They didn't give me enough cookies and they got my order wrong so I called corporate and they asked if I could go back to the store to go get my missing cookies and I was like absolutely not because I got them on the way to work, which is about 35 minutes away. So in that case, they actually issued me a refund And then they sent me a $15 coupon. read more

MY boyfriend and I went in last night and normally we always have a good experience here but today that wasn't the case. There was a guy working there last night that was being completely weird to us. He was white with dirty blonde hair. We asked for 2 brownies, and 4 cookies and a pint of ice cream. First off he tells us what was in the case was all they had left but I asked for a brownie and he seemed irritated I asked for a brownie and said well how many. Then we ask for 2 of the flavor of the months only got one but was charged for 2. Then I ask for a pint of ice cream, he most definitely heard me because he stared at me for a minute when I asked but then doesn't ring it in, and when I tell him and a pint of ice cream he said oh I didn't ring it in. Our order wasn't boxed like we normally get it was thrown in two small open bags. There was a girl that came in after and he was completely nice to her boxed her cookies in a nice box. Honestly so disappointing because we come to this location a lot and no one has treated us like the way this guy did last night. read more

I wanna start by thanking the staff at Tiffs treats in the Heights location. i ordered some cookies Friday night and they never arrived. The manager at the location reached out after she was made aware of the situation and gave me my order plus some extra stuff for the inconvenience. Thank you all so much and i appreciate your hard work to make things right and to make sure your customers are happy! read more

Came here bc this location is closest to my house. I used to always come here and get great service and never noticed bugs. Came here tn before closing and the young lady working wasn't the nicest and there were gnats, on the cookies & inside the glass and even a mosquito. I said I didn't want the original flavor I asked for bc it was gnats on it as she could see and she said oh okay instead of offering to get cookies from the back. Will never ever come here again. My daughter ordered Tiff's Treats for my birthday. They were supposed to be ready for 2:00. I arrived at 2:04 because I went to the front door on the street side. I needed to enter from the parking lot. The cookies were not even close to warm. I had heard they are delivered hot, so I could not understand why they weren't at least warm. They taste like cookie dough instead of a soft cookie. They even included someone else's card with my order. I asked my daughter if she were trying to tell me something. She said "No." There was nothing about the cookies I liked. Will never get anything from them read more

Tiff's Treats - This is the wrong card placed with my order. - Bakeries Near Me - Houston, Texas

I sent the cookies to my sister as a birthday present. It was supposed to arrive on 12/06/24. It wasn't until December 6 that I had to go back on the app and track it to see that they wouldn't be delivered until 12/10/24. I was disappointed because I had them set to arrive on the 6th. The cookies were great she said, however, I was completely dissatisfied with the communication. I had to go in the site and keep digging and clicking on things to find my answers. There was no communication between us. I never even knew that the cookies were delivered. I just so happened to stumble upon something that let me know. Again the cookies were great, but the communication was disappointing and for that, I will not be ordering from Tiff'a Treats again. They didn't send me an email or anything to let me know that they wouldn't arrive on the date that we agreed to. Not only did they not arrive on that date. They didn't arrive until four days later. read more

Love this place! Always clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming I'm always greeted when I come in and even if they're busy in the back they let me know they will be with me. I was there the day before thanksgiving and even though there was a lobby full of people the ladies were efficiently helping us and constantly asking who had pickup orders so we didn't have to wait long. Will definitely be back soon! read more

Stopped in for a few cookies after dinner. Arianna provided excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

Terrible service. These employees should be fired immediately. The cookies are good but the servers are horrible when it comes to customer service they are the worst I've ever seen. P.S One of the employees requested to comment on my review calling me funny and saying that: "maybe if people paid attention to the times they were supposed to be here and take responsibility for their mistakes this wouldn't happen" I was literally 2 minutes early to pick up my order and I was happy to wait, of course. That's exactly the attitude they had when I came in. I said "hi, how are you? pick up for Josh" They then treated me like I was stupid for being two minutes early. And they were rude to a lady that came in while I was waiting, and that's when I had enough and had to write this review. read more

Well well well! I've finally decided to give these treats a try!! I have to put a warning that these were bought for me so therefore it might have tasted better being that it was free hahah! But man these were pretty good cookies!! I tried the white chocolate almond I think and a normal chocolate chip! The white chocolate was very good! Good flavor! Chewy! Delicious. The chocolate chip wasn't as good but still pretty decent. I will definitely be back to try them again! Now being that I didn't go get these cookies I didn't experience any customer service good or bad so I can't comment on others customer service experiences read more

My wife and I were taking a walk one night and she sees Tifs Treats and mentioned that she would like to try one one their cookies. I walk and there is nobody there, after a few minutes a not very happy employee comes out from the back room. I ask for a cookie and she says it'll be one dollar, okay, I'll take two. I pull out two dollars and she said they don't take cash, only credit/debit?!? Okay, whatever I pay with CC and and am on my way. My wife asks how much the cookies were and I said $2, she asked to see the receipt but I did not get one, she says to check online statement tomorrow. What The Heck?!?!? This girl/lady decided to give herself a 50% tip without letting me know Buyer beware and check your receipt, better yet take your business elsewhere, cookies taste like Kroger Or HEB read more

