This place has a very good selection. They have some really good prices depending on what you are getting. And also really nice intelligent Employee's that know their fashion. Although I do wish they had some more selections for adult smalls. But overall this place is very good for finding new style or just shopping for your current style. Located on the upper level of the mall. This store is quite large with a variety of everything. We got lucky because most items were BuyOneGet50% off. Without a sale, prices tend to be a little higher than normal because of its mall location. There's lots of workers and all of them were super friendly and helpful. read more

These got dang teenagers need to learn better customer service. Rude as hell and when we asked for the military discount, he didnt say that it didnt apply to the promotion going on. For me, Tilly's is the hybrid offspring of Zumiez and Anchor Blue. They're not as relevant and trendy as Zumiez, but not as blase as Anchor Blue. At the Promenade, Tilly's is where you shop to get your Bro uniform. And when I say "Bro" I'm not talking about your bully of a sibling. I'm talking about that guy who drives a raised truck, wears VZ shades, and has a huge Stars & Straps sticker on his rear window. Pricing here leans towards the high side. You can buy Dickie's or Levi's at mom & pop shops for much less, but you won't look as cool walking around the mall with Tilly's bag. Between Tilly's and Zumiez, I think Tilly's has a more stylish selection, and maybe even better deals? Staff is pretty friendly, one girl a few weeks back sounded worse than a car salesman though and that was weird cause she literally followed us around... Either way, they have nearly everything you could want... shoes, watches, back packs, shades, and much more from brands like Quiksilver, Levi's, Billabong, FOX, and others as well. Cool thing about Tilly's is their Black Friday deals! I think the first 75 people in line get gift cards with one having a value up to $100. Love the clothes here. This location is busy, but that's expected considering it is the only mall in the area lol. Had to dock two stars because the employees on the floor are extremely annoying. They are HELPFUL if you need them, but being asked 20 times if I'm doing okay is a little much, following me around is a little much, and then asking to hold my stuff at the front because I have a lot. Came here tonight, clean store. Found everything I was looking for. When checking out I was being helped by a young man. He was more interested in the conversation that another customer and his co worker was having then directing focus on checking me out and efficiently. I found it rude. It happens a lot now a days with customer service, not being engaged with the customer your helping now. You can talk after you check out the current customer. I really hope they can improve that. I have been in and out of having invasive back surgeries for the past 6 months. With my last one being two weeks ago, I cannot walk far so i needed a wheelchair while going shopping at the mall today. Tillys was ONCE my favorite store until today. Their store was not wheelchair accessible (even though for some reason on the yelp website it says otherwise) like it should be nor did anybody try and help my mom and i get around. Once we asked for the corporate number to call and complain, the "manager" Kaile, rudely didn't even acknowledge us, she could careless about what was going on. I do like some of the clothes from this store and they do have a decent selection. I always love going into stores with helpful employees, however, this place takes customer service and crams it down your throat. Today, I'm in the middle of a conversation with my wife and I had three employees interrupt and ask if I needed help. My 2 boys and I went to this place because they wanted to buy some clothes for school then we to the cashier to pay, I believe the cashier's name was Trinity or whatever her name, she was helping out this girl before us but when she was done with her she closed her cash register and walk away. She actually ignored us like we were invisible. She knew we were next in line to pay and just walked away. We were watching her to see where she was going but she pretended she was folding clothes. She was a very rude girl. It looked like she didn't want to help customers anymore. When we were walking out of the store she was just looking at us. I was so angry that day. I was going to look for the manager but I was with my 2 boys. All I wanted was to buy my kids some clothes and give them business but these kind of worker like Trinity don't want business.
