My doctor's appointment people set me for one location, and then switched it without telling me on the morning of the appointment. I had already booked a medical transfer with Thrive for the original location, and I panicked. When my driver arrived, a little early, I explained to him that my appointment was not on W. 34th St. in Austin, but way up in Round Rock instead. On the spot the Thrive driver said, 'no problem', made the adjustments and got me to the further location ON TIME. And this was during morning rush hour without speeding like crazy (we were lucky with the traffic). My driver had been a professional driver for a few years, and he was very skillful. The car he arrived in was a very nice new Toyota XLE. Until this experience my track record hiring medical transfer people was pretty dismal. These people at Thrive are 'of service' and into helping people, and they were not expensive at all, unlike so many other medical transfer companies. Bricella, one of the owners, even answers the phone when you call--what a concept! This is my first and at this point my only experience with Thrive, and I look forward to hiring them again. Jermaine, the driver, even watched as I walked back into my house. ON TIME (and even early) on the way up, and ON TIME on the way back.--and not even expensive. I cannot recommend them enough! They were at the pick up location on time and the drivers were even there to help us load in our things. Once we arrived at our destination the drivers helped us unload and made sure nobody forgot anything they might need. The bus ride home was just as smooth. We had an amazing time and it was all because of how accommodating Billy was for our group. Service - Billy really couldn't have been more helpful. My group ended up increasing in size and Billy tried to find us another bus a few days before our rental. Although we didn't find one because of the busy holiday weekend, he called almost every party bus place around. We did not think we were going to have enough room in the bus for everyone so some of my friends would have had to uber all the way from Lake Travis to Austin and back ( Bus Quality - Although the bus was not brand new, it certainly felt as though it was. The bus was in very good condition and the aux cord certainly made our trip to and from our house even better with my friend DJ FACTOR laying down the beats.
