I returned last week (I planned ahead and gave him more time haha) to have a pair of heals stretched. I said to him, "I don't know if you remember me, but you fixed a pair of boots for me a couple years ago before a trip. I ended up getting engaged on that trip, so here are my wedding shoes!" Haha He did a perfect job and was so kind and gracious. I forgot that he is cash only, but he let me take my shoes and run up the street to a Chase ATM to get cash! Romy managed to fix both pairs so they look and function like new. I'm thrilled to have my two favorite boots back. I stopped in to get three things done, polish up my work boots, get a copy of a key and switch out a battery in an old watch. He switched out the battery and cut the key in a few minutes while I waited and my boots were ready the next day. Nice shop and I will back when I need one of their services again.
