The ADU build is summarized into two general phase and one extra phase for us: Phase 1 = Arash the architect led the way on the planning, from 2D architecture drawings to 3D renderings; after the city approved to break ground, Alan the lead builder & team took care of the foundation & structure of the build, this phase was finished under 6mo., between Dec '24 till April '25. Phase 2 = Mahroo the interior designer led the way on the interior design, she provides further interior design & parts sourcing, that pieces everything else together inside the DADU once phase 1 was finished. Ariyan the project leader also helps greatly to sort out the communications between us & his team. This phase was finished under 3mo., even with much changes in the details such as appliances, between May '25 to August '25, including final inspections from the city.
