My brother's wedding had the Thai milk tea, Roasted oolong milk tea, Royal Afternoon (hibiscus + lychee), and Golden Hour (osmanthus oolong + guava). My wedding theme was rose so we had Jasmine Milk Tea, Rose Milk Tea, Balcony in Summer Air (rose petal tea + guava), and Everything Everywhere (jasmine green tea + Passionfruit + Orange + guava). We had boba, rose jelly, lychee jelly, and the balcony in summer air came with strawberries so we technically had a bonus topping! We ordered 200 drinks for my wedding and our guests CLEARED out the drinks and toppings! We literally saw people double fisting drinks. Lianne was also so gracious with the special requests from lots of our guests. One literally asked for all the toppings and she accommodated his request. She also was easy to work with and let us do customized stickers, drink names, and she printed the drink menu we designed. I have used her before for corporate event with a headcount of 300+ and it was always phenominal! This time we were needing catering for a Celebration Of Life for my wife's grandpa, It was small ~100 people. We wanted just appetizers, drinks and desserts. After selecting our appetizers, drinks and cupcakes we were sent the invoice. She included full service for two hours, she didn't want us to worry about anything. We have someone who is allergic to gluten and Carolina was more than accommodating. The day of service the caterers showed up EARLY!!!! How awesome! They were ready to go and I showed them where to set up and reminded them about the allergy. The display was amazing, it was so beautiful and more than we could ask for (pictures). The servers were on top of it, the food was being plated as people took it to make sure it was fresh (no chaffing dishes)! When the allergy plate needed to be made they changed thier gloves and went above and beyond to serve. We got rave reviews on the food from everyone! 10/10 for these guys! They are rock stars.
