When I approached to place my order, she acted as though she was deciding whether she wanted to acknowledge me or even take my order. Her attitude toward me felt negative and completely inappropriate for someone dealing with a paying customer. Her behavior became uncomfortable enough that I had to tell her that I was not one of her friends and should not be treated with that kind of attitude. She eventually took my order and I paid for it, but she did not complete the order. Another employee had to step in and finish it for me. I know this is not the normal level of service here because I have been a repeat customer. That is what made this experience so disappointing. Management should address this type of behavior because customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
