Been almost 5 years since my only review. I've been many times over the last 5 years, and this place continues to deliver with excellent work. I mostly bring in button-down collared shirts that I have laundered. The price list I is now outdated, shirts laundered on hangers is now 3.99. They do a great job on shirts as well as when I occasionally bring in dry cleaning... and super fast... can be same day if you bring in your clothes very early. I found other cleaners took a long time, especially for laundered shirts. I love everything about this place! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

Tide Cleaners Boca Raton on Federal Highway destroyed a Brand new $500 pair of Ralph Lauren khaki, Purple Brand, pants. They  returned them with stains, splotches throughout the garment and somehow, missing labels. Looks like someone went out of their way to destroy them. No one would from management would speak to me, Yancey Cabassa, the Regional Manager at Tide Cleaners East Coast hid behind a computer screen, would NOT call or respond to my email request. I brought in some items to get washed and folded, and I had a coupon for 25% off. I offered the coupon to them when I brought the merchandise in and she clearly put the coupon into my record and showed it to me on the receipt when I return to pick up my merchandise, I was told that the coupon was not valid and I would have to pay the full price. I pointed out to them that my receipt clearly said that I was entitled to the coupon for 25% off. They became very nasty and refused to honor it and did give me 10% off ! The manager was not available in the store and I was not able to find out when she would be available. I've been a customer there for 2 1/2 years and I feel that they should've been some type of accommodation since they clearly accepted the coupon when I brought the merchandise in to be cleaned read more

This dry cleaners almost ruined our wedding day and they do not follow their own policy. My husband brought his wedding tux shirt from Nordstrom to Tide to be steamed, no cleaned. When we picked up the shirt, there was a stain on the shirt. The tux shirt didn't leave Nordstrom with a stain so it could have only happened at Tide. After arguing with their manager, they decided to clean it anyways against our wishes. When we picked up the shirt TWO DAYS before the wedding, the manager threw the shirt at my husband and walked away to call the police saying she felt threatened and did not feel safe with him in the building. Okay... Fast forward to our wedding day and Tide had taken all of the buttons off the shirt. The tux shirt my husband was suppose to wear on our wedding day was unwearable and there was a chance he needed to walk down the aisle with no shirt. Thankfully our hotel saved the day. After our honeymoon, I returned to Tide with the shirt to explain what had happened and requested our money back to purchase a new tuxedo shirt as they was unwearable. They explained the shirt never had buttons and they were able to pick that up with the cameras. Really? That some high tech cameras to zoom in on buttons.. The manager gave me her number and said she would look for them. She then text me admitting she found 3/4 of them and asked me if this would work. No Yancey, the shirt is still not wearable with 3/4 buttons. I then request what next steps look like as per their police online states they were do anything to make it right and shockingly she claims the buttons are no longer from his shirt. She never replied to me and we still never received anything back to replace the shirt. The management and owner are still claiming the shirt never had buttons on it. So I ask, why would I ever waste my time going back into the store and following up with management if I was making this up? Don't use Tide. They are unprofessional, they don't take responsibility for damaging your clothes, and you pay a premium to deal with both. LOL read more

Brought in a 3 pc suit for cleaning. Price posted for a suit is $19.98. Picked up my suit and was charged $28.53. Manager said it was now 2 items. Never mentioned that at drop off. Dishonest practice. Never again. Extra $9 for a vest that is part of the suit? read more

I decided to try this place out, and it was the worst experience! They not only shrank a brand new designer blouse but everything came back wrinkled, and one sweater even had a hole in it! When frequenting SBUX which is adjacent to this location I saw Tide Dry Cleaners but didn't venture in. Not until I read Britt Z's review. On a recent visit to SBUX I had a bag of dry cleaning in the ar and decided to give them a try. Their staff are friendly and responsive, and one gave me a comprehensive run down of their services and procedures. They offer same day dry cleaning if items in by 9am which would be awesome if I lived or worked near there. And I don't. My clothes were ready the following day after 5 pm and I received an email advising me of their availability. I left my credit card on file so I could take advantage of their self service kiosk to retrieve my clean clothes 24/7. I was like a kid watching the clothes rotate around and around and around until mine appeared in the window which slid open to allow me to retrieve them. The concept is novel, the service good and the dry cleaning of my shorts and pants were done to my satisfaction. I'll continue to use them when in the area. Hope they open a location in East Boca. I'm sure they will be a welcome addition to what we have available. read more

The convenience of this dry cleaner is what kept me coming back, however I just couldn't do it anymore. I now go elsewhere because I just couldn't take the smell of the dry cleaned clothes anymore. It smelled like they stuffed my clothes in a bag with week old dirty clothes, ironed/steamed it and gave it back to me. So gross!! I would have to spray my clothes with perfume just to get some of that smell out. Terrible! read more

