Almost made me hesitant, but I was told it's usually quieter on Sundays. Everyone just wanted to get a workout in before the big game. I met Joel Hall - cool guy, funny, attentive, and a great salesman. They offer some nice recovery options like Cryolounge, compression boots, Hypervolt percussion massage, and human touch massage chairs. I was told those are an extra $10 a month, which isn't bad if you're into recovery stuff. Here's what Joel tried to pitch: personal training once a week for $50 plus a $50 sign-up fee= that's $100 total. Or twice a week for $94 a session with a $20 down payment=that's $55 per session. It felt a little steep, but if that works for you, definitely reach out to Joel. One thing to note; when I called the day before, I was told they had a steam room and dry sauna. Joel kept emphasizing the "dry sauna," but he never mentioned they didn't have a steam room at that location. Turns out, the steam room is at their Montclair location, just a heads up. They also don't have a pool. The dry sauna is not co-ed, which I personally like.

I had planned on signing up with a private Pilates studio until I discovered the LA fitness program. For less than $100 I can attend unlimited classes. The reformer room has everything you would need and the instructors are experienced and supportive especially Anthony who takes extra time to correct posture and ensure I am doing it correctly.

Came to this studio recently to try yogalates and the core & glutes class on grand opening day!…read moreYogalates was such a GOOD burn. It was a really good flow. Also, the studio is just so nice. The colors really complement each other. They also have different weight options, exercise balls, some mats available, stretch bands etc. For the grand opening they hosted 3 classes for the community. They had charcuterie cups, mocktails, different vendors and sign up specials. The owner, Samara, is so kind! It looks like they have a wonderful little community going on here. Parking is also not too difficult. She definitely gave this place a beautiful makeover. :)

When I went in the men's restroom I found an African American naked no underwear grabbing soap from…read morethe soap dispenser and was lathering himself to take a shower he then tries to blow dry himself. Another incident a guy was giving himself a hair cut in the locker room mirror leaving all the hairs on every where . There's homeless people in the night camping out everyday charging their phones staying there 5 plus hours in there. I went to the restroom there was poop all over the toilet smeared.

to the manager : why are there solicitors outside of 24 hour fitness right in front the…read moreentrance!!?? please stop this!! this is the only gym i see with a solicitor at the door!! la fitness doesn't do this! they represent the aspca but they are not volunteers but paid gig employees! one of them asked "do i like animals, sir?" i replied "of course!" and now i'm sitting in a 10 minute spiel of how of how i can donate $25-$50 a month! i come back 2 days later with a young lady this time to how much i can i can donate. then next day another person asks it. i love animals and love to donate to a good cause but i don't want to be guilted to donate every time after i'm coming back from a 10 hour nursing shift. i'm tired but at this point i rather sign up for la fitness after my annual term is up. at least i won't be bothered and bathrooms and showers will at least be a little cleaner!! please do something about this or else i will switch to chuze or la fitness. thanks.
