Pros - Competitive Rates Responsive and professional Bus was in great condition and easily identifiable Kris, our driver, was AMAZING! - she texted the night before to confirm the appointment, was a safe AND efficient driver, and so accommodating of our pit stops! Cons - The ice chest on the bus is a little bit small - so definitely recommend bringing your own! Not allowed to eat on the bus, but this is probably why the bus was so clean too! We booked our trip well in advance and the booking process was very easy. A few days before our trip I called to confirm we were all good to go. I was told the bus we originally booked (Pink party bus) was having AC issues and that we were going to be given a white bus with better AC. Given it is July in Texas we knew working AC was a must. Upon getting on the bus the AC was on and turned fully down however the bus was miserably hot. Our drive to the wineries was 1.5 hours and we were sweating the entire time. We visited multiple wineries and It was disappointing to get back on the bus and feel like we were going to pass out from heat especially when the drive was long. It made it hard to have any fun on the bus as we all just sat there trying not to overheat more than we already were. For this price point we should have been on a bus with working AC, especially after we had to change buses to accommodate our original bus not working. After drop off the driver mentioned it was not working correctly and that he would look into it.

Our driver was 40 minutes late, didn't arrive with a charged phone and needed to borrow one of ours so that he could use GPS because his phone died, and then had to stop at a gas station to get ice or the cooler that was supposed to be complimentary.  In efforts to apologize for the lack of punctuality and preparation, our driver apologized and said "Don't worry about time, you'll have me all night because I was late; you can have me until 4,5, or even 6 am." We told him that we did not plan to be out that late, but instead would like to make a few extra stops before our final drop off point, to which he happily agreed; this did not end up being truthful.  During the night, he made several passes at women in our party, calling one of them "boo" and "pretty lady" verbally and through text message, and even rubbing on the back of one of our friends, and touching another's hair. He also took videos of us dancing on the bus on his own personal device without our permission or consent. The worst came at the end of the night when it was time to drop us off to our final location; he said that his sister, the owner of the bus called him complaining that he was still out, and that he would not take us to our designated drop off point because "do you know how far that is from here, my sister does not want me to go." When we pointed out that we were only still on the bus because he offered to extend our time no charge, he said "well my sister is mad, it's not me, I don't want anyone to think I'm a bad guy, but it's her bus". When we called the owner, she called us liars and said her brother did not offer the extended time to us, and that if we did not exit the bus, she would call the police. He did not take us to the disclosed drop off location in Cedar Park, but instead left us stranded in South Austin at 3:30 am.  To say they lack customer service after showing up late, touching and filming our party without consent, and calling us liars is a given; but to leave a group of women stranded 30 minutes from their destination at 3:30 am is a sure display of a lack of humanity nor decency. Zero stars, not recommended.

With Daniel, he immediately connected with us via email and scheduled time to talk with us via phone so he could understand our vision and detail exactly what was required. When he submitted a formal quote to us, his prices were incredibly fair and aligned with the Austin market. The Wheels: What a home-run. We required 2 56 passenger buses and a 26 passenger executive limo spread out across two days. The vehicles were BEAUTIFUL. Clean, New, Shiny...our guests were very pleased with the transportation which was important as they were traveling about 45minutes to the destination in Dripping Springs. The Service: Each and every single pick-up was early. The drivers were easy to work, super polite and friendly, and assisted in making sure that everyone was accounted for and departure could happen on schedule.
