Kelsey in the finance department was well informed about the Yamaha brand. I've purchased a tire and wheel policy from her, 6 years, and today, I opted to buy a maintenance policy from her as well. Required service maintenance on my bike are about $500 each. This policy is for 3 years and cover the service today and over the next 3 years, I have 5 more available at no further cost. I'm retired and I plan on putting as many miles on this awesome bike as I can. The policy IS transferable too! So even if I decide to move on, I can offer the policy as a value added part of the sale or trade price. Kelsey answers all questions and goes way beyond my/your expectations to make sure you understand what you are buying and the value contained in the services offered. She is a huge asset to this company. This dealership is really good but Kelsey makes it awesome!

WHAT???? Burleson Power Sports now has a bike they can't do a thing with! We said keep it!! So I guess it'll sit there til they decide to do the right thing. $239.00 for 1.5 hours on fuel pump install?? I said I was using personal financing through my credit union, that is NOT your choice to make for me, therefore, the following answer should have been "Okay not a problem" and it should have been left at that. You should not be begging me to use your credit application and lending services when I already told you what I was doing. Here's the worst part. Bill of sale shows $5200 as the base price. Now I understand taxes, title, registration etc. But for that price to be one $8000 from a LOAD of dealer fees is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. You tried to take advantage of someone young looking for their first bike. It cost you the sale. I'm not dumb and you won't be given the opportunity to treat me like I am for your financial gain, so you will not be getting my business. Do better. I've gladly got a deal setup elsewhere for the same bike.

My mom has been bringing her RV here for years, and we have always trusted your shop to take care of it. Unfortunately, this experience has been very different. The RV was here for approximately a month, and there was a specific list of things that were supposed to be completed. When I called to have it picked up, the only thing that had been completed was the installation of the four tires. The fender had not been ordered, the battery shutoff had not been installed, and the batteries had not been charged. Because we were coming to pick it up, I called and asked that the remaining work be completed as soon as possible. When we arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the repairs. The under-cover repair consisted of a piece of black sheet metal being placed over the area without properly removing the old material. There were still wires hanging from the old tire, and the new piece wasn't even completely secured. The fender had never been ordered, and we were then told that it wasn't currently being manufactured and would take approximately three weeks to obtain. The batteries were still dead, meaning the battery shutoff installation didn't accomplish anything because we couldn't even use the batteries. The spare tire was also left loose and dangling. I gave $1,000 in advance and specifically explained that it was intended to cover the four tires, replacement of the fender, installation of the battery shutoff, and repair of the under-cover. I also specifically said that if the cost was going to exceed that amount, I needed to be contacted first. Instead, I was charged $944.51 even though the fender was never repaired and several of the other repairs were either incomplete or not properly done. At this point, we're having to have things corrected at the last minute just so we can safely get the RV home, and we're going to have to jump the batteries because they weren't charged. I understand that things can happen and that parts can sometimes be unavailable. What I don't understand is being charged nearly the full $1,000 for work that was not completed or was not completed properly, without being notified about the problems beforehand. I would like to speak with someone about the $944.51 charge and what you believe is a fair adjustment considering the work that was not completed and the condition in which the completed work was left. We brought the RV here because of the history and trust my mom has had with your business. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust.

The guy on the phone says sure come on down we're open all day. So I rode 40 minutes there and when I arrived they said that they were no longer doing service because of the Coronavirus. But there was no compensation, there was speaking to a manager to see if there was anything else that could be done, or anyone else in town that could help me, basically move your bike cuz it's in the way. So ultimately just sorry you had to drive 40 minutes but we're not going to service your bike, unless you want to leave it with us until the coronavirus is over, which was an ignorant suggestion.
