in. However, there was a Hertz vehicle, with two middle-aged white men who were telling me to hurry the hell up so they could get to work. Me not knowing what to get and getting frazzled by people actually talking to me glared & took my time. Do not be fooled by their recent renovations. Customer service and quality of food is terrible. Ordered a regular iced coffee that did not seem to have any coffee. Employee rolled their eyes as I asked for the order to be remade. After a long delay and wasting more time got this poor excuse for coffee.
