This place was full one night when passing by, so the next time we were nearby (it wasn't so busy, it was lunchtime this time), we decided to try it and find out what was all about... and Oh, wow! We definitely understood what was happening! We had flatbread wraps, one with spicy chicken and another with lamb. Both were to die for! Very tasty and fresh ingredients. Generous portions! The place is small, but with some seating options inside with a bar and a couple of tables, and a few more tables outside in case it's a lovely day. The staff was very patient with us explaining the options and kindly giving us recommendations. If I could, I would go every day! Highly recommended :)
After an amazing yoga class across the street this was the perfect way to start the day. Their breakfast, lunch, pastries, and coffee were superb. Staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant itself was clean and offered indoor and outdoor seating. If you're visiting Dublin and want something quick and healthy, this is your spot! Highly recommended! Pro Tip: Arrive early if you are coming for breakfast, it gets busy!
Oh, Tang. One of the top two restaurants I was looking forward to trying on my trip to Dublin. You are worth the hype and more. I had read so much about how tasty everything was at Tang, how affordable it was, and had read the lunch and dinner menus more times than I care to admit. Tang was all caps in our Ireland itinerary, and for good reason. The spot is hip-looking and small, and the system for lunch is a little confusing when you arrive. Someone told us that lunch ordering would start soon (counter style where you tell them what you want and they add things along the way), and tables are kind of first come first served, but the server had a sharp eye and made sure that, in order, customers were directed to tables when they became available. A great touch and nice service. The food itself was everything I dreamed! The line was quick and I opted for the salads with chicken and beans, tzatziki, beet hummus, and hot sauce (not really hot to me). Every component complemented every other even with so many flavors. I wouldn't say the beet hummus tasted very beet-y, but it was a great texture and added some color. The BEANS were maybe the star of the show for me - somehow crispy even in a green sauce. With the prices, service, and delicious food, you can't pass this place up. If I lived in Dublin, I would be making excuses to go here every week.

Additional protein available, like chicken or crispy chickpeas or really good focaccia. Coffee and pastries also available. One of the salads was a bit soggy/overdressed to the point it wasn't edible.
We arrived at 9am to this cute little place in the heart of Dublin. We were greeted quickly by Colin who sat us. Just after we sat down the place filled and had a line out the door. I ordered the vegan pancakes which come with nut butter and fruit on top. Oh my gosh, so delicious. My partner got the soshuka and loved it. It came in the tiny cast iron pan it was cooked in. The calming music was a great way to start the day. The space is tiny but mighty. We loved it so much we went back the next day for a repeat.
Found this place on a couple of review sites and it was SO CUTE! Went on a Friday around 10:30 and glad we showed up when we did because as soon as we sat down, there was a line of several people waiting to be seated. Definitely more of an American/touristy go-to but it was cute and delicious nonetheless. Very small and they stop seating people between meals to turn over the kitchen, so just be thoughtful about when you go. The staff was incredible! They were so attentive and helpful and efficient! They were funny and helpful for narrowing down what we wanted on the menu. I got their pancakes with almond butter and fruit and nuts and it was so delicious and filling! My partner got the hummus toast and devoured it!!! We sat outside and enjoyed the busy street and the vibe. I highly recommend!
Tang was one of my favorite breakfast stops in Dublin. It's a cute, small corner cafe with big windows, some outside seating, one or two inside tables, and some bar stool seating at a window. You will enjoy seeing plenty of foot and car traffic while you're there, as well as your food and beverage being made in the visible kitchen space. The staff was all very friendly. The latte was pretty and perfect temperature. The pancakes stole the show though. I'd never had pancakes with Greek yogurt in addition to some fruit. They were so different from any pancakes I've had and I loved them! Despite being a little smaller, the yogurt, nuts, and fruit made them very filling. I'm glad we got to make it in, and with a very minimal wait time despite the size! Would definitely return.

But let's get into the food. Some of the best brunch I've had! Such creative flavors that are perfectly put together and everything was cooked to perfection. Don't waste your time with any pastries, while good, they don't even compare to the hot dishes. Could not recommend enough!

Staff is welcoming and very accommodating should you like to adjust something in their set menu. Easy dine-in & take away. I thoroughly enjoyed the cauliflower/broccoli soup as well as the hearty mushroom toast, oat milk cappuccino & delicious choice salads. Presentation is superb by the way. Small space so if you have a large group I'd suggest waiting for an outside table or going somewhere else. Otherwise singles and group of 3-4 can be easily seated in no time flat. Baked goods such as muffins, scones & croissants. Definitely recommend stopping in Tang for a delectable bang :) ~Christy

Tang is one of those spots that just nails the café-brunch vibe. I dropped by for brunch and went with the cauliflower hummus and honestly, I'd come back just for that. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly the kind of dish that makes you feel like you're starting your day right. The staff were super friendly too genuine smiles, great energy, and quick on their feet. (I almost managed to baptize the table with a glass of water , but they swooped in, cleaned it up right away, and made me laugh about it instead of feeling awkward.) Overall, Tang feels like a place where good food meets good vibes a brunch spot worth bookmarking. We enjoyed breakfast here before flying out of Dublin! The menu is a bit limited and not your typical breakfast/brunch menu. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. If you're looking for an Instagramable place, this is the spot Staff was very friendly and service was prompt! read more

