I asked if they would honor the price I had been quoted, especially since I had already made the decision to buy based on that amount. They refused. Whether it was a genuine mistake or not, changing the price by 50% at the point of sale and refusing to honor the quoted price is incredibly unprofessional. It left a very poor impression I walked away without making a purchase. I understand that mistakes happen, but if you quote someone a price you should keep your word and honor it, even if it means losing a few bucks. A friend even tried to remind them of their quote on the final day or the con as they were not sold and they told her no as well. If you're shopping here, I recommend confirming the final price before getting attached to anything. I couldn't stop thinking about these earrings all weekend. I would have never gotten my hopes up if I heard $300 to start with.

They do have quite of selection of imported goods alongside American IP merchandise. The prices range from reasonable to pricey, so you may get lucky with a steal! The saleswoman behind the stand was so kind and patient with us. There were a few products I was eyeing and she pulled each and every one of them out individually in order for me to get a better look. Even the assortment of acrylic keychains, she went through each one individually until she found the character I wanted. She didn't have to but it was such a lovely gesture! We got to talking about our favorite characters, and once we found out we shared the same interest, she pulled out this pristine vintage plush from hidden behind the counter and offered it to me at a decent price, and I knew I had to get it then and there (as well as the keychain). I'm nowhere near their brick and mortar store, but if you happen upon these people at a local con, check them out! They're knowledgable and friendly and a pleasure to deal with!

I have buying LGB trains only new since around the 1980's until present. Most of them haver never…read morebeen used. Recently I started buying new used units that haven't been made for many years. Some on E-Bay and some directly from train store like Only Trains I have purchased new trains from many times). This week 4 lgb cars from 3 different vendors. One the two cars came broken and smelled from e-bay because the person did not pack and the boxes. I am keeping the box cars after spending a couple of hours gluing the broken pieces back together because to me to pay the return shipping not worth it. The second one from E-bay as well. Nice packing job but the cars on the carrier had a few scratches but still a very good packing and shipping job! Now the last one from Only Trains. Two pickups on the carrier (from a collection) at Only Trains. Simply Amazing. Looks like identical to any new train purchase from them. Excellent quality and excellent packing. Also this company has excellent customer service and will answer any questions you have whether ot not you buy from them. I believe two years ago I purchased brand new from them the Golden Spike train set - UPS delivered it broken. Without hesitation they paid for shipping it back to their store from California and sent me another unit. This is a first class store hands down!

Every time we walk in, we are greeted by welcoming people! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Comics: The new comics section is great, but other shops do have larger sections. I haven't had an issue getting the books I want. If you sign up for their free subscription plan for new comics you get 10% off! I hope they start keeping back issues at this location. They have had them on special occasions but not like the other locations. Me and my girlfriend love looking through dollar boxes and discount bins when we are looking for new stories to read. If possible, please do more back issues!!! :) Trading Cards: Their trading card section like every other game store is always running low. They carry pretty much all your big games (Pokemon, MTG, One Piece, Lorcana, Yugioh, ect) as well as smaller games. The prices however are all over the place. We have picked up Pokemon and One Piece at retail prices, but sometimes they are over market. They aren't always that way, so I am curious how they price their sealed products. I haven't played MTG in a while and was curious about a bundle they had it seemed a bit high to me, and I looked it up on TCG Player when I got home and it was well over market price. I am not complaining because this is how every store operates nowadays and everybody wants the product! Can't be mad at it. Overall, the store is great and the people are nice. If they could expand their comic sections and add back issues, we would spend more money here!
