the customer service here is distasteful, the person who answered the phone when I called to inquire about their pricing, asked me if I was a dry cleaner and hung up in my face. very rude and unprofessional. this is the exact reason everyone of their customers are switching to Tide dry cleaners. 0/10, I do not recommend. read more

I'm a little confused by the bad reviews, I used this cleaner once recently for a dress and a scarf and not only was the service great and friendly but very fast! In two days I had my clothes back, in perfect condition and reasonable price. This store is located in a very convenient shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I would use their services again with no question. read more

Absolutely horrible. Dropped off 4 items and 2 items were completely ruined. One of my sweaters is absolutely destroyed. Looks like they washed and dried it in a laundry machine. Other pieces smell disgusting and other sweater has major pulling. Will NEVER go back. Do not go if you like your clothes in the slightest. read more

Absolutely horrible business! I've taken a few items here because it's across the street from where I work but today was the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had! I dropped off a plain blue cocktail dress a few days ago and was told I could pick it up Tuesday night... I went to pick up the dress and there was a guy working who I've never seen there until today. He rang up my ticket and had the nerve to try to charge me $17.50 for my dress! I asked him why it's so much considering it's almost double what Ive paid in the past and he said that's just how much it costs.... I asked why and the only additional answer I got was because there are beads around the neck area... I asked him why I wasn't told beforehand that it would be more than any other dress I've ever dropped off and he said "it's an up charge, we don't tell our customers about the additional charges unless they ask." I was legitimately shocked he said that. I asked "so I have to ask if your going to randomly charge me extra, you just don't tell your customers if it's going to be an extra cost?" And he repeated the same thing as before... ON TOP OF ALL THAT - THE DRESS ISN'T EVEN CLEAN! There was a small amount of powder makeup on the front of the dress when I dropped it off and it's still there. SCREW THIS PLACE! read more

Terrible experience. They lost my $500 sport jacket and essentially ghosted me. Didn't return my calls or emails and refused to rectify the issue when going to the store in person. Do not use this store...unless you're bringing in clothes you don't care about. Would be great if they could own up to their mistake and offer to replace my sport jacket (or offer some compensation)...but I don't see that happening. read more

Boca's Premier Dry Cleaners - 1200 Yamato Road - Shoppes of Blue Lake (Ale House) Boca Raton, FL 561-989-9843 Dropped off my beautiful, perfect (except for a stain), orange silk & cashmere scarf on 7/22/14 w/Alexis - went to pick up and they said it needed "wet cleaned" because they were not able to get the stain out. I said "ok "as long as it did not damage it- because if there was ANY risk of damage, I'd rather live with the stains - and explained that it was very sentimental to me. I had to initial my ok and "accept that the garment had been carefully dry cleaned, however wet cleaning was necessary to try to remove the stains". On Thurs 8/14/14 I went to pick up my scarf- Valerie helped me and said it had been damaged. She was sympathetic when she showed it to me.... It was actually shredded in an area not even near the stain- as if put into a machine with a harsh agitator - it was also not the same color..... I was stunned..... I asked if I could speak w/a Manager, none was there - She said she would speak and explain to her manager and asked me the value of the scarf and my phone number. I told her that I had bought it in Victoria Canada around $100 but it was the sentimental value I was concerned about - which I'd explained when I'd dropped it off that if they thought it could not be cleaned, I'd rather live with the stain. She assured she would call me after she spoke with her manager. She called me back and relayed to me what her manager said- he said he could do NOTHING - not even refund the money - $7.19 - I paid for them to destroy it. The worst when it comes to customer service. I brought my sons blazer in with my large order. When I picked up the order, they forgot to give part of it. When I brought in the next batch of clothes they had another order for me from a previous visit. My son's shirt was in with my order but the jacket was never returned. I returned to the cleaner no less than 5 times asking for them to look for the jacket. They told me the manager would call me, but no call has ever been received. When I call their phone on their website they do not answer. I have been a customer of their sister store Personal Touch in Coral Springs for 15 years. Their service and attention to detail is 5 star!. Boca's Premier Dry Cleaners is no comparison. Very disappointed that avoidance of an issue is their solution. The jacket is a Joseph Aboud, that we paid almost more than $400. My son is 6'.5" and its difficult to find something that fits as well. read more

The prices are good and the cleaning has been done well. However, they never keep their hours. They say they open at 7 am. But it is really between 7:15 and 8. Only the manager can run the cash register and she is always running late or getting a coffee. Very very annoying. read more

Very unsatisfied with the service. I needed my dress altered and dry cleaned for a Black Tie event I was going to the day after I picked up my dress up on February 2, 2018 at 5:00 pm. The dress was in the closet for 3 years prior, so why when I picked it up,it smelled old. The heavyset male was very rude when I asked for my dress. He didn't apologized for his behavior he just walked away like a jerk. The day of the event, hours before I started smelling an old odor when I took the dress out of their pink plastic bag, so when I put the dress closer to my nose it smelled the same as I dropped it off. I called the Dry cleaner and the plus size woman told me to bring the dress back to the cleaners "just so she can smell it" not re-clean it because she called her boss and he informed her he personally cleaned it himself, so what I was saying I guess I was lying. I called her out for calling me a liar in a polite way. I wasn't rude, I didn't call her out her name. I was very professional but upset so my tone was loud over the phone because I knew what I was smelling and on top of that the dress had a stain in it but to her knowledge they cleaned the dress. She said I was being aggressive and hung up the phone. After $71.00 your company will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. read more
