You just KNOW you've found a WONDERFUL ethnic restaurant when it's FULL of immigrant families from that region and you're the only "minority" in the place!! That's what I discovered tonight in this simply wonderful Indo-Chinese restaurant run by a friendly Bengali family. Walk in and order your meal at the counter. You've got all the standard Chinese app and entree choices, along with plenty of veg and meat Indian options. Added plus is that the food is all Hallal, and made to order. You'll wait a bit, but it's DEFINITELY worth it... My veg korma with veg samosa and garlic Naan was CRAZY good, and very reasonably priced. I want to go back tomorrow and order one of just about everything else on their menu! Not flashy, not fancy, just REALLY good food that is DEFINITELY worth checking out!! ENJOY!!

This restaurant was great to order from, especially because my parents only eat halal meals. The place offers a huge variety of food, because they offer both Indian/Bangladeshi (Desi) food options as well as a full Chinese menu. I was able to order through Postmates directly from their website. I was able to get updates through text on my phone on my order readiness. Online it said my order would be ready in 30 minutes, but when my order went through it sent me a text from Postmates saying it would take one hour. This allowed me to get there on time and not get there early. I ordered from the Chinese menu this time. The chicken egg rolls tasted just like any other Chinese restaurant. My favorite were the honey chicken and Mongolian beef. We got all the entrees with fried rice. The Schezuan chicken was not something I'm used to from other places. I thought the General Tso's chicken was overly sweet. The chicken on a stick, I was expecting to be savory more like chicken satay, but it was chicken and veggie pieces on a stick with a sweet tasting sauce brushed on them. The food portions are all big and we had left overs for the next day, even though we had five people eating. I think some things could be tweaked in their taste to make the Chinese menu taste more like authentic Chinese restaurant food. I am looking forward to trying their Desi menu, as the restaurant has Bangladeshi owners and perhaps the Desi food would be authentic.

The food quality is great and the people are nice. I'm not sure a cup of food with A cup of rice are worth $18. I know food prices are high but the portions are very small.

My husband and I are always on the look out for halal food and we came across this place. It did not disappoint. We ordered spring rolls and the Thai soup for appetisers. The Thai soup was just like the Thai soup from back home in Bangladesh. For entrees we ordered the chilli chicken and Mongolian beef. Both dishes were really good. Presentation was nice as well. The portion sizes were good too. We both packed ours in to go boxes to enjoy later. It's a hole in the wall type restaurant and those are usually the best ones. The service was great as well.

Recently we ordered from Tikka n Kabab, a local restaurant we found during COVID and have visited a couple times. This restaurant serves halal Chinese and Indian cuisine. We tried a couple new dishes, chicken tikka masala and chicken curry and a previous favorite, vegetable fried rice. Just like our last visit everything was piping hot, had wonderful flavors and the portions were so big we had enough leftovers for a second meal. Delicious and we would definitely recommend!

My husband and I ordered delivery from this place like 2 weeks ago we liked it so we decided to come and dine in. Extremely friendly staff. They musted up my husbands order so that sucked but they fixed It right away. I really recommend this play! Very good fried rice Amd white. Get the egg roVery reasonable price! They gave us free crab Rangoon for the inconvenience.

Husband and I were traveling from out of town and stopped in for a bite. The owners were so kind, and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend the beef kabobs. The mint chutney they are served with tastes amazing. The kabob was seasoned and tender. It had a slightly smokey flavor-- perfection!! We also had the lobster bisque and were very impressed with the flavor. I ordered the chicken Tikka masala. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The sauce for the chicken Tikka was tasty and hit the spot. Hubby also ordered 2 egg rolls, and they came out piping hot and fresh! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this little hole in the wall gem of a restaurant. Some photos were taken after a bit of food consumption.

Billed as a black-owned "Halal Chinese & Indian/Bangladeshi Restaurant" that also serves pizza, we knew we had to try this place.

So it only seemed natural that I'd fall in love with Food Street, but I was worried that my expectations would exceed the reality. So instead of going in... I decided to order delivery through good ole Door Dash - expecting a sad, slightly cold, non crispy shadow what you'd get in person but let me tell yas.... this was not the case at all! Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich was phenomenal! It was wicked crispy, the size of my head (quick makes this a HUGE value... not that my head is that big, but order it to get an idea), bun was not soggy at all, and it did not disappoint. Chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, not chewy at all, and seasoned well. Coleslaw added a nice vinegar contrast (I wish there was much more coleslaw but it didn't stop me!), sauce was smokey and slightly spicy, and the bun was soft. Chicken Tikka Paratha Roll was also a hit! Great seasoning, chicken was incredibly well cooked - melt in your mouth style - with small bits of char - vegetables were fresh, and the roll itself had great chew and flavor w/out being greasy (at all) or saturated. Fries were bangers too. Ready to eat my way through the menu. If it's this good when ordered, can't image what'd it be in house.

We went to the counter to place or order, we ordered, faluda, garlic chicken wrap, Malia boti wrap gappa chaat and mango lassi. Everything except for the faluda tasted just ok. Nothing for me to go back and try it again. Now let's go back to the faluda. They forgot to give us the faluda. We had to ask 3 times and almost 2 hours later, they finally brought it out. And it tasted nothing like any form of faluda. It was vanilla ice cream with crushed pistachio. No apologies or explanation for the wait. With so many great places to have Indian/desi street food, this is not one of them.

Drove through several lots with others prowling as well. Ended up finding street parking right in front of of the joint. Line was not out the door, which was delightful since it was only 4 degrees out, but my butt was just inside right up against the door. By the time I got to place my order, a spot opened at the counter to enjoy the meal. This place is as much of a coffee house as it is a restaurant. I saw 4 taps and was hoping for an IPA, but they were for coffee and teas. Got a Diet Coke instead. Had the Smashburger and the fried rice to take out. The burger was one of the most awesome burgers I have ever had. I don't know what they put in it, but it was just downright delicious. The fried rice was for my daughter's lunch tomorrow, but I took a few bites of it just for quality control sake, and it was very good as well. Unlike any fried rice you have ever had.
