So come Monday I sent an email requesting a partial credit for the hour that we did not use the limo. Instead of getting an apology and a partial credit i get told its my fault and with screen shots of their call log. Fast forward to the night of my event, June 28, Rico assigned Desirey Simpson to me as a driver. All appeared to go well. I paid my final invoice, and we are ready to ride out. The night was going well, but I started getting notifications of unauthorized charges to my card. But I'm dumbfounded because I physically have my card. But in the light of not ruining the trip, we carried on. The following day, I started trying to dig into this mysterious $160 charge. I got the company, etc. While sitting and having brunch, I get hit with another charge: $100 from the same establishment. So now I'm losing it. Early that day, we got a call that my sister had passed away, and with these unauthorized charges, I am now being forced to freeze my account to figure this out, all while having to depend on family and friends who traveled to town for my event to now pay for things on my behalf. After calling the establishment, it was determined that Rico's driver fraudulently used my card. I contacted Rico, who had a very nonchalant attitude. Once I mentioned getting the authority involved, he told me the gaming company would return my money, but I never mentioned the gaming company. So, that leads me to believe he was involved, especially since I paid through the link he provided. I never gave either my card. I requested the money be returned, and he tried to send it back to me as an overpayment. I refused because it was not an overpayment but theft. I left town because of my sister's passing on July 1 and upon my return, July 16,, due to not having access to my account, I had a vacate notice on my door. I had to spend 2.5 hours in the bank clearing this up and another 2 hours with my leasing company. Once I brought my attention back to this matter, I realized that Rico never applied my deposit and overcharged me. I texted him this, and he said I was correct, but he never returned my money. At that point, I created an invoice and requested a full refund of $540, a $100 overpayment, and the $260 stolen. He refused and stated he would give me $370. He totally did not care about the inconvenience and hardship caused by his staff. I have screenshots of all stated here, and I just warn all to be aware and cautious!

I knew that Uber had already left and there was a hodgepodge of rideshare services that rose from Uber's ashes. After some phone calls we decided, "Hey 2 Star Yelp business a chance, what's the worst that can happen?". We reserved 3 vans to be picked up at midnight at the wedding venue. Lo and behold, midnight strikes and I had a Cinderella at the ball moment. I went from feeling like the belle to a puddle of sadness, because at this point of the night I was so exhausted that I had no energy to think. After playing phone tag for 30 minutes, a van finally arrives as we were basking in the moonbeam and start lit night. Women and children went first because chivalry isn't dead. We were told that the other van was behind him and that we should be rescued shortly. This was at 1:30am, after the agreed upon midnight pick up. Another hour went by, and we figured that the taxi cab has left us stranded 28.4 Miles from Austin. We cut our losses and we had two people from the one AND only van that came and picked us up and dropped them off come to get us. We finally got home at 3am. Despite the crappy ordeal, we now have a greater appreciation for Uber. You da real MVP. Austin misses you.

Was quoted time between 9-9:15pm and if the driver could get there earlier he would give us a call. Driver arrived at 8:30pm with no call/heads up. The driver did not greet us until after 5minutes of us waiting outside of limo and had to wave him down. As we get into the limo we realize it was not cleaned from the previous party. Cups with beverages everywhere with lipstick stains on cups and no ice. Normally I'd be more understanding but during covid that was not acceptable. As we pull out of the neighborhood the driver ended up going the wrong direction and claimed the GPS was not working so I guided him. Upon arrival we ended up getting stuck at the entrance of hula hut on lake Austin but the driver was able to get out after 5 minutes. We had dinner and the driver asked us to meet him up the hill since we got stuck entering. As he was exiting he ends up getting stuck. We draw attention from people walking by and the owners of the restaurant so people offered to help push to get the limo through. The driver was on the phone (what I assumed was he was calling the limo company). Find out from Karen that it was not the case and this issue was not reported from the driver. Waited about 45 minutes outside in the cold with my family while the limo was trying to get out. Typically other limo services will call a nearby driver or just let us know to uber instead and refund you the hours. Not this company. There were people on the street, on top and inside the limo that were not part of our party trying to help get the limo out which was extremely kind but becomes a liability. We finally got out and the driver drove extremely fast to get us home, sped at least 20 over and took toll roads. My family was terrified during the ride home which made this a terrible experience. I did my part and reported the issue to the main office and spoke to Karen. I have not received a refund for that last wasted hour standing in the cold outside with my family or even a simple apology for the terrible experience. So if you're going to any of those restaurants, I do not recommend taking a limo into the parking lot. I also wouldn't recommend this limo service to anyone. We were simply trying to have a good experience as a family and were put in danger several times in just 3 hours. Update: spoke to Karen over the phone and she was very disrespectful. She said "you should have told the driver about the dirty cups." First of all, those cups should not have been there. I did inform the driver about the cups and nothing was done about it, thought it was pretty common to know limos are suppose to be cleaned out after each party but I guess not for this company. I mentioned I left this review and she quickly asked when and where I wrote it. Just save your time and money, book anywhere else and I'm sure you will have much better service and an overall experience. :)

Didn't know how I could possibly get everything all the way over to the ride share area and load everything in myself. Called Austin Luxor Limo at the last minute and they came right away. It was such a relief! Initially spoke with Alex who gave me up-to-the-minute updates on the driver. Then, Rashid picked me up in a gorgeous, spacious and clean escalade. He came in to get me and carried all of my luggage and loaded it up and we were on our way. Rashid was also very kind, and he knows Austin like back of his hand and pointed out several short cuts for me to know if ever I get caught in traffic. I highly, highly recommend Austin Luxor Limo! Yes this does happen however they handled it all wrong and I doubt there was an issue at all with the limo. No communication when the limo broke down prior to the ride. We started calling when they were 30 minutes late and it took almost an hour to get anymore to call us back and let us know what happened. This is not how you handle an issue. We should have been immediately notified when the mechanical issues occurred so we could make additional arrangements to our event. We also had issues getting a refund for our ride. Had to contact the credit card company to get the charge removed. Charged was removed then was charged again the same amount plus additional. Please improve your customer service. We understand mechanical issues arise however it seems like you consistently handle this wrong based on other reviewers. People typically rent limos for special occasions so understand you and negatively impacting an important day in a persons life - birthday, prom, funeral, etc. Hopefully you will take this review to heart and make changes for futures customers
