I was staying at the local Bally's casino and wanted to grab a bite to eat and some drinks and found this delightful gem on Yelp. I love Mexican food. I love Tiki spots. The two together should be wonderful, right? Well, the caveat here is that the food is not traditional Mexican fare. It is, for the most part, an elevated Taco Bell. I had the grilled stuffed burrito, and it was a better tasting, better prepared version of its Taco Bell cousin. They also have burgers and other pub style fare. The drinks were cheap. At least the draft beer I was drinking was cheap. Our server was very attentive and super nice. I never had an empty glass in front of me for the three hours or so I was there. What was really cool about this spot was the karaoke. The crowd was very into it, and there were some fantastic singers participating. They seem to have an event every single day, and were even open on Christmas, apparently. I look forward to staying in Evansville again and going to Tiki on Main! We stopped at this bar/restaurant for an early 5 PM Sunday evening dinner prior to a performance at the nearby Victory Theater. Standard fare of American cuisine. We started with an order of spicy pork rinds which were airy, crunchy, and had a mild spice. Great with a round of beer. I chose a Cobb salad for my main and it was delicious and included the typical ingredients of hard boiled egg, blue cheese, chicken, and bacon bits on a bed of lettuce. Restaurant was fairly full by the time we left and the noise level was mild. Decor was a tad tired. Service was terrific, especially since so many patrons were on a timeline to get to the performance next door, and the waitstaff seemed to handle it very well as being a routine occurrence. We were tended to for refills, orders, and settling our bill in a timely fashion and never felt rushed. Will plan to return here when we attend future events because the menu is so varied to appeal to most in our group and is very convenient. read more

Came here during a weekday, got the burger & it was pretty decent. Juicy & tasty. The wings are HUGE here definitely recommend them. Two bartenders were serving, I sat in the dining area, not the bar. So respect to the bartenders running back & forth. I didn't get the guys name but his service was very good. As for the other bartender her service was just ok. There was live music playing, guy was playing some good jams. I'll be back, but on a Friday or Saturday forsure. Thanks tiki on main! read more

The food here was typical bar food. Nothing overly exciting. We ordered the cheese bites expecting something more like the cheese curds we get in Wisconsin and we were greatly disappointed with the velveeta like cheese. read more

Food was surprisingly good for a pub/bar. I ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and they delicious. My husband ordered the Cobb Salad and said it was great. I had the chicken tacos and were surprised how good they were since we were not in a Mexican restaurant. Service was good despite the Ben Folds concerns going on at the Victory. Truly a Tiki Bar type experience - would recommend to those who like good food and a laid back atmosphere. read more

This place is clean with good food and nice servers however, the bar is inconsistent and staff really don't know what the specials are but like I said are pretty nice. That being said I'm sure they are having staffing issues along with everyone else. read more

Really nice, friendly and low-key saloon restaurant. Tables out front for those who want to be outside, and lots of bar and table space inside. Who wouldn't love a dive bar on a boat? We had originally come out to the marina area for KC's at Marina Point (which is essentially next door) but the bar band that night was lackluster so we wandered over to check out Tiki Time before taxi-ing off to a different location. The walk to get to the deck is a goofy adventure in itself - down one long ramp, wind around the top deck, down two more ramps, and then down two small walkways on either side of a connecting boat/dock. The rear end of the bar is a dance floor with a DJ booth and picnic tables line the sides of the boat. I ordered a rum and coke with was solid and average priced. Service was decently fast and the place was clean so far as I could tell. Out of KC's and Tiki I would recommend Tiki for a less overwhelming and consistently good musical experience. read more

We really enjoyed our visit here Sunday! We just sat and ate popcorn and drank while watching the boats come in and out. The service was great! Such a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We found this little gem on accident. I almost hesitate to give a review, not sure I want anyone else to know about our new found treasure. This place is not for someone wanting a high class pinky up joint, this is for those of you who want to chill and come as you are! We will return! read more

The coolest bar in Evansville by far! There's no place like it. The tiki bar is on a floating barge on the water- it feels like you're on vacation.