My friend was running late & asked me to pick up his dry cleaning. I was a minute away so I said of course. That's what friends do, right? Tide is a unique place & I love the concept. You pull into a spot, stay in your car & someone walks over to assist you. I had the pleasure of meeting Peter & he provided me with excellent customer service. I tell Peter I am picking up clothes for my friend. Before he asked me for my friends name~he offers me a bottle of water. Then Peter asked me if I like chocolate. I said yes & he asked me if I preferred milk or dark chocolate. Am I at a dry cleaning store or a cafe?!? He tells me to give him a minute & he will be right back. He returned with several pieces of Hershey chocolate nuggets & Hershey kisses. I love this man! I gave him my friends name & he walked inside the store, picked up the clothes & not only did he bring them to my car, he hung them up for me. I didn't leave my car once! Prices are fair & considering the price includes water & snacks, and most importantly you don't have to get out of your car~ why go anywhere else? The best thing is they have same day service if you drop off by 9am & they also have a 24 hour drop off box! They email you coupons if you provide your email address. They do an excellent job on cleaning, they provide terrific service, you remain in your car and they gift you with bottled water & chocolate. You know me & the chocolate always wins. We have been using Tide Cleaners in Naples since living here in Florida so when we relocated, naturally, we searched for Tide Cleaners. They were awesome in terms of the cleaning and having our garments ready the following day. Tide has also accommodated us when our clothes needed to be cleaned and ready that same day due to travel. The staff is also friendly and courteous. We found the prices reasonable for the quality of service received. We will definitely use Tide Cleaners again in the near future for laundry or dry cleaning. read more

