We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

I asked to stop the alterations because I could not afford to move forward. Susan said no problem and that the hem was done. When I picked up my dress, the hem was not finished, only the inner layers of the dress had been hemmed and they'd been hemmed WRONG! They were ascending rather than descending. This incorrect hem cost me $750 (1/2 of the total which is very high pricing!) but because I did not have an itemized receipt (though I asked for one) that price shocked me. The top layer was the shortest and they got longer from there so they were ascending rather than descending which is not how I brought the dress in or how wedding dresses are supposed to be hemmed. I called Susan, assuming it had to be a mistake, but she refused to fix her mistake. I found a seamstress to complete all alterations for 1/8 of the price. Susan had google remove my review threatening to sue me for defamation and extortion but I don't want her money, nor did I ever threaten her or lie. I just don't want others to have the experience I had. Google is biased and sides with business often. Customer service is all I ever asked for and wanted, a simple apology, any kind of offer to adjust the incorrect hem would have been more than enough.

We do know of a place that is cheaper and plan on coming back to possibly haggle. They seem professional and reasonable. They also offer many options and have been there for many years! Sizing was difficult if your dress size is bigger than a size 8, colors are limited as most places will only have few color choices and fabrics. So my daughter would end up trying the dress she that was most close to her ideal dress. Pricing was another issue, by far Estelles was the most expensive to find a custom fitted dress. With all of that we were lucky to find this dress shop that has dresses, tuxedos and limousine rentals. We could have have saved a few more dollars if we had ordered directly from the dress makers but to avoid headaches we had my daughter measured with a dress that was form fitting to what she was looking for. We saw color samples of the different choice materials and of course she wanted lots of bling for the occasion. The dress was ordered in Late July and we just received the call a week ago that it finally has arrived. Today we went for a fitting and to make sure that the fabric and bling are exactly what we had envision. I am happy to report that we are all very happy so far with what we have experienced. Be aware if you decided to pay cash, you can save on the tax. The price of the dress does not include the pressing or the petty coat ring skirt.
