When we called corporate offices-----they told us that they have no record at all of a desired refund. All this after almost 15 years as loyal customers. They had my car for two whole days and assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. They cleared the codes and sent me on my way. My 7 day return expired on my car and the check engine light came back on so I took it to my shop where they discovered within minutes that there was three different issues that were causing the check engine light and needed to be fixed asap. Because of the negligence I was unable to return the car to Carvana. Terrible experience. It's clear they did not care about me or my car and now the ripple effect is immense.
