It's unlike any car buying experience ever. They will bend over backwards to help you, it's simply amazing. A+

FAMILY TOYOTA of BURLESON My Lexus was recently totaled…read moreafter I incurred two "no fault" accidents within 3 weeks of one another both caused by non-insured drivers. According to one of my adjusters (as I was dealing with two separate claims), that sort of thing doesn't usually happen! I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a few years as I'd had such good experiences with my last two Lexus vehicles. But it all changed when that last accident totaled three cars due to someone driving under the influence. And so began my search for the perfect new (or potentially used) car. I went to so many dealerships and test drove everything I thought I might like. Volvos, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes, BMW and Toyota to name a few. I called dealerships. I searched online. I had so many tabs open on my phone & photos saved that it was beginning to overwhelm me. I was disappointed and lied to by more than one salesman to be sure until I visited FAMILY TOYOTA in Burleson. My salesman was Dominic Gomez and how he changed my perspective of a car salesman! He was honest & upfront with me and genuinely cared about my needs, budget and concerns. He heard me out and was patient to the point of even setting up my phone with the Toyota App. When I was ready to buy my new Toyota BZ, he didn't flinch when I said I needed to drive the Toyota Crown "just to be sure" since I love a luxury car. In the end, I went with the new 2026 BZ Limited BEV (battery electric vehicle) as I just love the smooth ride, platform and trim (not to mention the huge savings by not buying gasoline)! The store's General Manager is Dustin and he was most accommodating & helpful, too. I was so impressed with the no pressure sales and how clean & organized this dealership is as well. I really can't say enough having been through so much these last two months as I did extensive research & was really losing hope until I walked into FAMILY. I had other car salesmen from premier dealerships literally lie to my face about prices but this didn't happen here. I have converted to Toyota as I was treated with total respect and left feeling confident in my purchase. Ask for Dom and tell him his new favorite customer sent you. You won't be disappointed that's for sure.

I had my eye set on a specific color and trim level and this dealership was the one that had what I wanted. I traveled to this dealership for this vehicle too. I don't want to take up too much of your time or write an overly long review, but I really want to…read moreshare my experience with AutoNation Ford Burleson in more detail. Before coming here, I visited several dealerships, but nowhere did I receive the level of attention and care that I found here. At most dealerships, employees fight for your attention only while you're walking through the door, but after that, the manager who greeted you usually does very little. At AutoNation Ford Burleson, however, I truly understood what customer service is supposed to look like. I was greeted very warmly and immediately introduced to the employee I had spoken with on the phone. Within five minutes, they handed me the keys to a car and simply said: "Where would you like to drive?" For me, that was a huge difference compared to other dealerships. I wanted a new car, but I wasn't completely sure what exactly I was looking for. When I visit a dealership, I want someone to help guide me toward vehicles that actually fit my needs and preferences. Instead, at other dealerships everything started with endless questions, entering information into computers, filling out forms and applications, but with almost no real effort to help me choose a vehicle. At AutoNation Ford Burleson, within just five minutes of arriving, I was already test-driving a car that didn't just meet my expectations -- it exceeded them in every way. I especially want to recognize the amazing work of Sunni. English is not my first language -- my native language is Russian -- and I fully understand that my English is far from perfect. But despite that, I felt completely comfortable. The entire dealership has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, almost like being part of one large and friendly family. I also spoke with the manager, and during my next visit I purchased the vehicle. But my experience with AutoNation Ford Burleson didn't end there. I purchased a used vehicle, and there were no visible issues at the dealership. However, after leaving, I discovered that the rearview mirror had been damaged. I contacted Sunni, and I was immediately told I could come in whenever it was convenient for me. That was another huge difference compared to other dealerships, which always try to force customers into very specific appointment times that I simply cannot guarantee because of my work schedule. When I arrived, it took less than five minutes for them to inspect my vehicle and order a replacement mirror. When I asked how much it would cost, they told me they would take care of everything at their own expense. For me, this was honestly shocking. In my home country, once you leave the dealership -- whether the car is new or used -- any problem you face afterward immediately becomes your responsibility. Now, after driving the car for two weeks, I'm still extremely happy with it and deeply grateful to this dealership for their honest and high-quality work, for the way they genuinely care about customers, show patience, respond to concerns, and don't immediately bury you in paperwork the moment you walk in. At the moment, I still have one additional issue involving a creaking sound when opening the trunk and the sunroof. I mentioned it while they were replacing the mirror, and once again they told me I could come in and they would take care of it. I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their work. Thanks to this dealership, I finally understood what truly great customer service looks like. This is absolutely the place I will return to when I decide to purchase my next vehicle, and it is definitely the place I will recommend to all my friends and family.

