The repairs were a cinch and the took care of them quickly. The mystery was solved. There was a minor hiccup where they had to return to clean up some stuff because the old grout had soaked in more water than expected, causing some of the new grout to run, but the were quick to return and do that touch up for us. Today he showed up right on time and he had brought a new Thermostat, This thermostat was a much better thermostat . He said lets give this new one a try and see if thats it...He installed the new one and when I turned the power on It lit up and the floor started heating. I asked him what do I owe him and he said just the thermostat and showed me the receipt of 274.00 I said ok he said he would send over an invoice later today and we could pay it then...