I saw a number of reviews that discussed the service so wanted to come give some feedback on the amazing service I had last night. Went in 15-20 mins before close and asked if that was all of the stuffed cookies left since it was why I came by (to try them). I asked only to purchase whatever was left if that was what was still in the case (I mean they were closing in 15 mins so if there were none left, who am I to be upset?!). Anyway, the very nice lady working apologized and said yes, that's all we have, but I can make you some fresh ones if you'd like. It will take 20-25 minutes though, so not sure if you want to wait that long. I can't believe that with less time to closing than it would take to make those cookies she offered!!! That's great service!! Much appreciated even though would have never wanted her to have to do that :) read more

Yummy cookies and brownies, served warm! I tried the classic chocolate chip cookie and brownie - both were delicious! Oh my oh my COOKIES . I am a true Cookie Monster. These cookies are delicious. They make them fresh or you can get the ones from the shelf and they will heat them for you. I got a dozen to go because we had just ate lunch. I ate the oatmeal raisin one at room temperature and it was so good. I later at the peanut butter and chocolate chip with pecan warm. Put it in the microwave for a few seconds and boom you got a taste cookie. The only con is that the chocolate chip pecan cookie didn't have enough pecans. My sister got three and was finished with all of them when we got to our destination which was 9 minutes away. read more

Hands down, best cookies I've had. We got an assortment to try and each one was absolutely delicious. Our favorite was the white chocolate almond, which was made to perfection! They also have oatmeal cookies with chocolate chip instead of raisins! The lovely person who rang us up asked if we wanted them warmed, then packaged the cookies and added a blue ribbon which was a nice touch. They deliver and don't accept cash btw. Def a must try in the heights! read more

Love me some Tiff's treats! I've been to several locations and this one is just as good. I mentioned I had issues using my coupon code online but the ladies in store discounted my order in store for me. Totally didn't expect that! Made my day! read more

I will give a 1 star because it was clean. That's about it. I went in to order the Conner man package. I walk in and informed that you must order on line to get the package. Okay, I go to proceed. The girl is like it'll take a while. What's the point in in a brick and mortar store to order if you can get the special? The worker was so rude and not caring. I turned around and wAlked out. Not impressed at all. I can go home and make my own cookies just as good. Just sad I couldn't help donate to Conner! Like many other post the service in the store are awful. You definitely need to retrain your workers to be more friendlier and serve customers with enthusiasm. I can make my own cookies. Not impressed. Customer service is everything! read more

Excellent customer service and amazing cookies!! Everytime I walk in, I am greeted by the entire staff. I feel welcome and treated nicely. Warm cookies everytime and cute add ons for boxes to be decorated! Only wish there were more places to park on a busy day. The parking lot is super small. But other than that, totally worth it! read more

I called to ask how long would the cookies last and how could i go by making them last longer. And a man answered the phone 12:45 6/22 and with a horrible attitude proceeded to say "well OBVIOUSLY it depends if how u store them" and OBVIOUSLY they would last longer in fridge or in air tight container and made me feel bad that i did not know that.... That is heartbreaking for me because i have NEVER met a rude employee at any tiff treat location. He needs a serious attitude check or a break or something because this not how you treat a customer who spends their money at their store. I too work in the heights area and i will be relaying my experience calling tiff treats with my customers read more

We walked to a locked front door (street side). Don't panic. The back entrance faces the parking lot. This is a take out / delivery place that's clean and friendly. It was hard to decide! We chose ready made cookies - peanut butter, chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin. They heated them for us. My fave was oatmeal raisin. All were good. No waxy or oily taste. Peanut butter tasted like peanuts. Chocolate chips were rich and chocolatey. Milk was fresh and cold. Who doesn't love warm cookies and cold milk?! Note to self, bring a friend to split a brownie. They look great, but brownie servings are really big! read more

Love the cookies but the service is something to be desired. Asked if they still had chocolate chip pecan cookies because usually when I go by they run out. Cashier looked at me and just pointed and said last shelf. I said okay cool let me have a couple and then a couple for an ice cream sandwich. No smiles no pleasantries just grabbed them and walked away. read more

My son was sent a gift of ice cream. Very sweet gift sent by a friend. Unfortunately, the delivery driver drove 30 minutes from the Tiff's Treats location to our home while the outside temp was over 100. He then kindly placed the gift bag on our front porch at 6:30 PM without knocking or ringing our doorbell. We went outside 2 hours later to find a nice melted pint of ice cream. I contacted Tiff's via phone but unfortunately they have a call center in Austin. There is no way to reach the location in the Houston Heights to let them know what occurred other than driving there. The call center basically said oh we need to find a way to keep the ice cream cold. There was no offer to resend the gift and I had to ask them to kindly refund the money to the friend who sent the gift. Poor execution and poor customer service. read more

I normally wouldn't spend $16 on a dozen cookies, but tonight after dinner with my family at the nearby Dish Society, why not right? Let's wrap up the night with some sweets. Well it doesn't help when you walk in, staff in the store and in the back do not even acknowledge you are there, even though they see you walk in. Well after we waited, the indulgent feeling left and we decided to leave. Well you would think someone would come out and apologize or acknowledge we were leaving.... Well....she blurted something out (without moving from the backroom, mind you) and when we said we were leaving without having anyone see us, she never came out to acknowledge. So we left. I guess you guys don't need this customer's $16... no worries or a big deal, another sweets store down the street took it with a smile... read more

Stood at the front for a long time and was seen but no one helped me, I eventually left. The website is horrible to navigate. Ordering online only makes you want to not order at all.
