If you're looking for excellent customer service and or to simply be treated with respect, this is not the company for you. Our driver was 40 minutes late, didn't arrive with a charged phone and needed to borrow one of ours so that he could use GPS because his phone died, and then had to stop at a gas station to get ice or the cooler that was supposed to be complimentary.  In efforts to apologize for the lack of punctuality and preparation, our driver apologized and said "Don't worry about time, you'll have me all night because I was late; you can have me until 4,5, or even 6 am." We told him that we did not plan to be out that late, but instead would like to make a few extra stops before our final drop off point, to which he happily agreed; this did not end up being truthful.  During the night, he made several passes at women in our party, calling one of them "boo" and "pretty lady" verbally and through text message, and even rubbing on the back of one of our friends, and touching another's hair. He also took videos of us dancing on the bus on his own personal device without our permission or consent. The worst came at the end of the night when it was time to drop us off to our final location; he said that his sister, the owner of the bus called him complaining that he was still out, and that he would not take us to our designated drop off point because "do you know how far that is from here, my sister does not want me to go." When we pointed out that we were only still on the bus because he offered to extend our time no charge, he said "well my sister is mad, it's not me, I don't want anyone to think I'm a bad guy, but it's her bus". When we called the owner, she called us liars and said her brother did not offer the extended time to us, and that if we did not exit the bus, she would call the police. He did not take us to the disclosed drop off location in Cedar Park, but instead left us stranded in South Austin at 3:30 am.  To say they lack customer service after showing up late, touching and filming our party without consent, and calling us liars is a given; but to leave a group of women stranded 30 minutes from their destination at 3:30 am is a sure display of a lack of humanity nor decency. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional driver and owner. Driver was late and told us numerous times we could go past the designated time until 5 or 6 am since delay was on him. He said this so often to the point we had to ask him to stop mentioning it because we are clear. Then proceeded to try and tell us he wouldn't be taking us to our final destination even though we disclosed before hand the updated plan for drop offs since he was allowing us to extend his time. it was 3:30 am which is not anywhere near the 5 or 6 he consistently told us we could be out for. He also inappropriately touched guest and recorded on his personal device without permission. Owner instead of taking responsibility for her employee negligent promises decided it was better to threaten to call the cops if we didn't get off the bus. I've attached proof of exchange with driver were he states in writing we could stay out for however long we wanted and inappropriately called me pet names. If you are deciding on a bus company this isn't the one. Pick another. read more

Party time!!!!! Nowadays divorce parties are just as fun as the wedding. Had a friend finalize everything and what better way to celebrate than a party bus and a brewery tour. I'm glad that others had a great experience on May 11th and May 12th. Gee... I didn't think they had more than 1 bus with so many reviews on May 11th. Buyers beware of what you're getting into. When the bus arrived one of dual tires was flat. I asked them to fill the tire so that I could confirm it was just a low tire rather than a completely unusable bus. Later, I got a call saying they can't fill the tire because they don't carry the extender needed to fill the tire with air. This was extremely disappointing, but somethings happen that are out of our control. Taking a chance at putting your life or the life of your kids in danger should NEVER be an expectation. At the time Erica agreed with me. Now to find out they will not refund my deposit of $100.00 because I wouldn't use a bus with a flat tire. Safety doesn't mean anything. I only hope that my $100.00 saves you. read more