This has officially become the worst dealership experience in all of Texas. The customer service is beyond terrible -- the employees clearly do not want to be there and make it very obvious that they could care less about helping customers. How does a dealership claim to be "booked for the next couple of weeks" when their own website shows open appointments the very next morning? That's not just unprofessional -- that's dishonest. My family has been loyal to this place, having purchased two vehicles here over the years -- and we're talking about senior citizens they're mistreating. Eight years ago, this dealership was run right: respectful, efficient, and proud of their service. Now? It's turned into straight-up trash. The employees are rude, dismissive, and act like they're being forced to do their job. AutoNation Ford has lost all sense of pride in representing the Ford brand. They have no business serving others when they can't even treat repeat customers -- much less seniors -- with an ounce of respect. Save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else.

She was able to get it back to where she was staying that week. I drove out the following day and was able to identify that the radiator had cracked. it was about 10:30am on Friday. I called around to several shops and most were willing to do the work, but couldn't get it done until Saturday or maybe even Monday. This was not ideal. All that changed when I called Don Perry's Garage. I was talking to Donny and he said he could probably get it done that day. I told him I was just passing through and he said he'd definitely get it done that day. He said "cmon down and we'll get you fixed up. I'll pick us up some lunch and you can hangout here till it's done." This is 100% true! So I headed on down and spent the afternoon with Donny and Kelly. We ate lunch together and chatted for a few hours. Hanging out there I got a real behind the scenes look at how they run their business. How they communicated with their customers on the phone or in person was all top shelf. The transparency they shared with their customers is like nothing I've seen in this business. If they made a mistake, they owned up to it. If they could get a better price on a part, they would and then would pass the savings on to the customer. I've got to also give a shoutout to their senior tech James. He's been there over 30 years and knows his stuff! There's a reason they have been in business as long as they have! The reality is, I probably will never need their service again. Our paths may never cross again. But if you need a quality, honest, and fair repair shop in the Ft Worth area, look no further, you've found it! Thanks again to Donny, Kelly, James and the team!

I recently visited RideNow to purchase a Polaris Sportsman, and what I saw felt very misleading. The price shown online was around $7,100, which seemed like a fair deal and was the only reason I made the trip. Once I arrived, the price mysteriously jumped by nearly $2,000 more, landing close to $10k+ with add-ons and "fees" that weren't clearly disclosed up front. It felt like every time I questioned the numbers, a new fee or justification appeared. After leaving frustrated, I checked reviews for other RideNow locations -- and that's when I realized this seems to be a common theme across multiple stores. I wish I had looked sooner. There are a lot of customers reporting similar price changes, markups, and unexpected add-on charges when you sit down to sign. Everyone can make their own decision, but in my opinion, this experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch pricing situation. I value honesty and straightforward business practices, and I didn't feel like that's what I got here. If transparent pricing, respect for your time, and fair dealing matter to you, you may want to consider exploring other dealerships before committing here. Just sharing my experience so someone else doesn't waste time or end up paying more than expected. Hope this helps another buyer avoid a headache.

Your service team called and told me the issue was the batteries and that new ones needed to be ordered. 3. I was quoted a little over $400, and I clearly said that was about the maximum I was willing to spend because the 4 wheeler itself wasn't worth much more. 4. Months go by before I get a call saying the original quote was wrong -- you actually needed double the number of batteries. o My two options? A) Pick up a non working 4 wheeler and still owe you $400+ B) Pay an additional $400+ to get it fixed At that point, I was backed into a corner. My kids' 4 wheeler still didn't work, and I was being asked to pay double the original quote after your mistake. I still agreed and told you to order the additional batteries. 5. Then more time passes and I get another call: o All the batteries are in, but the 4 wheeler still doesn't work. o Now it "might be XYZ," and it's another $150 to get it running. o And if you don't pay something today, you're going to start incurring $20 a day storage fee So, after multiple misquotes, delays, and unexpected charges, I'm being told that my frustration's in this situation is just because I "didn't like the outcome." Stay far away from working with this place!
