I've been looking for saddlebags for my Honda VTX for some time and found exactly what i wanted. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a ton of vests, jackets, riding pants and chaps (among other gear) to choose from. Friendly owner and eager to order exactly what you're looking for if it's not in stock. Btw, saddlebags are perfect and the price was $100 less than same online. I'm very happy and highly recommend. While in Dallas today I stopped in. I browsed solo for a few minutes & a GREAT lady approached me asking if I needed help. Told her what I was looking for. She gave recommendations (popular sellers, styles for upcoming TX heat, etc) & helped me find a close size to get me started trying on. I had to find a short size (since I'm short, so less options for me), but they fit GREAT. Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in. Prices are not "cheap", but they are brands I have heard of & been recommended before, so in my opinion you know what your getting, not hoping for the best from just any online store.

They repaired a few minor things for me on it and the final walk through was very in depth, showing me how the camper worked and gave me the full run down so I felt comfortable. During the paperwork, there were no add ons and was no pressure for add ons. (offered but I didn't feel any pressure at all, they made it known there was no pressure for the extras). They also worked with my personal bank with no issue. They are a small business and every time I went they had multiple people they were helping, so keep in mind they do get busy and are working hard. I would work with them again for sure. Do not take your vehicles here they are a rip off and I do not appreciate them. We had to fight to get them to honor the warranty on this vehicle Since they did the work. Do not take your vehicle vehicles here. That is also not including the other parts. We had to replace less than three Weeks after they looked at it. Needless to say if it wasn't for the fact that they did the work on the alternator we would've not have taken our vehicle back. And we will never be returning going forward.

I took my vehicle in because it was not running. I was thinking that it was a transmission issue and told them this. After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!