Could not be worse. Half of my order was delivered with no explanation. Called the next day and was told a boiler broke, and the remainder would be delivered 2 days later. No delivery...3 days later I called and was told their was no driver to deliver my stuff until Monday. Told them it was not acceptable, so she said "I'll deliver it myself on Sunday." Guess what--they didn't. Monday they dropped off the dry cleaning and I gave them one more chance. They picked up. No indication of my stuff in their app. The text message said "reply no if you don't need a pick up." I didn't reply. AND THEN...NO DELIVERY OF MY CLOTHES AND NO PICKUP. Consistently horrible in all phases of dry cleaning. There store front is impressive and 24 hr. turnaround service takes away from the quality of garment delivery. (1) can not follow customer requests of delivery preferences. (2) garment are never pressed properly. Wrinkled collars, wrinkle bodies are the norm. (3) finished garments are placed on a wire hanger with no foam or stuffing. (4)never a Mgr on premises to over see production. (4) staff is always turning over and not trained properly. Tide cleaners are very convenient especially if you use there drive up service but that's the only positive I can say. I have given them for the past 2 yrs in both Boca locations and no improvements have taken place no matter how many times you complain. I love this place. I've been treating myself to Tide's wash and fold service while on vacation and it's been absolutely great. The clothes look like they were folded by an OCD Marine and everything smells like a million bucks. It's $3 a lb. and they guarantee same day service if you have it in by 9am. They even go out of their way to have it ready same day if its dropped off after 9. That was really appreciated. If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me I would. Do not use this place as they will ruin your belongings and accept no responsibility whatsoever. Never had any issues with them until now but their poor response to what happened to 3 Ralph Lauren shirts is beyond abismal. Instead of replacing them which is the appropriate thing, they offer store credit but how can I trust them after what happened. The store manager Gabriella was terrible about communicating with their managers. I asked her to patch them (holes in the sleeves of 2 shirts and the front left in the 3rd one) and they asked me to wait two weeks since they were replacing their alterations employee. I ok'd it but when I picked them up I realized the person they hired butchered them and I without any seaming experience could have done a way better job. I then received an email from Gabriella reiterating their store credit offer which I them again refused and contacted corporate. I spoke with Robert who was nice but then became increasingly confrontational and very rude when I said I told people in the parking lot to check their belongings when at home. On Monday Robert then contacts me saying hey you know I cant give you anything but store credit because it has been 3 months ( i was in Europe and only realized it when i came back) and the shirts are cheap at TJ Maxx (they were paid full price at Macy's) I then again refused and hung up the call after saying I was going to destroy them with reviews because their whole response to an issue they caused has been honestly pathetic. Only twice in about 3 to 4 weeks since I dropped them have I been contacted by them. Most of the attempts to solve this issue have been by me. I will recommend everyone I know to stop using their services immediately. It's not worth it to give them business if when you bring issue to them they make you feel like that and treat you with such disrespect. These shirts are not wearable anymore and they were brought to the store in perfect condition. I have seen other reviews of people with issues and the way they respond to legitimate issues is beyond absurd and borderline bullying this place does not deserve your business but if you feel like bringing your stuff to them, do not say I didn't warn you. Tide dry cleaners in Boca Raton has been doing an incredible job of keeping my clothes pristine. I recently had an experience where a vintage Chanel silk scarf I brought for cleaning had a small residue mark left on it. The mark was from the heat seal sticker used on garments to computerize and identify the customers at Tide cleaners. The scarf was quite old and had no care or fabric label on it to put the seal on, so the seal was applied to the silk itself. This story has an amazing ending, so hang in there! After noticing the mark and bringing it to the manager, Randi's attention, she made a valiant attempt to restore the scarf and remove the mark. The result was not good enough for her, so she went further, to her manager, to resolve the issue. Within days (and she was in contact with me the entire time via text), she told me that the company would replace the scarf with a scarf of equal value. This was no small expense for Tide. I chose a scarf that was just beautiful to me by Hermes, and Randi purchased it that day on behalf of the company. I was stunned. This is a company who does the right thing and values their customers. Things can and do happen in service businesses, but their effort to make it right was above and beyond anything I expected. I received a postcard flyer in the mail on March 6th to try Tide Cleaners along with 2 coupons. I dropped my clothes off and an hour later I get a call from the manager that the coupon is expired and no good. I ask how that is since I received it yesterday. Then she back peddles and states that the coupon is only good for the Parkland location. Funny response as I am approximately 1 mile form the Boca Raton Tide location in the Boca Raton city limits. I was initially hesitant to use a franchised dry cleaner but I am so happy that I found the Boca Raton Tide location. Not only do my clothes look great, they are honest and caring people. I dropped clothes off early this morning and shortly thereafter I got a phone call asking me if I knew about a tear they found on a belt loop in a pair of my pants. (I did but didn't think to mention it.) BUT this is the clincher! This evening when I picked up my clothing Larissa told me they found something in one of my pockets. She went in back and came out with a small plastic bag with $3 inside! Honest, nice people, and clean, well-pressed clothes? I'm sold! When I pull up they always have my info ready to go along with a water bottle and a chocolate. Just had a horrid experience at Tide Cleaners on Military Trail in Boca Raton. I pulled in to the Valet Service area and had a receipt for pick up. I sat in my car for at least 5 minutes...no one acknowledged my presence. I finally beeped the car horn just once to let them know that I was waiting. Finally an attendant comes out and says very nastily "Don't Honk the Horn" Her name was Lilly, and she should be fired. I said, "don't you talk to me that way, I can take my business elsewhere". Needless to say, I will not be going back there anytime soon. What person talks to a customer like that? The service at this dry cleaners is excellent! They even give you your own personalized laundry bag! Unfortunately, I can't afford to go here to do my dry cleaning unless I have a coupon. For example, to do a wool dress, it was $15. They have drive up parking where employees come right up to your car. This is very convenient. They even give you water. I was using the local dry cleaner... they recently sold, it was a masochistic relationship under previous management but with all new it became untenable. I drove by and saw this TIDE location at Military & Clintmoore in Boca- great service- I never even have to get out of my car- there's an overhang to to keep rain off if I do! I thought this place was too good to be true and unfortunately it turns out that it is. Tide promises that clothes will be done "same day by 5 PM if dropped off by 9 AM." The first time I dropped my clothes off before 9AM, they were not ready at 5 PM and I had to come back an hour later. I gave them a Mulligan because the store just opened and maybe they need to get adjusted to the level of customer traffic. However, the exact same thing happened the next time I drop my clothes off, and although the attendant recognized I was the same person this had happened to before, no compensation was offered. I foolishly decided to drop my clothes off a third time - this time I used the laundry chute at 8:15 AM. I went to pick up at 6:15 PM and was informed the clothes would not be ready until the next day - which leaves me in a real bind at work tomorrow. The attendant said that they "could not keep their promises because they did not anticipate traffic with the snowbirds coming down." At first he offered me 20% off but after some haggling on my part he offered to comp the order. A business that cannot keep its promises cannot keep its customers...at least me. Good first experience. 3 people were waiting by drop off doors to bring in the laundry. Easy parking and simple to drop off you don't need to leave the car. Dropped off 90 lbs of wash and fold and it was done on the same day. Follow up email and call was appreciated. Today I'm going back to drop off dry cleaning and alterations. I like that it's Green. I need to research the true meaning vs organic cleaners. read more
