WHAT???? Burleson Power Sports now has a bike they can't do a thing with! We said keep it!! I was quoted a little over $400, and I clearly said that was about the maximum I was willing to spend because the 4 wheeler itself wasn't worth much more. 4. Months go by before I get a call saying the original quote was wrong -- you actually needed double the number of batteries. o My two options? A) Pick up a non working 4 wheeler and still owe you $400+ B) Pay an additional $400+ to get it fixed At that point, I was backed into a corner. My kids' 4 wheeler still didn't work, and I was being asked to pay double the original quote after your mistake. I still agreed and told you to order the additional batteries. 5. Then more time passes and I get another call: o All the batteries are in, but the 4 wheeler still doesn't work. o Now it "might be XYZ," and it's another $150 to get it running. o And if you don't pay something today, you're going to start incurring $20 a day storage fee So, after multiple misquotes, delays, and unexpected charges, I'm being told that my frustration's in this situation is just because I "didn't like the outcome." After a friend of mine who was stationed in Germany moved back to ft hood in the same weekend his family lost their home and his step father in a fire. In part to this it was causing money to be tight for Chris. Helping his family out, his own moving expenses, and on top of that he absolutely needed a car to go back and forth from ft hood to Mansfield. 21, didn't have bad credit but certainly not an extensive history. So we went to autonation and were out right lied to being told he needed a 20% interest rate on a 10 year old truck with over 100k and no options, which started a big fight between the salesman and I. We left, and EC was the last stop before we gave up for the day. Let me tell you how awesome these guys did. At the other dealer did they care that Chris was active duty? No. Did EC? Absolutely. The other dealer, did they care he just lost his father and didn't have much cash? Nope. Ernesto helped. Did the other dealer care that Chris had a long drive to see his family on the weekends? Nope. That's where Dylan came in and landed him on a fully loaded diesel Passat for $100 less per month than he was expecting to pay. These guys were so wonderful that today I brought Chris's mom in and traded her fiat for a Cadillac TWO YEARS NEWER for only $20 more per month than she was paying. AND her credit had tanked since the fire. And they're even throwing in a new set of tires for the car! If you need a car, this is absolutely the place to get one. In all my years in this business I've never seen a dealership work with you like they do on your down payment and your monthly payment, even to go so far as to pay less than you would at any other dealer. If you have bad credit they don't treat you like some poor person or an idiot, you get respect which is why I will tell everyone to come here. Period.

Did my own research. They never called to give updates. After calling them, they said there was a bend valve and had to send the head(s) to a third party shop for repair. To get an update I called and was told they broke a bolt and didn't mention the bent valve, and they were still waiting for the head(s) to be repaired. Took them three weeks and again I had to call to get updates. Once they finally reassembled the bike it still wasn't running properly and wanted me to come pick it. After arriving at the shop I noticed they broke both antennas off and the leather on the seat buttons was scraped off down to raw metal. After holding my bike hostage for three months they couldn't help me find the parts to fix my bike and charged me $1,958.00 for nothing.
