They could improve on their customer service when people call and ask for information. The Lady literally hung up on me. She said" ,Is that all? OK bye" and hung up. I wasn't even done asking when I was gonna ask. Rude. I know she can't be the only one there that is to take care of children. I heard children in the background but seriously? That's the worst thing you can do in customer service is hang up on someone or not help them when they're asking for help. Rant over. read more

My daughter just started tumbling here. She loves it! The two ladies are sooo good. They are kind, encouraging, and great coaches! We had tried another place about a year ago, but it was not a good fit. This place though! My daughter has only gone twice and she has had some real improvement!! I couldn't be prouder. This gymnastics place is what I was looking for! They take the time to individually teach and improve stretches/movements for the littles who are learning. It's very intimate, the christian music they play is awesome (they include regular hip songs as well). My daughter loves going to her class and comes home wanting to practice more! The extra little activates they do is very kind as well! I thank both Coach Ryann and Coach Lorna for being kind and patience with my daughter and all the kids in the gymnastics class. read more

I've had such a positive experience here! The coaches take the time to teach and gently correct stretches and poses, which really helps build confidence. They're welcoming, supportive, and made my daughter feel comfortable right away. There's a nice seating area in the back for parents to wait, and they're very responsive by phone. The pros: The coaches know their stuff and love the kids. The cons: They change the class times when school is out (spring break, summer break, Thanksgiving break, winter break) to times when parents who work traditional schedules cannot attend. Then, offer make up classes for other times that do not accommodate a traditional work days. My daughter absolutely loved this place and for good reason. Unfortunately, their limited class schedule made it impossible for us to continue attending. She was promised that she could attend kids night out so she could see them again but then I was ghosted. She's devastated. I don't think any of this is intentional, just really chaotic business management by people who are just figuring out how to run a business. read more

My 11 year old daughter has been coming here for almost 2 years. She, along with every other gymnast and gymnast's family, loves Coach Ryann and Coach Lorna. They are great coaches who are experienced, kind, honest, thoughtful, caring, fun, knowledgeable, supportive, hard working, fair, uplifting and positive.
