The Tokyo Chad Japanese Rice Lager.
    Alden C.

Tiger Town Brewing was on my list for breweries to try for a long time. So when we went to the area to see the Painted Hills we made sure to stop here for lunch and to try their beers. I will get to the beers first. We tasted several different ones and unfortunately we didn't feel very impressed. Some of the beers had an odd aftertaste to them. But in the end we settled on the Tokyo Chad. This was a Japanese Rice Lager and we liked this beer relatively well. Not the best Japanese Lager we have ever come across but it was okay. Flavor features in this beer is biscuity and grainy. What we liked best about Tiger Town was the food. I got their cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and their Sidewinder Fries (similar to French Fries only curvy) were excellent. Everything with the meal tasted good and fresh. The atmosphere is fun and has some quirks going on with it mainly with the pictures they have hung up in the dining area. Staff was very good. They were attentive and very friendly and cheerful to interact with. If we are back in the area we would certainly come here for the food again as we were very impressed with it. We just weren't too terribly wild about the beer.

You wouldn't think that a small town like MItchell would be so popular , but Tiger Town brewing helps . A true destination for the motorcycle groups , doing the "Fossil Run" . Great signature beers , brewed by them . Burgers and fish and chips were awesome . Stop by if you are visiting the painted hills .

If you're in or anywhere near Mitchell, Oregon, Tiger Town Brewing Co is a must visit spot for lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, atmosphere is perfect and the staff are amazing. I ordered the fish and chips, which included a generous portion of crispy and perfectly cooked fish, tasty chips and coleslaw. Everything was perfectly seasoned & delicious!! Definitely worth a drive to Mitchell.

This is hands down the best brewery experience in Mitchell. No, seriously, this would be true even if there was more than one brewery in town. We had a great dinner here during our road trip through central Oregon. The fish & chips had my wife oooing and ahhing over the huge portion of flakey haddock. Fries and slaw were spot on as well. I loved the Tiger burger, which had a perfect balance of heat from the jalapeños and the creamy tang of the crumbled blue cheese. I tried two beers, both of which were very tasty - the smoked porter and the witbier. They know what they're doing here and they do it right.

Delicious food and fast, friendly service! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch.

Second time we have eaten here. First time was right after they opened. Second time was yesterday. I had the BLT and my wife had the Italian Club. Both were excellent. Not at all what you might expect in a sleepy little town like Mitchell. Highly recommend!

Great set up! Indoor and outdoor seating.

We enjoyed our meal and service and would definitely return! We almost missed out on Tiger Town because we didn't realize there were more businesses down their road in Mitchell (they should add a sign or an a-frame on the main road). Don't forget to buy their beer!

Outside seating on the main street.

I was starting to get that uncomfortable, did she forget about us, feeling. She apologized when she walked up for taking so long, so all is forgiven. Food took awhile to prepare. Didn't seem that busy, but maybe short handed on a Saturday night. Well she showed up to collect bill and I had to tell her we didn't get our food yet. Opps. I think our waitress was new, so all good on wait times But when my Ruben came it was dry. I let her know they forgot to put on the thousand island so she went to kitchen and found out they ran out. Really...send out a dry sandwich with a missing key ingredient. They offered to run to store. Right. I'd be done by the time they came back. I kinda made my own with Mayo and ketchup. That helped. The thing that saved this from a 2 star review is my wife loved her magareta flatbread. Options are limited in town. This might be a much better place on another day and time.

A Brown Porter that features 2 pounds per barrel of the finest Belgian dark chocolate, creating a slightly roasty brew with chocolaty satin finish. The beer was fine . My burger was over cooked for me. I wasn't given the option of how I wanted it cooked. I should have mentioned that when ordering . Most restaurant servers would ask you that question when ordering a burger. I would try something different if and when we make another appearance.

It was sooooooo salty. Everything. The fries, the pork, the sauce. So much salt. Dipping in my husbands ranch mellowed the salt a bit. My husband got the chicken pesto burger and salad. He said it was good, though Costco's was better. lol. But he ate it all. The dogs got their bowl split in half. There was a bunch of peanut butter, chicken, cucumber, and cabbage. The picky dog devoured it all but the cabbage, the dog who'll eat anything ate only the chicken and PB. Really funny. But they were big sized.
