I called and got an appointment same day which was awesome, and got a little lost trying to find the location but called and they helped me find it. this was all the good. I got my nails done in under an hour, a gel manicure, and because it's a new place I figured I'd just do a simple black. It looks like a kid painted my nails, one nail is half missing the top coat, and I was charged $35 for it. Asked price on numerous occasions throughout service for my questions to be dismissed- total ended up at $80 for a full set of acrylics with small gems on two fingers not including tip. Nails ended up uneven and wonky in shape which is whatever but not for $80. Also only two coats of gel so nails become translucent in light, looks cheap. In the first week three nails have completely come off which is something I have never experienced in my years of having acrylics from various places. I used to love this place! I was always recommending them to others. I went in for a new set a few months ago and as she was removing my set she made me bleed and I also had a piece of the nail come off and hit me in the neck causing a nice welt, it stung very bad and all she did was laugh. Today I went in for a fill, however they removed my last set two weeks ago (July 28th) and put on a new set, by the time I went into today I was missing 5 of them and she was questing me on when I got them done and kept asking are you sure it was a full set? I said yes you just did them two weeks ago, even the other employee said yes and look at the growth you can tell. Also she could see that the remaining 5 were still tips and not my original nails. So today she said I wont charge you for the the removal of the 5 but it will be 60 for a full set, I just paid that two weeks ago plus for a design. I was very upset and questioned that she was really going to make me pay for a full set? I am so disappointed and will never go back here again! They also push pedicures on you even though you say no the first time. They are always talking in their language and laughing a tad to much, not very much interaction with you unless they are begging you to get a pedicure or to relax your finger. Went to Tiffany's for the first time and it was alright, kind of disappointing. While the staff was really nice the quality is just not there and it took far too long. I got gel for my acrylic set and my toes (deluxe pedi) which ended up being $100 which was a bit ridiculous as the nails were not shaped well and are genuinely just not done well (as seen in pics). It took more than 2 hours to finish just nails and toes which was far too long for just a solid color. The women were all nice but definitely finding somewhere else for the future. read more

I needed to have my nails done before leaving town so stopped in at Tiffany's. The girl doing my pedicure switched out the light unit AT LEAST four times. I could see the gel wasn't setting and kept trying to tell her they were still wet. The only response I got back was, "You like? You like?" No, I don't like! She put another coat of polish on and then put the lights on again. This morning I got ready for work and wore my heels all day. Made an appointment on the phone. When we arrived the manager had no idea we had an appointment but she got us in on time anyway. I asked for the basic pedi for both of us. They tried to upsell me three times which is annoying because I was paying for a friend who has dementia and it's already a big expense for me. No means no. Then, one of the manicurists and the manager began arguing. It was loud, and uncomfortable for all of us. First it was loud arguing in Vietnamese. Then the manicurist started telling everyone in English her side of the story. Something about how she came in for one day to help and the manager (Maria) was nagging her. Im not sure who was right or wrong; all I know is I wanted a relaxing time with my friend and we both couldn't wait to escape the tense situation. It was entirely unprofessional. Disagreements should not be evident to the clients. Update: the next day I went back to the nail place because the paint was already chipping off of my fingernails. I'm guessing she didn't do a very good job because I didn't go for the upsell. When I went in the manager was excited to see me. She thought I was there to advocate on her behalf for the argument that had occurred the day before. She asked me to talk to her supervisor which I did. And then I asked her to fix my nails. While doing so I noticed that she was watching her cell phone with her earbuds in. After a few minutes of this, her very distracted, she proceeded to tell me that she was attending a Catholic mass online. She then asked if I was Catholic. When I said no, she said I should be and I should come to her church. This is when things began to get uncomfortable. She proceeded to tell me that she had fallen ill and the doctors could not figure out what was wrong with her. She had been vomiting blood! She then pulled up a video depicting her vomiting blood into a basin!! Gross! She told me that God had healed her and that's why she became Catholic. Since I just wanted to get my nails fixed so I can get the heck out of there, I responded with brief responses like "oh!" and "oh my." I told her no color just clear coat, thinking that would be quickest. She then went on to tell me that she had also convinced her mother to become Catholic. Why? Because her mother was also ill and the doctors couldn't figure out why. She told me that her mother was "bleeding from her asshole." She repeated this phrase a number of times, I think in reference to hemorrhoids. She then asked if I was Christian. Come on woman, my religion is none of your business! Certainly wasn't a relaxing experience on either trip to this place. Be forewarned. read more

Whether they're recreating a picture I found or something straight outta my imagination they never fail to amaze me. The prices here are super cheap for the quality of service, and all the staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. I've been coming here for the last 13 years. It's not always the most consistent. I've had amazing manicures and I've had some bad ones but it's pretty affordable and my manicures usually come out pretty decent. Don't expect super high quality high end salon nails. You won't get that here. They usually do a pretty good gel manicure and I've never had anyone cut me here. All in all it's a pretty solid place. read more

I would never, ever recommend coming here. I came here with a simple design, matte green with black leafs on one nail. The nail tech, without even hesitating, said she could not do it, that I needed to do something easier. I was pretty disappointed, because the original design didn't seem to complicated. So I asked her if she could just do all matte green nails instead. She said she couldn't do matte nails at all. And didn't have any deep green choices. The next hour was very traumatizing. They did not carry any colors that I would be interested in. And for some reason she kept handing me a box of nails and asking me to pick from that specific box, I ended up trying out 3 different colors from that box and they were all terrible, super transparent and all very basic neon colors. I kept apologizing and asking if we could try something else. She kept loosing her patience at me because I couldn't decide. ( Mind you all she was doing was painting one layer on one nail and asking me if I liked it ) Since they were all translucent and one layer it looked terrible...I could hear her bad mouthing me in a different language, normally I wouldn't suspect that she was talking bad about me.. but you could just feel it.. That her and another lady kept saying terrible things. They sounded angry, frustrated and annoyed. Even when she was speaking english she was so rude and disregarding my questions as to why couldn't I choose from another set. And hour later I was exhausted and I just wanted to go home. I asked her if I could just pay for the trim with no nail polish or anything and she just kept being persistent that I choose from that specific box of neon options. I gave in and choose a red color and I'll let pictures show how sloppy and chipped my nails ended up being. When I left I was on the verge of tears with how pressured I felt to choose something that I absolutely hated. I would not have minded leaving with just trimmed nails.. I paid and never stepped foot there. And I urge you not to do the same. I added the picture of the design I really wanted, that was too complicated for her. I am so sad I want to cry. I went in with decent length toenails that were SQUARE shaped. They cut into the corners. She was determined to take out ingrown toenails that didn't exist, which also made me BLEED. My nails just have more curve in but they're not painful or ingrown. She made my nails SHORT AND ROUND. I wear opened toes shoes a lot so getting a pedicure is very important. But now this is just ugly, humiliating, and terrible. I literally am so upset that this costs $45!!!! I wish I could go back in time and never walk into this establishment. Save yourself the hassle and ruined nails. I used to love this nail salon. I went here a couple of weeks ago and the experience was not good. I had an appointment and I was seated quickly. The problem was that my manicure and pedicure were rushed and the end product was terrible. In all of my years of getting a manicure, I have never had some not even shape all my nails the same shape. Some ended being round and some ended up being square. My gel manicure polish started chipping after four days. They only spent 3 minutes polishing my toes. Total waste of money and time.
