Unfortunately, I had to head to St. Davids for an injury on my non-driving foot and was not looking forward to figuring out how to wander around a hospital to find urgent services. Then I saw the sign for free valet service! Ah, what sweet manna that was! I pulled up and the very lovely Jesse R helped me out. There was no wait. I handed over my keys and walked (hobbled) the 10 feet or so inside the hospital. When I was done the just-as-lovely Sam R got my car for me. We just had a Halloween party that included 75 guests. We live at the top of a hill, so valet parking for us is a workout. The Central Texas Valet team was amazing, coordinating guests with cars with those dropped off by Uber or Lyft and helping to make everyone feel special and safe. This was our third event with them, and we will definitely use them again. read more

This is an update to an earlier post for Central Texas Valet. We at "Texas Bike Tours" continue to have excellent service. We called Houston at Central Texas Valet this time to valet parent's cars from the start of the children's cycling experience to the end destination. They were timely, courteous, cars delivered to the right place (always important) and parents knew their cars were in good hands. The price was fairly reasonable as well. Cline and Alex, of Central Tx. Valet came to my rescue of their own volition Sun. De. 27 at Perry's Steakhouse. I limped into their valet spot with what turned out to be a flat tire and damaged rim. I never had to ask them for help. They came right over to me and immediately said they would change my tire. They kept an eye on incoming customers- I was just there to pick up- while being professional, kind, courteous and solicitous to me. It was a challenging tire, probably because of the rim, but they persisted until they got it done. My husband was home very sick and I was distraught and had I called anyone for the tire, I would have had a long wait. In my mind, this is far above the parameters of their duties but certainly spoke of human kindness. Leadership begins at the top so I am indebted to and impressed by this business. Answered my initial inquiry quickly and was responsive and informative with follow-up questions and concerns. Team was professional and hard working although the conditions were less than ideal. Because of poor weather our valets worked in the rain and mud, but they were always gracious and never complained. They even offered to help with clean-up after the event. Corey and Central Texas Valet saved me, and on very short notice. I emailed and called him early on a Friday morning to help with a downtown parking job on Saturday morning, with about 24 hours notice. Corey committed to the job, pulled the appropriate permit, and showed up himself with two other friendly and capable parkers. Short notice and saved me! No fuss, no un-needed communications - it was all very efficient. I might add that another highly rated yelp valet service led me to believe it would be no problem, then emailed at 1am that due to road closures and other things, they could not help me. Central Texas Valet was so accommodating lat Friday at Bass Concert Hall. First, we were a little late for the show, AND it was raining! When I say rain, I mean storming. The guys were just great, they helped my friends and I with an umbrella, all the way up to the covered steps at bass, and then took care of the ticketing and payment. We made the show with seconds to spare, thanks to them taking care of the parking situation! If you ever go to Bass Hall I recommend using the Valet service there, highly recommend them! read more

The team at Central Texas Valet just did an AMAZING job of handling the very tricky parking challenge for our wedding at Laguna Gloria. 140 guests were arriving in a short period of time, AND there was a swim meet going on that morning at the Westwood Country Club-- parking could have been a nightmare, but it was a breeze for our guests. Corey Evers is GREAT, the guys look sharp, they are careful with cars, and they are very affordable! Their scheduler and office whiz Holly is fantastic, and easy to work with. Corey With central Texas valet took care of the issues once they were brought to his attention and went as far as to pay me a personal visit to apologize and and that was impressive. My organization, the San Antonio Bar Association, hosted our annual gala this past weekend. We had a sold-out event with about 560 people - probably 300 cars to valet! Central Texas Valet was professional, timely and positive! The valet attendants had great attitudes and even came a day early to scope out the venue. They took care of everything regarding valet and parking so we could worry about more pressing issues. They kept the lines manageable and called cabs for our guests who needed them. They brought their own valet signs and made sure our elderly guests made it to where they needed to be! We definitely recommend them and will probably use them for future events. read more

Thought I would share my story and complaint about this company! On 01/19/2013 I used Central Texas Valet, which is the valet company outside of Trulucks restaurant downtown Austin. Within seconds of myself and my wife exiting my vehicle my car was wrecked into a barrier. I contacted the owner of Central Texas Valet, Corey Evers the next day and didn't receive a call back for a few days. He instructed me to contact Big Boys Collision Center, whom on initial contact were nice but didn't really pay attention to detail. When I dropped my car off I was told that they would handle both the Body Work and the Mechanical work by the owner of Central Texas Valet. This turned out to be a false statement. I dropped my car off on 01/23/2013 and received a call on 01/25/2013 stating my car was done. On arrival i asked them what all was done to my car, and they advised me of just the Body Work on the bumper and continued to tell me that they don't handle Mechanical work on any cars except BMW's and wouldn't be able to work mechanically on Nissan's. I was pretty upset with this statement, considering that this is not what was indicated to me when I brought my car in. After looking over my car the Body Shop fixed the bigger indention's that were in-graved into my bumper but just painted over the smaller ones, leaving the damage still visible with just a fresh coat of paint over the top. The employee of the Body Shop indicated to me that he would fix my car next time when i dropped my car off for the Mechanical Work at a dealership. He stated that he would go and pick up my car. My first thought was why was it not fixed properly the first time...I called the Owner of Central Texas Valet (Corey Evers) on Friday 01/25/2013, and had to leave a voice mail stating that I was not very happy with the body work and not everything was done Collision wise and that there was no Mechanical work done what so ever. I went on stating that I need the Mechanical work done on my car asap and that I didn't want to have to wait to get my car fixed. He never returned my phone call until today 01/28/2013 after I contacted the Manager of Trulucks complaining about what all is going on. The owner of Central Texas Valet and I came to an aggreance that he would pay for ALL damages acquired in the wreck by one of his employees, when we originally spoke on 01/21/2013. He is now indicating to me that he will not be paying for the Mechanical work what so ever, and has advised me that the mechanics at Big Boys Collision indicated that there is nothing wrong with my car mechanically, even though this place doesn't have the proper machines to diagnose my car. Even the owner of the collision place indicated that he could hear the sound I complained about initially. I advised Corey Evers from Central Texas Valet that they need to pay for what they are responsible for. He then indicated that it could be from wear and tear, which I then returned to him that he is starting to play he said, she said and if this was the way things were going to be handled then I would acquire an attorney. He followed up with go ahead and get a lawyer and sue me and gave me his lawyers information. The owner of Central Texas Valet is a family man, so you would think that he would be a respectable person, and take responsibility for his companies actions. Both Central Texas Valet and Big Boy Collisions whom Central Texas Valet works with is a joke. Don't let these people park your cars and if you do let them, don't let big boy collisions do the body work if for some odd reason something happens to your car like mine. read more
