There were still tables available inside, so don't let a full parking lot scare you away. Do not skip the fried green tomato appetizer- to die for! I ordered the Sunday prime rib special with a loaded baked potato and asparagus, and it was absolutely to die for. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and such a great portion. My husband had the chicken risotto and loved every bite. We heard regulars talking about how amazing the desserts are. We were too full this time but next time I'm excited to try the bread pudding! The bartender/manager was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. The whole place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We enjoyed every part of our meal and can't wait to come back!

Open for lunch and dinner, menu has a nice variety. We both selected the home made IroNTon Burger, half pound patty on a brioche roll with bacon jam, garlic aioli, arugula, brie & fried shallots. Served with crispy fries, this meal was cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious. The owner visits his customers, checking that everything is alright, treating customers as if they were his family. The establishment is quite charming. Recently remodeled, it does have the original bar. Old time NT memorabilia can be found within. Plenty of parking, too. If you want to dine in a lovely restaurant with excellent service and home cooked food, the IroNTon is the place to be. Happy dining. Happy Holidays.

We were in Buffalo to go to the AKG museum. We were inside for better than 3 hours and were hungry…read more Buffalo....Duff's wings. The GPS took us to the first location that opened (the waitress said the 1960s) a long time ago. The building is sitting at an angle from the road so go to the right and turn in to park or go past and turn right for the parking lot. Middle of the afternoon on a Thursday they weren't too busy. We were seated immediately and waited on quick. I wanted some clarity with the wing heat. Some places hot is mild or hot is burn your face off. She clarified the medium hot is hot so that's what I decided on for an order of 6. My sister isn't so much of a wing person so she decided on a grilled cheese. The waitress was pleasant and answered all the questions we had. The restaurant itself isn't too big but can seat a lot of people. Total wing vibe. Lots of different flavors and quantities went by...everything looked tasty and fresh. They had Yuengling on tap so that's what I ordered. She had a pepsi. Food arrived fast. The aroma was to die for (ok it burns the eyes a little...). Came with celery and blue cheese. The wings were amazing, some of the best I have ever eaten. Crunchy celery and cool dipping sauce. Bigger than most that I have ordered and very freshly prepared. After 6 I was filled up...but I ordered another brew just to wash it all down. If you're in Buffalo (or the area) it's definitely worth stopping to have a treat. Other Buffalo favorites are on the menu as well (Beef on Weck sandwich. We will definitely be back, more flavors to try and locations to enjoy.

I turned into…read morea little piggy and ordered their Beef-on-Weck & Wing lunch special, with an extra side of fries. So much food, but so good. The sandwich was great and really salty (per the custom), but the bread became soggy pretty quick. I would dip it in the jus and try to bite it but the meat just couldn't be bit through and no matter how hard I tried it just made a sloppy mess. That was disappointing. The wings were ordered Medium Hot which they warn you is "Very Hot"... but it isn't. They were good, but next time I will order Hot because there was little to no burn. The fries were the frozen variety but nice, skinny and crispy. I liked dipping them in the leftover wing sauce. Next time, I will skip the sandwich and just get wings and fries. Hopefully it won't take me 5 years to come back.

Since then, they've become very commonly put in the best wings group for locals. However, I will say that while that is a great thing for their business, it may be a con too. This is a very small dive bar. Nice sports bar atmosphere and the staff is generally very nice and accommodating. But the last couple times we've been, we've noticed the dip in food service. We showed up at 5pm on a Saturday, and when we walked in, I kid you not, there was not one order of food on any of the tables, and the tables were filled. Very bizarre. I would assume they do a great portion of their business with door dash, and it seems as if that took priority over feeding the customers inside of the actual restaurant. It also seemed extremely overpriced. (I didn't pay much attention in the past about the price.) for 5 single order of wings, order of fingers, 1 order of onion rings, and 1 order of fries, our bill (4 adults and 2 kids) was $172. I could not believe it. You would have thought we ate at Lucia's for that price. While they are still my favorite wings, it's gonna cost you.

I am not a fan of caramel or peanut butter sauce, so asked for these two items to be excluded. I do not know what other cookie flavor choices there are; I just picked chocolate! It was nicely packed up, with the ice cream in a separate container from the warm cookie. Both made it back to my house, the ice cream still solid and the cookie still warm. It is a wonderful treat. I think it might be difficult to order this after eating wings or a pizza or even a salad first, but as a separate treat, quite nice!

Top-notch spot for wings! We stopped in on a Friday just before 6:00 before heading to a comedy…read moreshow at UB. The location was super convenient. It was a bit busy (30-40 min wait for dining area), but there were a few tables off to the right of the bar where you could seat yourself. Luckily, one opened up right as we walked in. When seated at these tables, you have to order at the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the nuggiez -- the sauce cooled the boneless bites down a little, but the flavor was still great. I loved all the sauces we tried (saucy hot cajun, medium, and garlic parm). The wings were perfectly crisp, and the steak pizza had a ton of flavor. Definitely a heavier meal, but if you're bringing someone from out of town who wants great wings, this is a spot worth taking them to.
