this is one of the best auction places to buy from. I have had very favorable experiences with the staff.

Between September and December of 2022 we contacted them 13 times asking for an update on our auction's financials with minimal response and excuses. It is now February of 2023 and we still have not been able to see our full accounting (which is illegal) and have only received a small fraction of proceeds. We do not recommend RK Solutions. This review will be deleted if we are paid in full and see our entire financials.

It is now January 2024 and attempts to reach Kevin Sexton and RK Solutions MN have gone unanswered. Kevin Sexton presented himself as a professional and sold cars, boats, motorcycles, antiques, and many other items from the estate. It was a large estate with 2 storage units. A listing of inventory was promised, but was not delivered. No monies have been paid for the items, the business in Brooklyn Park is no longer his to use. All items that are in the building are being claimed by the landlord via eviction process. If you are considering this organization or person, please be wary of the practices. I will remove this posting when the contract has been satisfied to my requirements. I am not the only person that this has happened to from this person and business. There are civil proceedings in progress. Please pursue if you have been wronged.

A recent financial tragedy in the family made me decide to drive 63 miles to Lincoln Pawn where I used to have good service and best prices. I was trying to get a loan of around $300 to be paid back in a few weeks. I had a new open box gaming laptop, new sealed matching mouse, new sealed matching headset, and used matching keyboard. The resale value of this package is $600-$800 dollars. They offered me a loan of a mere $150, which is a complete insult and scam. I'm not sure exactly who owns this place now but Max-It on University offered a loan of $250 for the exact same items. Then on top of this they were rude, not nice, not friendly, disrespectful, not customer service oriented, and then on top of it accuse me of being rude because I was trying to make a deal not get robbed. He just kept looking up what I would assume to be the lowest price he could find on the internet it sold for so he could offer me the least amount. What a way to win a customer! With a 300% interest loan you think that these people could be a little bit more grateful that addicts, swindlers, and financially illiterate people are the majority of who keep them in business. Only stupid people give away their most precious valuables and pay 300% interest, only EVIL people take peoples most precious valuables and charge 300% interest. They deserve to be charged and imprisoned for the crime of usury. It's not "just business" it is principles of RIGHT versus WRONG! Never have I ever been treated so poorly in a business. 30k followers on my two YouTube channels, I'm sharing my story with them all.
