Kelsey in the finance department was well informed about the Yamaha brand. I've purchased a tire and wheel policy from her, 6 years, and today, I opted to buy a maintenance policy from her as well. Required service maintenance on my bike are about $500 each. This policy is for 3 years and cover the service today and over the next 3 years, I have 5 more available at no further cost. I'm retired and I plan on putting as many miles on this awesome bike as I can. The policy IS transferable too! So even if I decide to move on, I can offer the policy as a value added part of the sale or trade price. Kelsey answers all questions and goes way beyond my/your expectations to make sure you understand what you are buying and the value contained in the services offered. She is a huge asset to this company. This dealership is really good but Kelsey makes it awesome!

Would I ever buy anything from here no. Would I bring it back here? Not unless it was much cheaper than traveling to a more friendly service oriented dealership. We did previously buy gear there and they completely ignored us minus one guy. So if you're a female don't come here they just look right past you. They gave us an invoice at one point that wasn't even for the bike we brought in. Endless ghosting incidents and we had the patience of Job they wound up giving us a final invoice today for 3,300.00. WHAT???? Burleson Power Sports now has a bike they can't do a thing with! We said keep it!! Power Sports in Burleson didn't have what I needed so later I called Freedom in FW and talked to Stacie. She told me that they didn't have one and they were on back order. After explaining my fairly immediate need of a battery she took my name and number and said that she would try to find one for me and would call me if successful. I didn't really expect a call back because I've never had a return call after being told something like that. In less than 10 minutes, Stacie called me back and had found what I needed in Arlington. Since I was driving, out of the metroplex, I told her that I would go get it the next day. She then said that she would call them back and have them put my name on it. Arlington was in the opposite direction of where I was headed but I could get there in 15 minutes so I decided to just go get the battery and be done with it. Sure enough, parts had a battery waiting for me. Thanks Stacie! Since I was driving I was not in a position to look up phone numbers, make calls etc. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Stacie came through for me. I said I was using personal financing through my credit union, that is NOT your choice to make for me, therefore, the following answer should have been "Okay not a problem" and it should have been left at that. You should not be begging me to use your credit application and lending services when I already told you what I was doing. Here's the worst part. Bill of sale shows $5200 as the base price. Now I understand taxes, title, registration etc. But for that price to be one $8000 from a LOAD of dealer fees is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. You tried to take advantage of someone young looking for their first bike. It cost you the sale. I'm not dumb and you won't be given the opportunity to treat me like I am for your financial gain, so you will not be getting my business. Do better. I've gladly got a deal setup elsewhere for the same bike.

I called freedom powersports a week ago in the morning and asked if they were still doing service, and if they could service my motorcycle. The guy on the phone says sure come on down we're open all day. So I rode 40 minutes there and when I arrived they said that they were no longer doing service because of the Coronavirus. But there was no compensation, there was speaking to a manager to see if there was anything else that could be done, or anyone else in town that could help me, basically move your bike cuz it's in the way. So ultimately just sorry you had to drive 40 minutes but we're not going to service your bike, unless you want to leave it with us until the coronavirus is over, which was an ignorant suggestion.
