The kicker was they quoted me 5000.00 more than the amazing flooring company we ended up going with and they were going to go right over the existing floor. So less work, more money, when I called to inquire about the process because I researched and got other bids, K was explaining and answering my questions well, 1/2 way through the conversation owner took phone and was aggressively talking to me. I said, "wait did you guys just switch?" He replied, "I can explain better" wow. So disrespectful. If you are ok with going over existing floors and dealing with this behavior, have at it, but I definitely can recommend a much better choice. The company I chose was pleasant to work with, cost effective, and flawless from beginning to end. Doing it the right way, by pulling up the floors is the way to go. Peace of mind for sure and warranties work when it is done correctly, should something happen. I will never have to wonder.

We used three different slabs. All four layouts were beautifully done using up to date imaging technology, so it was easy to visualize the finished product. The crew is awesome! They were diligent, and communicated clearly. The installation went smoothly, with a perfect fit and finish in all four bathrooms. This was all done at a very reasonable price. That being said, stone countertops are an improvement meant to be appreciated for many years. Our countertops are just gorgeous and I know their beauty will return a lifetime of pleasure. The application process was fast and simple, we paid the application fees and within 48 hours we were approved our first home. A flurry of emails quickly followed, forms were filled in, calls exchanged and documents signed. I have never experienced a smoother transaction and it's safe to say that we have a realtor for life. Alisa is professional, courteous, hardworking, polite, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process was done without us even leaving our living room and without us having to fly five hours each way to go and view the house. After talking with the sales representative, she advised us to look a Pinterest to get a better idea of what we wanted. Prosource Wholesales offers a plethora of materials - tiles, wood flooring, lighting, knobs, countertops, etc. It reminds me why I never wanted to do a custom home...too many choices. They also changed the backsplash shelf design to a shorter length than was originally designed. The worst issue is now we have a crack that developed from one of the corner cuts and they said it isn't covered under any warranty and nothing we can do. The crack is growing.

There's an old adage - You never know how good a company is until there's a problem. Just read the owner responses to all the customer complaints. His attitude tells you all you need to know. No matter how "pretty" the showroom is, or how "nice" the salesperson seems, when there's an issue with your purchase, they won't remember your name. And finally, there's a reason they don't install and instead provide you with a list of their recommended installers. Because when an issue arises they will take no responsibility - they will blame the installer or the customer or the builder.
