It was over 90 degrees in my house at the time and they had already been working in far more heat than that. Finally dug up Bay Heating's info again and called 6pm on a Friday night. Within minutes, he told me it was at the warehouse, that he would email me the quote, and could put me on the Sat. delivery/install/haul away schedule. He phoned to ensure everything was clear, and I gave him my card no. The quote was more than reasonable (I had searched other sites!) By Sat at 11, the microwave had arrived, was installed, and the job finished! The installers were efficient and delightful to deal with! In my long life I have NEVER had such a seamless purchasing experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
