After 9 at tjeir warehouse they claimed that item was missing. After they have had it for over 9 weeks. I filled a claim with my bank but Tiffany lie about the process, so my claim was denied. Unacceptable customer service...tried to enter the store was told by the woman managing the front entrance that they were at capacity and made us wait outside. My girlfriend and I are Asian for context. While waiting outside of the front, she allowed "white" customers to enter the store freely, they were not escorted outside, not told to wait, she just let them in and directed them immediately to where they wanted to be. After watching more customers exit then enter, and how she kept brushing us aside to let in other customers, I decided to leave because that was unacceptable treatment, especially when I've been a long time customer at Tiffany's in San Diego. I just came to get a present for my daughter's friend and SA couldn't give me the gift certificate because they had already changed my credit card and transition was completed. Any other retail store would have accomodated the customer need. Besides they didn't ask if the necklace was for a gift. Definitely need more staff training and education. Very poor service! Upon entering the store at this location, I was greeted immediately (one star for this). I was trying to look for a specific necklace on the right wing of Tiffany (the entrance side) and the lady who worked there informed me where I could find the necklace I was looking for (2nd star for this). My friend and I went into Tiffanys on Sunday 10/6/19 to have a charm put on her bracelet. After the charm was put on the bracelet we asked about having the bracelet cleaned and that started a whole conversation with a very rude and unprofessional customer service rep. The conversation went like this. Clerk (R. Negret): Oh we don't clean jewelry in the store anymore, it has to be sent out and it usually takes 2-3 days. Me: Can't you just clean it with a cloth? Clerk: We don't have any cloths anymore. Me: So you're trying to tell me that in this entire store that sells jewelry for thousands of dollars there is not one cloth in here? Clerk: Perplexed look on her and didn't know what to say. Me: So if I got up right now and purchased a piece of jewelry you would not be able to clean it like all new jewelry is cleaned when first purchased. Clerk: No we would have to send it out. Me: That's B.S., please find a cloth and clean my friend's bracelet. Clerk: She miraculously pulled an aqua cloth out of her drawer and proceeded to say it's not going to clean the bracelet. Me: Just polish it with the cloth please. Clerk: She started polishing the bracelet and it started to shine and the dullness disappeared. Me: I can definitely see a difference, it is much shinier then we came in. Clerk: Well I don't see a difference. Me: It does not matter whether you see a difference, what matters is that the customer sees the difference and is satisfied. This entire conversation is reminiscent of the poor customer service that is so prevalent today. This woman spent more time telling us (customers) what she couldn't do instead of saying, let me see what I can do to help you. I take it back. Tiffany & Co. is not only great for men's rings. The beautiful Jennifer C. P. is correct - I deserve nothing but the best (HW and Cartier are, of course, on par) on my hand, and that is a Tiffany diamond! Sure, they may be overpriced and I may be paying for the name, but I am paying for quality and peace of mind I can't get anywhere else. Their jewelry and diamonds are top-notch, not to mention more reasonably priced than other high fashion jewelry houses like the ones I mentioned previously. I love T&Co! And Luis! He helped BH and I open a TTA account and he was so sweet enough to call me today to warn me about the price increase January 15th. I wish we could have bought the Sola ring from him, but Lisa from Topanga out-did him through and through. However, I would come back to this location just for Luis! This review is for this location, and an experience with a sales associate only. While we were ring shopping we stopped here to try on rings. We really liked one of the engagement rings, but we were still deciding between one at Tiffany's and another jeweler. I had a Chinese sales associate try to constantly talk to me in Chinese after I kept telling her I didn't understand it. She pried about my profession, and after I told her she was a lot nicer and more helpful. We were still undecided, so I asked my fiancee to go back and try it on and see it in person. She told me that the same sales associate saw her. She wanted to take pictures to compare and the sales associate asked her if she was just taking pictures to have a copy made. Needless to say my