One thing, be specific how you want your clothes done, for example; "cleaned, starched and pressed ". They will make sure your order is correct.

My husband's brand new black button down shirt was also turned to acid wash and was not ironed well. I have had enough miserable experiences with cleaners across Cleveland from when I stayed downtown till I moved out here. The pick up and delivery service works like a charm. They have yet to mess up a single order to date. Not a lot else to say about a dry cleaning service, about as good as it gets.
