I showed up 10 minutes before the kids class started hoping to introduce my 4 year old to martial arts. No one approached me. There was no receptionist to talk to either. It's a small gym so it's understandable. I decided to wait the entire kids class to see if someone would approach me. Keep in mind that it was my first time there and I have know idea who is running the place. No came to talk to me. I waited another 10 minutes after class, still no one made themselves available. Some instructors were busy teaching teens. I was wondering why there wasnt a procedure to recognize potential customers. I decided to leave. Evolution for the win! Today we were flaked on by another Karate location called Claycomb. It was a really un-professional experience and left my daughter discouraged and sad. So we walked into Evolution and explained what happened to us today with the other location and it felt like everyone jumped into action. To look at schedules and move a few things around so that my daughter could have her first one on one training! This made me extremely happy considering all that we had been through.
