Seeking a second opinion we contacted Affordable HVAC Services and Emmett diagnosed a faulty humidifier filter. He fixed it on the spot and only charged us for the call out. His card went on the fridge! Two years passed and then we needed a complete HVAC replacement in a new house. There was no question whom we should call and their quoted price was exceptional. The work was carried out promptly and we had a brand-new HVAC system and a new closet where the old furnace used to live (wife was overjoyed!) Fast forward to last week and a small leak developed where the old furnace flue used to be. Within 24 hours, Affordable HVAC had contacted a local roofing contractor who fixed the problem this morning in time for the rain storm scheduled this afternoon. Expecting either a long wait for service or the bad news of having to replace our air conditioner, we were delighted to have Brandon stop over within 30 minutes of our call, diagnose and replace a failed capacitor, and head on his way within 15 minutes. There was no sticker shock-- his price and honesty will have us returning to him for regular service and telling our friends about him. In fact, he will be heading over later to give a "second opinion" to a friend who has just bought her first home and who has been told she needs a new air conditioner for $8,000.
