Their website and customer reviews established a degree of credibility. After contacting their office I was impressed that a principal in the company, Regis, immediately scheduled an appointment with Ron, another owner. We met the same day and they provided a quote in less than 24 hours. Second, Regis worked with me to deliver a faster turnaround time than originally promised to get my home to market for summer selling season. They arrived exactly on schedule and finished early. I worked on-site with Noel who was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. I brought cleaning supplies to clean-up after the move. I was presently surprised to see Pacific already had an in-house maintenance person on-site cleaning everything including the floors after the move. Finally, the finish product is very tastefully and thoroughly completed. I've been in the building business for 32 years and built over 60 furnished Model homes. I would rate Pacific Staging higher than any Model Merchandising Company that I've worked with in the past.

Then, when it was time for them to remove their items from the house we asked that they schedule it when we could be there because our stuff was intermingled with theirs and we suspected they would take our items. They scheduled the removal when we were out of town on a vacation and refused to reschedule it for any other time. We asked them to reschedule for another day multiple times and they continued to refuse. Seriously? There is only one day and time that you can remove your staging? When we went to the house after they had removed their items, they in fact, did take our belongings with them. They stole our items and took it with them. Granted, they were small decorative items, but they meant a lot to me. We did not get reimbursed for the items of ours that they took. And then, we were not allowed to close on the home without paying them. We are so frustrated. This company is overall very rude, unaccommodating and their staging is not of a high quality. I will never use this company again.

We contacted Brook because we liked her modern vintage style. The style fits really well for the younger professional targeted market. Brook was really nice and gave us some personalized suggestion even before we hired her. Her quote was also reasonable. Picking a good stager is as important as picking a seller agent. We specifically requested that our agent hired Brook, otherwise we won't move forward with them. We had to do some remodeling in the bathroom, lighting, kitchen, carpet, and painting before putting the condo on the market. Brook was always available to help with the design and chose materials and colors. Our budget was tight and we couldn't do everything, but we really appreciate her help (without extra charge). The a condo had a view of a creek from the balcony. The kitchen cabinet was maple wood (not white as in popular vintage style), the dining area had stone tiled floor, and the living room floor was carpet (we couldn't install hardwood floor). There were a few design challenges and I had a hard time imagine something that would match each other. Brook professionally personalized the design based on existing materials and pulled everything together to a nice natural/organic vintage design. She also put a small indoor palm plant to match the palm trees in the creek. We like the staging so much that we wanted to go back and live there. It's like a model home. The buyer was very happy with the condo and made a higher than expected offer on the condo. I didn't speak to the buyer directly but I believe it's largely due to Brook's staging that expressed full potential of the condo.

The staff took my request seriously and Ms. Ann Choi phoned me days later that they have indeed recovered the documented paper. Furthermore, MPD has issued an apology for the initial delivery and offered repairs without additional cost. A veteran craftsman by the name of Angel came into the house and patchworked the floor, wall frame and door dents with efficiency and precision. I was intriguingly surprised to find out the furniture that I originally purchased has appreciated over $100,000 in MSRP value in time. Nevertheless, I believe MPD has acted in a sincere and honest fashion.
