For the wontons, they were a bit smaller than the ones I had in another Cantonese place, and they seemed to have small or no shrimp inside, but the intense flavor of minced pork and the bouncy texture suggested the stuffing was of great quality, and the wrap was thin enough to melt in the mouth while also resilient enough to keep the wonton intact.
