The vehicle provided was dirty, hot, and poorly maintained. When I called immediately to address this, I was informed that the bus I originally booked was down for maintenance. I was never notified of this substitution prior to the day of the event,  the bus arrived to pick up 14 passengers. Had I been notified that the bus we booked was unavailable and shown pictures of the actual vehicle being sent, I would have canceled the reservation and requested my deposit back. Because I was not given any notice, I was left with no time to book an alternative party bus for this special occasion. Party bus did not even make it yo destination!!! The bus broke down, the kids sent a text to their parents to come pick them up. Family members and myself left the venue to pick them up from a corner store . First off I worked with Angel in coordinating it. She answered a million questions. Coordinated everything, and gave me a GREAT deal compared to all of the other bus/limo companies with buses that couldn't even compare to Aria's luxury rides. She was friendly and fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond, and responded via text. Which I love and found extremely convenient. The bus had great seating that wrapped around and made it convenient for people to talk to one another. I managed to get 3 huge coolers on the bus, stocked with beverages and goodies. There was an iPod connection for music, and ice stations conveniently placed throughout the bus. Lee filled them with ice before we arrived. Which brings me to my next point. Lee and Jay were our AWESOME drivers. They BY FAR surpassed any of my expectations. They arrived EARLY, made extra stops, were so cool and friendly. I honestly want them to JOIN us on the bus next time, instead of drive because they seemed like instant friends!!!! Lee stopped at my house, at a gas station to use the restroom on the way to New Braunfels, Buckees for snacks, and quickly for an intoxicated rider on the way home. Oooops :) not once did he complain, he just went with the flow. We also had a person come to the bus late, and make us run over a bit on our time. He didn't make a fuss about it. Continued to handle the situation with class l, and a smile on his face. Smoothed everything over in order to make sure we were having fun!!!! We had an amazing time and it was all because of how accommodating Billy was for our group. Service - Billy really couldn't have been more helpful. My group ended up increasing in size and Billy tried to find us another bus a few days before our rental. Although we didn't find one because of the busy holiday weekend, he called almost every party bus place around. We did not think we were going to have enough room in the bus for everyone so some of my friends would have had to uber all the way from Lake Travis to Austin and back ( Bus Quality - Although the bus was not brand new, it certainly felt as though it was. The bus was in very good condition and the aux cord certainly made our trip to and from our house even better with my friend DJ FACTOR laying down the beats. If I ever need a party bus in Austin again, there is no doubt I will be contacting Billy.

Was quoted time between 9-9:15pm and if the driver could get there earlier he would give us a call. Driver arrived at 8:30pm with no call/heads up. The driver did not greet us until after 5minutes of us waiting outside of limo and had to wave him down. As we get into the limo we realize it was not cleaned from the previous party. Cups with beverages everywhere with lipstick stains on cups and no ice. Normally I'd be more understanding but during covid that was not acceptable. As we pull out of the neighborhood the driver ended up going the wrong direction and claimed the GPS was not working so I guided him. Upon arrival we ended up getting stuck at the entrance of hula hut on lake Austin but the driver was able to get out after 5 minutes. We had dinner and the driver asked us to meet him up the hill since we got stuck entering. As he was exiting he ends up getting stuck. We draw attention from people walking by and the owners of the restaurant so people offered to help push to get the limo through. The driver was on the phone (what I assumed was he was calling the limo company). Find out from Karen that it was not the case and this issue was not reported from the driver. Waited about 45 minutes outside in the cold with my family while the limo was trying to get out. Typically other limo services will call a nearby driver or just let us know to uber instead and refund you the hours. Not this company. There were people on the street, on top and inside the limo that were not part of our party trying to help get the limo out which was extremely kind but becomes a liability. We finally got out and the driver drove extremely fast to get us home, sped at least 20 over and took toll roads. My family was terrified during the ride home which made this a terrible experience. I did my part and reported the issue to the main office and spoke to Karen. I have not received a refund for that last wasted hour standing in the cold outside with my family or even a simple apology for the terrible experience. So if you're going to any of those restaurants, I do not recommend taking a limo into the parking lot. I also wouldn't recommend this limo service to anyone. We were simply trying to have a good experience as a family and were put in danger several times in just 3 hours. Update: spoke to Karen over the phone and she was very disrespectful. She said "you should have told the driver about the dirty cups." First of all, those cups should not have been there. I did inform the driver about the cups and nothing was done about it, thought it was pretty common to know limos are suppose to be cleaned out after each party but I guess not for this company. I mentioned I left this review and she quickly asked when and where I wrote it. Just save your time and money, book anywhere else and I'm sure you will have much better service and an overall experience. :)

Our driver was 40 minutes late, didn't arrive with a charged phone and needed to borrow one of ours so that he could use GPS because his phone died, and then had to stop at a gas station to get ice or the cooler that was supposed to be complimentary.  In efforts to apologize for the lack of punctuality and preparation, our driver apologized and said "Don't worry about time, you'll have me all night because I was late; you can have me until 4,5, or even 6 am." We told him that we did not plan to be out that late, but instead would like to make a few extra stops before our final drop off point, to which he happily agreed; this did not end up being truthful.  During the night, he made several passes at women in our party, calling one of them "boo" and "pretty lady" verbally and through text message, and even rubbing on the back of one of our friends, and touching another's hair. He also took videos of us dancing on the bus on his own personal device without our permission or consent. The worst came at the end of the night when it was time to drop us off to our final location; he said that his sister, the owner of the bus called him complaining that he was still out, and that he would not take us to our designated drop off point because "do you know how far that is from here, my sister does not want me to go." When we pointed out that we were only still on the bus because he offered to extend our time no charge, he said "well my sister is mad, it's not me, I don't want anyone to think I'm a bad guy, but it's her bus". When we called the owner, she called us liars and said her brother did not offer the extended time to us, and that if we did not exit the bus, she would call the police. He did not take us to the disclosed drop off location in Cedar Park, but instead left us stranded in South Austin at 3:30 am.  To say they lack customer service after showing up late, touching and filming our party without consent, and calling us liars is a given; but to leave a group of women stranded 30 minutes from their destination at 3:30 am is a sure display of a lack of humanity nor decency. Zero stars, not recommended.
