I ordered a shirt from this boutique and did not receive it for OVER 2.5 weeks. BUT that was after I emailed the customer service email over 5 times (no response to any email), sent facebook messages to the boutiques page(they read them but again failed to respond to any of the messages), and even went as far as emailing the owners personal page. Apparently it is okay to take a customers money and not send the product promptly. Finally after a little more than 2 weeks the owner responded and sent me the shirt....... ONLY to get the shirt in the WRONG size with stains and holes in it. Talk about frustrated! I will NEVER shop there again and made sure to let all my friends, co-workers, and family know how awful the customer service is, the lack of responsibility, and quality (or lack there of) of the products. My recommendation to everyone reading this go shop somewhere else like Dottie Couture! They have the best clothes with the best prices and the most amazing customer service and staff! UPDATE: The owner reached out to me via facebook messenger 19 minutes after this review was posted..... Weird considering no one can respond to emails about the missing product but can respond within 20 minutes of a bad review. Further more, she proceeded to argue with me about when it was shipped out. It was shipped out 14 days after she received my payment to her direct PayPal account. Warning: if you try to confront her or bring any issue up about products she will argue with you and proceed to block you on facebook from the boutique and the VIP group to avoid bad reviews. She also deletes any google review on her page if it is a bad one. Personally, as an owner you should NEVER argue with the customers. If I were the owner I would want to do anything to make it right since a store front was just opened. But hey maybe that is just me. I took the hit which is fine but don't argue with your customers people.

Well, they have some regular hours for the holiday season and now is the perfect time to go see this Francine's, which is in the same location as 7th Avenue Nails & Spa. The owner, Tammy, is a wonderful lady and soooo friendly! The boutique has a nice selection of vintage women's clothing- mostly dresses and coats, a few pairs of shoes and some BEAUTIFUL vintage ladies' hats. Tammy told me that she focuses on acquiring clothing from the 30's-70's and she makes sure that every piece is in excellent condition. The prices aren't bad at all, and they are running a 30% off every item in the store sale right now. There's also a nice selection of vintage costume jewelry and some handmade scarves. As I mentioned, there are several vintage coats on the racks here, and when I asked Tammy about a particularly saucy leopard print one, she revealed that vintage coats are her true passion. The prices aren't bad at all, especially with the extra 30% discount! Since there's a nail salon here too, I happened to be lucky enough to pick up a few bottles of clearance OPI and China Glaze at only (drumroll please) $2 a bottle! Wow, I am really excited about these - four bottles for less than the price of one normally! One of the best things about Francine's is their merchandise from the Anne Taintor (www.annetaintor.com) collection. These vintage-inspired accessories for modern life are hilarious. Sure, most of their clients are in good shape if they are runners. But for us, it wasn't a great start to our experience. Inside, the space is small, but tidy. There were several racks of women's athletic wear and some accessories near the front check out counter. I will say that they woman working was otherwise helpful in finding something for us and since she was wearing some of the clothing herself, it was easy to see how the fit of the garments looked. Because it is a specialty boutique that carries quality clothing, the price was a bit of a shock to me. However, my wife didn't bat an eye because she informed me that the prices were what she expected. I defer to her expertise in these things. I shop in here about every 6 weeks and they put out new inventory often. As with every thrift store you will not always find something you like. If you need help with anything there is always someone around to help you. They also carry glass items for the kitchen as well as plates, dinnerware, utensils. This is not your run of the mill antique mall, but more of designer showrooms. There are 2 buildings with decor and outside with nice garden plants. Rooms/booths are designed around themes and colors. They carry everything from painted furniture, old quilts, glassware and even some clothing and frozen pies. The staff is welcoming, engaging and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Once a month, they also host an outdoor market with about 12-15 vendors.
