Jess is great - very nice person who goes the extra mile and helps you purchase a car. It is the financing man who is the issue - he does not operate as a business should - he has his own rules and none of them make sense. He repossessed a vehicle by breaking thru the lock on a gate; dragging the car out - and then gone. Drag marks both in the street and the driveway. It is against the law to break thru a locked gate - but the sheriff did nothing. It is Ellis County, so that tells you something. Then 2 days later after jumping thru hoops to get a number for "Rico" I finally obtained one and called. He reported my husband had not made a car payment in several months - since my husband is handicapped - I do the walking and get the mail - I also answer the phones and check my email several times a day - no notice from "Rico". There was also no calls from "Rico". It is customary that if you are not getting paid and you have a phone number; address; and an email address that you contact the signature's on the paperwork - no call from anyone; no email; no standard mail. I can't fix what I don't know about!!!!!!!!! So now they want the whole balance and made a trip here this a. m. to pick up the key. I did not know they were coming - he handed me less than half my stuff - and demanded the key. I told him I wanted all my stuff - including the cash that was in the car and then I would hand him the key. He would not do it. So I have the key and he has my stuff which includes cash and tools. Since he will not hand over the contents of the vehicle, no key!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I said, Jess is fine - Rico flies by the rules he makes up. Stay clear of RICO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I was in a bad equity position on my loan and Jess was able to get me of it and into a beautiful Yukon with the payment I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process.