fiancee was really embarrassed, and did not want to come back. No one should be treated that way. It set back our search for a ring, and definitely changed our perspective of the company. I love their modern jewelry. Their Atlas and T collection are unisex and different. I love simplicity and modernity of their pieces (I'm not a skull and bones and gigantic chains kinda guy). Men's jewelry can be tacky and gaudy but Tiffany is easy to wear, even for a guy. I can't write this review without mentioning Melissa. Out of all the sales associates from all the different stores I've established relationships with,hers is one that i truly enjoy. She is so cool and fun to talk to. She's 18 not a baby wearing Tiffany. The bracelet is NEW. Brand new. The heart pendent fell off. It's not even BROKEN. The heart just simply needs to be placed back onto the hoop. They said "70 dollars and 3-4 weeks". SEVENTY DOLLARS? For what? Give me a break. I'm going to bug micro pliers on Amazon for 20 and fix it myself. They wanted to SOLDER the heart back on. WHY? It's not even sold that way to begin with. Silly me for thinking it could simply be repaired in store in a couple of minutes for zero dollars. 70 dollars. Please. Absolutely not. I was under the impression that when you buy "high end" jewelry it comes with 1) some kind of LIMITED warranty, even. We bought this bracelet beginning of June. 2) it wouldn't cost a single thing to repair because we already paid this place 400 dollars for the dang thing to begin with. I went into Tiffany's today 9/8/2019 with my best friend, and sister and customer service was horrible. My sister and I are African Americans, and my best friend is white we were never greeted. We stood around most of the time we were there, with no assistance. My best friend loves Tiffany's and wanted my sister and I to experience it. I wanted to buy something for my sister's birthday, as well as something for myself. It's a sad reality we as Black people face quite often. I was recently reminded of the customer service here, and I've been meaning to post a review for this location. The product already speaks for itself, so this review is mainly about service. When I think of good customer service and a superior product, this location and store comes to mind almost immediately. They train their staff well here and the sales associates are incredibly helpful and friendly...it's a soft sell and it's refreshing to see...they are there to help you make a selection. This is one of the top experiences I've had as a consumer and most importantly, the service is consistent. I can come in here in board shorts looking like I just came from the beach and get the same quality service as when I am in a suit and tie. Here's are some cool tips 1) if you buy diamonds or gold products, it's free lifetime cleaning 2) they can re-size anything they ship to New York and bands/diamond settings are near flawless when they come back. They are always smiling even when you're there to clean your jewelry, I come here for the sole purpose of getting items cleaned and the treatment is always good. Even if you're not buying - you're a customer of theirs and they treat you like one - that to me is special. I posted this picture on Instgram a few weeks ago with this caption.... "Sunday Breakfast at Tiffany's. The commitment to service and client satisfaction is what creates value to the consumer. The prestige of the brand fades to the repeat customer, but the return is for true quality in product delivered with first class service. I went today (12/27/19) with my fiancé to look -and maybe buy- a bracelet. We found the bracelet I like in the glass case and an blond employee came by helping a group who looked like they were going to purchase. We waited there, standing next to the group for 5-8 min. The employee didn't even make eye contact or told us the classic "I will be with you guys in a min". I told my fiancé to walk around with me, and after walking around for 5 min he asked a lady with a Tiffany color scarf in her neck and she told us about A LINE WE HAD TO DO TO TALK TO A SALESPERSON. Meanwhile there were a bunch of securities and other employees with who knows what position walking around and people watching. I will NEVER come back to this store. read more

I purchased a bracelet for my wife through the website hoping the size would be correct. Unfortunately the size needed to be a bit larger. I was unaware that I had 30 days to request extra links to be added at no cost. I was past the 30 days when I had the time to go in store to get the correct sizing .. I was well prepared to pay the fees. But my Tiffany's Rep. Gerard Valdez was kind enough to waive the fee since I was unaware of the time frame. He was very helpful, kind and very informative.
