They have a really neat program to teach drivers the techniques for rally driving and it works. Wes and Scott were super and really focused on safety and having fun. Their program is focused on showing you what needs to be done, doing the skills, taking a break to let is soak in, and then doing it again. It's very well structured and by the end of the day they were doing the slalom course with a lot of confidence. As for the team, I didn't meet anyone at Rally Ready that wasn't outgoing, personable, and just plain nice. They love rallying, but are genuinely good people. It's not about pulling people in to stack the house, but about teaching a subject which they are passionate about. Before that, I'd had some rough experiences: An instructor in Dubai who yelled at me and ran errands during class time--then called me "bathmeez" (rude) when I asked her to stay on task. A Craigslist instructor in Austin who dropped me mid-lesson for calmly asking not to be shouted at. Being a young woman who looked even younger -- and dared to set boundaries - meant I was often treated like I didn't belong behind the wheel. Then I found Robert. He was calm, patient, and never once made me feel small for learning. His steady presence helped me rebuild confidence and feel safe behind the wheel. I passed my road test on the first try--and more importantly, I've been driving confidently ever since. I consider this as fraud to sign someone up for an unrelated service (just because it has to do with cars?) just because you signed up for their class. If you don't catch it on your credit card statement you'll be paying it forever because of how they charge it. It'll follow your credit card account even if you cancel that number and get a new one issued.

He is very disrespectful to the students and to the female Niya that works there. Everyone else has been polite and very respectful. Mr Biggs does not know how to talk to his students and is not positive at all. From the first day driving with him July 28th he's been very rude and non- encouraging and teaching the two students how to drive. My daughter said every time she asks questions about road signs or anything while driving he seemed very irritated. Y'all isn't that what he's supposed to do, answer questions...period? Today there was an incident where he was cussing , threw his clip board at the coworker and wouldn't even allow my daughter to drive for her scheduled appointment, where she had got ther early. I had to leave work and go up there to appointment which was at 9:00 I pulled up at 8:49 and he had already left.. he told her that it wasn't fair that she had an appointment every day ...which mind you ,was booked where money was paid and paperwork was filled out for this class so make this make sense...Something needs to be done about this man and how he talks to people...I am not the one and you will not disrespect me or my child in any way. The instructor, Allan, came across as very intimidating and seemed to have a very specific way he wanted things done. It felt like he believed his way was the only correct way to drive. What bothered me most was that even when my kid was doing something safe and correct, it seemed like it wasn't good enough simply because it wasn't being done in the exact way Allan expected. After the second attempt, where my kid drove very well, we still didn't get the license. The whole experience left me with the strong impression that if you want to pass their test, you're expected to first take their classes and learn their particular driving style. It felt less about whether the driving was safe and correct and more about whether it matched the instructor's preferred method. What's interesting is that several of my kid's friends had similar experiences with Allan and described him as being quite mean and intimidating. We eventually went to the DMV and had a completely different experience. The DMV instructor was calm, professional, and actually gave useful tips. My kid passed without any hassle. My advice to parents: if you're going to Travis Driving School just for the license test, think twice. If you do go, I would strongly recommend asking for a different instructor than Allan, as my kids friends had better experiences without him. He pokes fun at people that are young or people that have no experience riding (this is a beginner course) In the class room he makes the class read the slides instead of being an actual instructor. On the training grounds, He yelled at people in a very unsupportive way. He makes people so nervous so they can't concentrate on the courses. He wants you to fail so that you will have to pay for the course multiple times. I didn't want to show up for day two because of this instructor. (If you can call him that.) He only coaches the from the book. You would be better off watching YouTube videos.​
