And, when I say that not a single bite was chewy, I know that because we finished every bit of it. My burger was a half pound of ground prime rib. This might be the best hamburger I've ever had in my life, and I have eaten a lot of excellent burgers. It was so good that my wife kept taking bites of it. This seemed fair, because I kept taking bites of her salmon. I was skeptical about the breading on the salmon, but this is a bit of a masterpiece.
