I worked with Rhonda around 5 months prior and did extensive research before deciding on going with Central Texas Party Bus. Rhonda was super easy to work with, very responsive, and on the day of the trip - we had an amazing driver, Kris, who was super easy to get along with and was the consummate professional. Pros - Competitive Rates Responsive and professional Bus was in great condition and easily identifiable Kris, our driver, was AMAZING! - she texted the night before to confirm the appointment, was a safe AND efficient driver, and so accommodating of our pit stops! Cons - The ice chest on the bus is a little bit small - so definitely recommend bringing your own! Not allowed to eat on the bus, but this is probably why the bus was so clean too! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working with both Rhonda and Kris and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to book a party bus in Austin!

I am not one to write reviews, but I am extremely bothered by this entire situation…read more I ordered a 22 person party bus from this company and I spoke with Chris. He sent me beautiful photos of a 22 passenger bus with wood floors, leather seats, coolers, and more.  I paid for the bus almost a month in advance and couldn't wait to celebrate my sisters wedding on it.   The bus arrived to our house and it was spray painted black with "Vegas Style" and graffiti all over the bus. "777", slot machines, cards painted all over the bus. The inside smelled like MARIJUANA with ash trays in the bus, a striper pole and more graffiti.  At first I thought it was a joke -- like you must have the wrong house because I didn't order this.  It was extremely embarrassing.  My sister looks at me confused like "did you really order this bus?".  I called Chris and he was very apologetic and acknowledged that they had clearly dispatched the wrong bus -- it was a 20 person bus (instead of 22, so smaller) and the bus sent wasn't even one listed on the website. I don't even know if it is in their fleet. Chris assured me he would make it right.   It has now been 6 days since the incident. No communication and a COMPLETE SCAM. It's honestly insane these people are in business. Well, I that is their model ... take your money and then scam you and ghost you. No help from the company. It's not right, and not how I expect anyone with integrity to do business. I am not asking for a full refund, do something to make us whole.  This was a VERY expensive bus that I purchased and the bus we got was NOT it.   I would not recommend renting from them ever. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company if they don't get back to me ASAP.  Attached are the photos of what we got and what they  sold us.

He took my deposit via Venmo of $400 and we were booked. As the day approached, I tried to call Chris, but the number was disconnected. He gave some excuse about it be forwarded and mailbox was full. I asked for the driver to contact me to confirm all the details. The driver did, and I asked him to send me a picture of the Van. We'll, he sent me a picture of the Las Vegas Party Bus. I reached out to Chris, and he said the Sprinter had mechanical trouble and he could, under the contract, replace the vehicle with another. That would be OK if it turned out to be true. But that's for later. The large, tacky bus showed up with Bill the driver - who was fine, but not amazing. He did the job because it was F1 weekend I had no other option to take our Homecoming group out. But I just had a bad feeling about the whole thing. So I put a hold on my credit card so Chris could not charge it. And that started the truth to come to light. I learned from the owner of the bus - who is not Chris' employee - just a guy with a bus trying to make his money. Chris contracted with the Vegas Party Bus people shortly after I made my deposit. There was NEVER going to be a Sprinter. What a scam. He's so shady. He should be put out of business. I'm filing a claim in small claims court and with the BBB to try and prevent others from falling prey to this unethical scammer.

Our driver was 40 minutes late, didn't arrive with a charged phone and needed to borrow one of ours so that he could use GPS because his phone died, and then had to stop at a gas station to get ice or the cooler that was supposed to be complimentary.  In efforts to apologize for the lack of punctuality and preparation, our driver apologized and said "Don't worry about time, you'll have me all night because I was late; you can have me until 4,5, or even 6 am." We told him that we did not plan to be out that late, but instead would like to make a few extra stops before our final drop off point, to which he happily agreed; this did not end up being truthful.  During the night, he made several passes at women in our party, calling one of them "boo" and "pretty lady" verbally and through text message, and even rubbing on the back of one of our friends, and touching another's hair. He also took videos of us dancing on the bus on his own personal device without our permission or consent. The worst came at the end of the night when it was time to drop us off to our final location; he said that his sister, the owner of the bus called him complaining that he was still out, and that he would not take us to our designated drop off point because "do you know how far that is from here, my sister does not want me to go." When we pointed out that we were only still on the bus because he offered to extend our time no charge, he said "well my sister is mad, it's not me, I don't want anyone to think I'm a bad guy, but it's her bus". When we called the owner, she called us liars and said her brother did not offer the extended time to us, and that if we did not exit the bus, she would call the police. He did not take us to the disclosed drop off location in Cedar Park, but instead left us stranded in South Austin at 3:30 am.  To say they lack customer service after showing up late, touching and filming our party without consent, and calling us liars is a given; but to leave a group of women stranded 30 minutes from their destination at 3:30 am is a sure display of a lack of humanity nor decency. Zero stars, not recommended.