Tang was definitely one of the top 3 best places I dined at while in Ireland. It's simple, inexpensive, yet incredibly fresh and delicious. It's located close to all the touristy spots yet there were tons of locals eating here. When we dined it was around lunch time and there were about three things to choose from. A variety of salads, flat breads, and soup. The soup was so, so, good! Just bursting with flavor and perfect on a fall chilly day. The salad was laid out buffet style and it was nice seeing the freshly roasted veg being brought out, steam wafting off of them. The seating is very limited and most of it is outside but luckily it was nice and sunny out, and we shared a table with some locals. We ended up having a really nice conversation and got tips on other places to visit. Don't pass up eating here if you come across it while in Ireland. read more

Tang serves filling and tasty food with a healthy Mediterranean slant. The staff is friendly, the location is right by St. Stephen's Green, and the prices are reasonable. I got the buckwheat pancakes, which came with yogurt, lots of strawberries and raspberries, almond butter, and pecans. My husband and I shared a beetroot hummus and sourdough bread. The bread was fantastic and adorably cut into a heart. I was so-so on the hummus but I'm not a huge beet person. My husband, the beet fan, loved it. One note: it's tiny in here! The most amazing breakfast ever! Everything from the vibe to the cute window seats to the delicious and beautifully laid out food. I ordered the granola, which was fairly large and wow so tasty! My husband got the two eggs on toast with chorizo and the eggs had the most unique and delicious spices, and the chorizo was actual chorizo, not just sausage. The service was excellent and the window seat perfect for people watching. read more

Got mushroom on toast. Comes with two poached eggs and sourdough toast. The spices and sauces were full of amazing flavors, and not to mention the presentation of the food was a piece of art itself. Friendly staff, beautiful decor, amazing atmosphere. The latte I had was of great quality as well. Food is definitely worth the money. Wow. Wow. Wow. Read that people, that's three wows. Yogism has it's shit together probably more than your life. Think about that for a second, a frozen yoghurt shop on the corner of Dawson St. has it's shit together, more than your life. And that's fine because the people who work here totally kill at running it. Let's get the basics out of the way, it does GREAT frozen yoghurt. It does frozen yoghurt like you didn't even know how you wanted frozen yoghurt to be done, with a multitude of toppings to choose from. Then there's this: vegan pancakes with coconut yoghurt, almond butter & pineapple chunks. Let me say that again: vegan pancakes with coconut yoghurt, almond butter & pineapple chunks. Yes. That is a real thing that this place serves and it's literally something from a movie/comic book or wherever else the human imagination is allowed to roam free unfettered. It tastes amazing, it looks amazing. It's now become something that if you haven't tried in Dublin at least once, then you're missing out BIG time on what this city can offer food-wise. This applies to their whole pancake range btw, as their buckwheat & protein pancakes are equally amazing. This place also does smoothies (yet to try) & a range of great coffees like bulletproof & matcha lattes (both so good). The interior is small but has a refreshingly earthy feel. The outside has fake grass and dainty wooden benches/tables that are nice to chill on & people watch. In short: Go here and worship at the foot of frozen yoghurt/ pancake/ matcha goodness. Your soul will thank you later. read more
A cozy spot right on St Stephen's green that has delicious breakfast options. We had the buckwheat pancakes, avocado egg, porridge, and granola, and all were delicious! There are also daily smoothie options and the coffee is excellent. I like how there are some healthier options on the menu, though the portions are hearty enough that you won't go hungry. Service is friendly and efficient, and prices are very reasonable. Look forward to going back! read more

Yes, what's not to love... Self service froyo available with the largest collect of toppings! Choice of 4 flavours is normally on. They also run a funny, guess the weight and if you guess right you get it for free! Ok, I don't know if anyone has actually ever managed to actually guess the froyo weight but all the same, it's cute and funny, I'm happy to play along! They also have pancake options available, breakfast, granola options... Coffee is also barista made which is a nicely welcomed. At the top of Dawson St, grab a pot of froyo in the summer/warm day and potter over to St. Stephen's Green = Perfect afternoon :-) read more

(Now called Tang) Really enjoyable place for lunch. Was recommended by my friend and im delighted. Really lighty funky music playing in a quaint atmosphere. The staff were really helpful in helping me choose what I wanted and what was in everything. Considering im not a huge health food eater it was a probably a task but they were wonderful :) I highly recommend getting the cucumber with whatever you order because its the bessst Ill definitely be back. read more

Healthy never tasted so good!!! You can see your meal prepared right in front of you. Service was friendly and fast. Seating is not really suited for groups but perfect for individuals or couples. Also a great spot to people watch. read more
